Because of the multiuser, some of «old» desktop apps are a little bit complicated to configure. But nothing is impossible.
We have an Apple IT fleet, and mostly all accounting desktop apps are compatible with Windows fleet. We need some Windows to run 3-5 accounting desktop apps.
We have tried other cloud desktops but none compare to the simplicity of V2 cloud. I like the drop box option it has for Mac users. I love that if I have any issues customer service has a quick turnaround time and have the ability to share screen and help fix whatever issues you may have.
Any changes you make on your desktop is for your account only. If you want changes done on all employees at once then it will have to be done one-by-one. Emails can be a bit tricky if you would like to use it on the desktop as well.
The ability to have a drop box for Mac users to drag and drop easier
For a couple of hundred dollars a month I have replaced my entire IT infrastructure with something that's more reliable, scalable and with a network/windows expert on tap. This is saving me a fortune. The product is reliable, but the support is superb. Every time I have contacted support, I get a response in minutes, and my problem is promptly resolved. The staff are helpful, professional and knowledgeable. And it's all so cheap. No problems with hardware crashes and lost data, a platform I can build/deploy private applications on, without worrying about networking, security, or backup. I wish I'd found them a year ago when I started the business. I cannot recomend them highly enough.
Not a thing. This question seems to require a minimum response length and I have nothing further to add.
Reliability. Staff are now working on a platform that pretty much cant break down. So no problems with data loss due to hardware crashes etc. If they do "break" something, there's an expert on tap that can fix it pretty much instantly. I am an application developer, so I want to build/deploy a series of software applications to automate many of the currently manual functions. But I'm not a network or security guy. Now I have a secure platform where security is built in and I have a network specialist on tap to resolve any and all problems in that area. This has saved me hugely in time, learning curve and expense.

Not much I can think of. V2 release updates often.
Helps with security and gives us an option to help whitelist IPs.
The V2 Cloud has been an excellent solution for me as an individual user. It has provided me with a windows desktop to run software 24/7 without interruption. The setup was beyond simple and easy, with lightning-fast support to answer my questions and solve issues.
I have no issues with the product or suggestions for improvement.

The ease of set up was great and required zero technical skills. Any questions were quickly answered by the support which is responsive. The system is very fast and in the first two months I have not had one issue with reliability.
The only criticism so far is that the support is not 24 hours a day and as I am located in Europe there are some gaps in support hours.

Nothing. I have not had any problems so far.
Prior to V2, I was not able to access my client database anywhere other than my office.
The service is as easy to manage as it is to manage a local computer and the support has been outstanding.
I've had to add more space and Ram, something I didn't anticipate. It's pretty easy to add if needed and thankfully V-2 Cloud support will alert you when additions are needed.
We have been able to successfully transition from an in office to a virtual organization without having to lug around multiple desktop computers, hire technicians, purchase additional equipment and software or custom build a solution.
During this pandemic me and my team had a hard time working on a network where we can all access the same data anytime anywhere. this program made that happen in the best way possible.
So far i haven't experienced a downside, maybe the space, but i can always upgrade
