The onboard service and response time have been phenomenal. We have been pursuing a managed cloud server for a long time and have been through many trial periods. This was the first service that was truly helpful in getting started.
Not much to dislike at the moment. You do need to have some computer knowledge to be able to effectively set this up, but you don't have to be a computer scientist or anything.
Remote work for employees has been my biggest concern. I've been worried about the security behind letting employees work from home but this system has alleviated all of that. I'm also sick and tired of worrying about windows updates and backups. This service helps manage all of this for me.
The prices are fair, the interface is very user-friendly, the servers work well, and they get back to you with any support issues on a timely basis.
There is nothing I dislike so far about this product.
I have put all of my work on the remote server so I am not working off of my home internet. I was using Amazon AWS but the interface is overwhelming and not very user-friendly. V2 Cloud was one of the many that I looked at and it, by far, has the best user interface. It makes it easy to upgrade and downgrade services as needed.
- 10/10 points for V2 cloud support - have options that we want: 2 users login, backup and restore, create from template, etc.
- I have problems with bitlocker enable on C drive since TRP cannot enable on cloud - So far no other issue
- 2 users can login: one with user right and one with admin - MFA
The support is excellent. They are knowledgeable and easily accessible.
I really haven't ran into anything that I don't like yet.
I am migrating our tax software and Quickbooks to a updated server. So far so good.
The ease of installing the system, the access is so easy and secure
Adding a printer is very hard, also Office 365 is a issue

The increase in performance for my MSP (Managed IT Services) use is phenomenal. The old hardware I am on was beginning to struggle. Also the price is great to start.
There is nothing to dislike here. I cannot think of a thing wrong with the software. Perhaps having a dedicated IP address set by default would help, but you can add one free.

There is basically nothing to dislike. Everything is working better than expected
At first, there were issues connecting to local printers and configuring multiple screen settings. The tech support response is very quick. The performance of my business has increased due to the ability to process work remotely
I have been looking for a Windows Virtual Desktop that is reliable for my Virtual Assistants to use. V2 Cloud has excellent chat & email support, and helped me seamlessly set up my options for my account! I highly recommend them!!

I can manage users online, provide remote support with one click from the browser, access everything from the web, easily create app one access.
The connection seems to be a bit slower than other providers I've used. Not too bad, but not too good either.

Setup was very simple and straightforward. Billing and pricing was very transparent, which allowed me to deduce my overhead easily and explain to management. Representatives were very helpful in answering my questions and providing me guidance to their platform. They allow a lot of flexibility on their platform to tailor their services to my needs.
There were some trial and error involved in regards to setting up the VM (but that was prior to their initial call). Changing some of the VM settings require scrapping an entire VM and rebuilding it, but I found that out early which reduced my frustrations.
We have one particular user working remotely, and I am concerned with their access to the internet; stability and security-wise. V2 allowed me to spin up a VM which air gaps what the user might require and our network. I realized that the platform can be utilized for a lot of different purposes that I intend to explore.
