Makes caption writing a breeze, especially if you're handling multiple accounts with different brand voices. You can also easily change time zones, which is super helpful when dealing with clients from all over the world.

I think the hashtag suggestions are a bit limited. Other than that, this tool serves me well.

Vista social has all the features of the "big boys" at a greatly reduced price. No one should have to pay thousands of dollars per year for multi-channel social media posting. I personally love the "Ideas" feature. Add items, try out how posts look and then turn them into multi-channel posts. Connecting to your feeds is extremely simple. Automated posts for news articles is also really useful and the features for having a team do your posts is as good as it gets.

The only thing I can think of is that LinkedIn connectively is slightly limited for Articles. However, I believe that is an issue with LinkedIn and what they expose in their API rather than something Vista Social is overlooking.

I had been using HootSuite for a long time to post to my social feeds. Unfortunately, they changed their pricing and the feature lock down limited me greatly. Vista Social put me back in the social media game, saving me tons of hours and money.

From all the scheduling tools I've used, I think Vista Social has one of the strongest dashboards and functionalities for the pro users, that are better than their competitor's price points. It was very easy to connect the social profiles, which was a huge pain on Sked and I loved their competitor analysis and the engagement and overall reports. The scheduling also worked fine, whilst I had problems with other tools as the posts got stuck in the queue and were never posted on time.

Their AI tool was not useful for my business, as it doesn't work with events and artists, which is the core of my business. The tone of voice doesn't work and it doesn't feel organic.

Everything in one place and it is extremely user friendly. I like the email notifications for when posts are scheduled and published - serves as a nice reminder when we're busy doing other things. We manage social media accounts for clients but rarely get a minute to update our own. Vista Social makes that process a lot easier for us now. We'll definetly be purchasing a subscription and using this moving forward. Very affordable!

We struggled a little with the scroll to insert emojis into the post. There doesn't seem to be an "undo" option if we've mistakenly deleted words. Inititally we experienced issues with connecting multiple accounts and an error message that said "It takes up to 60 minutes to add another account". When we remove one insta account we were then able to add our FB account.

Cost! It is extremely affordable for small time social media managers. The AI tool is a game changer for creating the foundations of a post/content and saves us time having to think of everything we want to include. Instead of starting from scratch we are editing a post created by AI. Incredible!
