The best thing this service has is the price and the integrations. Manage many accounts and post unlimited, organization and saving time posting with find content. Do task, calendar, listening, reviews, add teams and more is an amazing platform for a startup.

It doesn't have customer support in the Spanish language. It's important to have workers who know that language. It should have customer chat support.

My problem with my budget was solving with the price they got. My beneficts are a lot because I manage different social media profile and I can manage every on this platform. Everything in one place is kind of peace of mind.

This tool is basically designed with a social media management team (an agency in mind). Everything a team would need from permissions and white label to every feature to both get the work done as well as to impress, retain and even get new client.

I wish I could publish Instagram stories directly from the app.

We needed a social media tool that enabled us to publish to every possible social media platform our clients have and to be able to produce fantastic looking reports to keep our clients excited about our work. Vista Social does both and so much more!

Vista Social has is thoughtfully put together where all features are created just the right way. Publishing, scheduling, listening, review management and reporting (including custom reports) are right where you would expect them and do exactly what you need them to do.

I wish Vista Social had a mobile app as posting to TikTok would have been a really valuable addon for us. Their web version work well on mobile but a dedicated mobile app would have been nice.

All combination of my social medias reports and analytics provide valuable insights, helping me track performance, optimize strategies effectively, and present reports and retargeting. AI tools helps me to increase communication and engagement with our audience, making the engagement rate higher and giving me different ideas.

What I love most is that it is very user friendly and has a lot of helpful features.

For now, there are still some areas for improvement that will surely help the tool to better. But I don't have anything that I dislike from the tool.

It helps me to add a lot of social profiles especially that as a social media manager, I handle a lot of clients/social accounts. Thus, it did help me a lot. Another thing is that the ease of use of this app/tool is top notch! I love that it is so user friendly, simple to understand, and very easy to navigate. Some other apps, are hard to understand but Vista Social is so easy.

There are so many things I like about Vista Social. I am very impressed with it. I liked the slickness of it/ The ease of use. They have thought of everything. -Hashtag research -Adding Canva images to posts - You can search for GIFs, videos, curated content, and hashtags for Instagram The scheduling of posts is super easy. Vista offers you optimal times for posts which is very helpful. I can schedule a week's worth of posts in minutes thanks for the ChatCPT. Vista Social is cheaper than its competitors like Buffer and Hootsuite. So you get a lot of bang for your buck. Using Vista Social doesn't feel like I'm working and my job is much easier. I highly recommend it.

I couldn't figure out how to customize each post.

Everything is in one place. I don't have to use more than one tool to create, curate and schedule social media posts for my clients.

Ease of Use: The ability to have an AI-assisted autogenerated caption feature helps when you are not sure about what to start with. Features: I am so much in love with these features; Calendar, Media, Inbox, Listening, and Tasks.

I have not figured out any disliked feature in Vistasocial yet.

Post Scheduling: I am much more relieved about my content calendar. I am glad that I can work on some other more important things while my contents is being pushed out. I am greatly relieved.

What struck me the most from my experience with this fantastic tool is the ability to generate text copy using A.I for your content. I used this feature to tailor make content for my clients on Twitter (X) , linkedIn, Pinterest and Facebook. I also liked the fact that you can quickly design your media in Canva before you post. This is very handy for me considering the number of accounts i manage. No need for me to juggle between tools. I can do it in one place! The content calender feature which shows important days makes life easier for me when i am preparing content calenders for my clients. I also enjoyed the "Approval Workflow Feature" is great as it allows me to easily approve workprocesses for my team. The "run a report" feature is a great tool for me. The dashboard is easy to understand and makes it easy for me when i am presenting performance reports to my clients. I am also able to track and measure the rest of my team's performance using the Tasks Performance. Vista Social is an all in one tool that is useful for Social Media Managers and Content Creators. If you work as a team, then this tool is a must have!!

I experienced a glitch at first when i was trying to connect my Facebook but it eventually worked.

Honestly just having all my social media accounts in one place has been a game-changer for my SMM agency. Having the ease of being able to schedule content throughout multiple social media accounts, the AI assistant tool has also really come in handy when brainstorming what captions to write. Should also mention the price, extremely affordable! Very easy to connect your different accounts through Vista, and the list of social accounts to use is very expansive. Actually implementing it for your day-to-day work once you get the hang of the website layout is very easy to schedule your posts throughout the week. Had a slight hiccup when connecting one account and customer support was very responsive and acted swiftly in resolving my issue. Have been using this pretty much daily, and it's just so easy to connect your accounts and start posting! Excited for the future of Vista!

I haven't noticed any issues so far using Vista, everything from signing up, and connecting accounts to scheduling posts has been spot on! If I come across an issue will try to update but so far it's been perfect!

Vista has solved the issue of constantly switching between all my different social media accounts, it's benefited me not only with saving time but also with using the on-site AI feature I don't have to spend so much time brainstorming captions. Also the reporting function has been great with analysing trends within my accounts and tracking engagement. I like the fact you can export it as .csv or .pdf! Its centralised all my SMM client accounts into one website.

I have been introduced to Vista Social by a friend in the marketing industry and I have to say I am impressed. The platform is user-friendly, I would very much suggest Vista Social for first-time Social Media Managers. As a seasoned Social Media Manager myself I found the tools provided very helpful for my day-to-day life as a manager for multiple SM profiles, as well as my personal one. I liked that in the calendar you can import CVS files with existing schedules or holidays you want to post, the AI-generating tool for post captions, and the ability to search loyalty-free photos and videos without leaving the platform. Overall the platform has a great combination of tools, which is the true genius of the Vista Social platform. You don't have to leave the platform and lose precious time and focus searching through different sites for creative ideas, loyalty-free photos, captions and hashtag suggestions.

Would really like to have a little faster media uploads for the posts.

Social Vista is enabling me to have control of multiple SM profiles at once and have a more efficient workflow while I am working. Having customer service, content management and reporting at the same time saves me time and allows for better management and collection of analytics information.

I love how the platform works so quickly and efficiently – it has all the essential features a social media professional would need in a social media management tool. Here are the top three things I liked about the platform. Posting When you want to write a social media post there’s plenty of options to get you to the compose page. On the left-hand panel there is a plus icon and then there is the big ‘create’ option on the menu too. When writing the copy for the social post, what I liked most was how you can create a post simultaneously for multiple platforms. Furthermore, Vista Social allows you to make tweaks to specific platforms. For example, if you want the message to go out on Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook you can do it all in one place, but you also get the option to tweak the message specifically for a certain platform. This really, really saves time especially when you need to add different tags or hashtags. The new post feature also has really useful text formatting tools such as the ability to make your text bold or change the font style. Although these are small features, they can add a lot to a post and crucially, it saves a lot of time having them in one place rather than having to go somewhere external to find them. There is also an AI Assistant tool which is useful. Vista Social provides some useful prompts which showcases the capability of the AI function. Although this feature won’t write 100% of your posts it can be a useful tool when you’re struggling with writer’s block. Calendar The calendar feature on Vista Social is fantastic. It’s very easy to understand and provides insights very easily. For example, you can quickly view the performance of a tweet by just clicking on it rather than having to go to the report section of the platform. Furthermore, the calendar provides you with clear visibility of what you have scheduled and what you have posted in the past. For a social media manager, this is an invaluable feature. It enables you to keep organised, highlights what days you have been most active and also allows you to schedule from the calendar. Media library The media library on Vista Social is a very useful feature. It allows you to save images, videos, sounds and even documents. From an organisational point of view, this has three key benefits to me. Firstly, it enables me to have a place where I can share key assets easily with other members of the team, secondly, it means I don’t need to always have those key assets on a local folder. Thirdly, in situations where I need to quickly post, I don’t need to worry about uploading the asset as the media is already on the platform. Features like this make the life of a social media manager very easy.

There’s nothing I majorly dislike about the platform. Overall, it is a very comprehensive platform. However, I the two slight irks I have with the platform - when you schedule a post – it takes you to another mini window. I think it would be more efficient if it was all on one screen. My second minor nag is as default, you receive an email every time you schedule a post and then another email when it gets published. However, these notifications can easily be adjusted in the settings section.

Vista Social is a complete social media management tool that all social media professionals should consider. The platform allows you to effectively manage multiple channels in one place and it is really easy to use. The calendar is designed in a clear way which allows you to keep abreast of exactly what you’ve posted in the past and how they have performed. In terms of scheduling, the calendar’s excellent design allows you to be aware of where there are gaps in your content calendar too. My favourite feature is the ability to write the same post across multiple platforms but allowing the capability of enabling users to tweak the copy for particular platforms. Features like this save an incredible amount of time and not many social media management platforms have this capability.

The first thing I noticed was an incredibly designed interface. It is the most user-friendly social media management tool I have tried and is really easy to use and navigate through. Also what surprised me the most was the AI Assistant tool for generating captions, which are totally adjustable for any type of posts. Not to mention the price list - it is affordable, and you get so much for so little! The interface is something that left me speechless - from the colors and smoothness of operations to the simple interface... Also, it is very easy to implement in your marketing strategy, so you can focus on more important things rather than losing track of time in uploading and scheduling social media content. Vista is also very simple and easy to integrate into your daily routine - whether you upload content multiple times a day or weekly/monthly content. No matter how frequently you wish to use social media tools, Vista will solve all of your problems. If you have any problem or dilemma, people from customer support are one click away. The only thing that bothered me at first sight was the size of the calendar, which is really important to me. It could be a bit larger and may be designed in a different way - preferably with a full customization option, so it could be easier to navigate through and preview your social organizer. The calendar looks pretty much like the others I've encountered, and it is still for me the best when I make my own customized calendar in Sheets. Also when using the AI Assistant tool for captioning, I saw that when I clicked the preferred version it went with quotation marks, so I had to manually remove them.

There are a few things that I really like about Vista Social but I would have to say my favorite is the Listening tool and the Social media performance report. The listening tool is really great for social media managers who help their clients with community engagement because it helps them find negative reviews or target certain keywords easily where they can act on it seamlessly. I also really enjoyed the social media performance report because of the awareness report I think it can be extra helpful to social media manager if they can report to their clients the awareness their brands have on the platforms of choice.

Vista Social is amazing but one thing I think they need to work on is the calendar and creating post option. I feel that it is a bit messy.

As a freelance social media manager for multiple clients, having a robust social media management tool that is primarily free or has affordable subscription model has become crucial for my day-to-day content management. Whether it is scheduling, writing, reporting or creating content calendars—I have used multiple SMM tools like Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Simplified and Later to manage my content and have found limitations on every single platform. So, does Vista Social make the cut? I honestly had no issues connecting my social media profiles, scheduling content and generating reports. I primarily manage content on Instagram and LinkedIn – so posts, carousels, reels and stories all work fine. I also like the fact that I was able to add location and see optimal times to post. It also has the option to add tags to organize your categories of posts. You can also create multiple profiles and add team members (with the option to customize their roles) within the dashboard. So, I give a 10/10 when it comes to customization as per your needs. Another great thing I loved about the software was the ability to create not only reports based on your connected profiles, but also create and export reports that add your competitor analysis. This is huge since I can see how frequently my competitors post on what days and when and check their engagement. Huge brownie points for the feature to be available on this platform! I also tried their AI Assistant to rewrite my captions and that too was impressive.

I noticed that the preview of a post while drafting is a bit cluttered. If I could see it in a wider frame, that would be great. Also, the option to tag personal and business profiles on a post is a bit confusing. Other than these, I found no other issues while using the software.

It pretty much eliminates the need to login to individual social media platforms to create and publish posts. What I found best about Vista Social was the analytical reporting. The reporting is what is most important to me and my clients. My role as a social media manager heavily relies on this. The dashboard and interface is very simple to use to find the data or feature I need.

One feature of Vista Social that could be better, and this is me being especially particular is the media organization for content. I am able to upload different types of content, but I may upload them for different reason which is why organization is important.

Hashtags are a big part of my social media strategy, I think when used correctly they can be a a powerful (and often overlooked) asset. When I used the hashtag suggestion tool I recieved alot of great suggestions, but, I also recieved alot of random and much less relevant hashtags. I'd like to see more specific and apllicable hashtag suggestions.

Another big selling point for me is how easy VIsta Social is to use. After probably 5 minutes of clicking around and playing I felt like I would have no issues doing whatever I needed on the platform. I've spent hours upon hours on other tools and still feel like a beginner. You add a little bit of project management with the "tasks" tab, it truly has the ability to quickly make us leave all other tools behind! With the current resurgence of AI, I found Vista Socail's AI Assistant (ChatGPT) tool quite innovative. After connecting a few of our brand's social media profiles, I generated engaging post copy by simply providing keywords on what I wanted the post to be about. In a matter of seconds, the AI Assistant drafted a caption that I was able to edit/tweak just a bit to fit the brand voice. And in a matter of seconds, I was able to publish the post directly from the Vista Social dashboard. Seamless integration of our profiles and really self-explanatory features make it a breeze to use. What I truly appreciate is that I was able to make edits on the final copy, while saving time on brainstorming copy ideas.

I wanted to say that Vista Social is an amazingly useful tool for managing social media accounts. I have 4 years of experience using a few SMM tools And believe me when I say that Vista Social is among the best. Let's start with the first thing. The interface is so much organized and user-friendly, that anyone with or without experience using a tool like this will get it at first. Once you logged in, the website showcases all its functions. I try the web version and the Android version and both are great with the same user experience (I prefer the web version just because I'm always with my laptop and I'm a big screen fan). Now, let's talk about the scheduling and calendar part; It let you manage your content/posts as it should, but I love the minimalist UI it has. Plus, you can check messages and comments from the same page, and you can also filter how the content is being shared (I mean, that's a thing!!!). Ok, The tool provides a report generation tool too, so you can analyze statistics and share them with your team or clients, all from the same app. However, here is the thing that I LOVE about Vista Social, The AI Assistant. It quickly generates excellent captions for each post, making it an incredibly efficient tool, I used it to create captions for 3 different posts, and I just needed to write what I had in mind, the tool did the rest, and let me try different captions, you'll pick the best one, but all the captions that were generated were a 5/5 for me. I'm telling you. Vista Social is an outstanding tool for social media management if you work with different clients and manage a few social media channels, It's a great way to increase productivity and effectiveness. The only thing I don't like is that the mobile app lacks some features that are available in the web version, i.e. the inbox and analytics. I mean it is a good app, but Vista Social could improve it by adding these additional functions.

It's an amazing generator that provides excellent captions (Just needed a couple of attempts to get what I wanted), I guess with time it will be faster and smarter. It helps you too to create comments, I guess we are in the AI era, so let's use these tools that help us a lot. I used both web and the Android App, and they both work perfectly, but I prefer the Web version. From a social media manager's perspective, this is super useful, because you can generate reports to view statistics. And even if you are not an experienced SMM 🙌 The inbox section is fantastic, why? because it allows me to filter comments, mentions, reviews and even track how the content has been shared. The Instagram planner is a 10/10, as usual, it's a tool that let you see how your profile will look with the scheduled posts, I mean this is something I use every day to check that everything is visually appealing and cohesive. Lastly, the Find Content section is a tool that helps if you want to search for recent news, hashtags, or even loyalty-free images or videos. I use it to create my content, so it's a tool I won't be using it lot, but it's a plus. As a social media manager, I can confidently say that Vista Social has everything you need. So this will be my new favorite social media management platform. 😎

The ideas section, I mean is helpful but maybe if you are a person that has a lot of ideas and starts writing the down you'll have 1000 ideas, then you'll find yourself on an endless list with ideas you'll never use. And the Find content section (I know I mentioned in "What do you like best about Vista Social?"), but it could be better soon, I don't like to spend more time trying to find extra news or more images, It's a relevant tool for people that don't have a content creation pattern or workflow. But I cannot say that I dislike Vista Social, It's a tool aimed at the future, and I'm glad it's here now! 🌟

Well, I've used a lot of SMM tools in the past, and currently, I'm not using one, but I'll start to use it, because I can have all my social media channels here and I liked the clean an easy to use interface.

- I really like all the functionality Vista Social includes. As a CMO, I am responsible for handling a lot of different tasks, and having a thousand apps/websites open and switching between accounts is a nightmare. With Vista, I can manage post-scheduling, inbox, reviews, and much more in one place. - It was extremely easy to set up. Took me about 3 minutes. - One of the tasks I spend lots of time on is post-publishing. The 'Bulk publishing' function became a real game-changer saving me hours of work per month. - Reviews management is also a great function. You can easily connect websites like Trustpilot, see new reviews, and respond immediately. No need to waste your time on review monitoring! - Also great user interface, easy to navigate between functions. - AI Assistant is awesome for writing posts. Creates even better content that Chat GPT - There is even Instagram feed planner and I always used a separate app for that

- I liked the reports function, but when you export as a PDF, it creates lots of pages with unnecessary white space. Not the most comfortable way to present - AI Assistant is not as responsive as Chat GPT. Eg: you can't text him back saying what edits to make - I did not quite figure out the task function.. I wish there was an easier way to create tasks when you get a content idea
