I like the clear UX of the tool. Everything was easy to navigate and get used to quickly. One of the best feature is the AI caption generator that I haven't seen in anything else.

The downside of this tool is that with reporting and data analysis, I cannot seem to find a way to customise my report more into my liking. It would be better if I can manual select the data I want to present, drag and drop as well as creating new charts based on what I want to show.

Creating a proper content calendar in draft and schedule in when it's ready. I don't need to write copies outside of my calendar anymore. All the quality of life feature like commenting, targeting, cross-posting works really well in managin my current client's account.

The AI caption generator is a total lifesaver! I really like how it will generate a caption for you, and then you can go in to edit the tone/voice. As a manager of multiple clients' social media accounts, I find Vista Social to be incredibly helpful. Plus, it's an affordable price point.

I think it's the first time I have used a tool that has so many integrated tools inside; it's the best fit for our social media growth strategy; we manage over 20 clients' Instagram and TikTok accounts creating viral content and growing their accounts by posting daily on Reels and FYP Feed on TikTok, and we didn't have any problems after using it for one month!

It doesn't have a content planner nor an Instagram Profile Preview tool that allows us to see how the profile wil look like after we post something, Planner has this tool and we use it only because of that

Ideally, we would love to have Canva, schedulers and re-posting tools in one platform but we can't ask for that much. I can now easily create and schedule posts across various platforms thanks to Vista Social. I've been able to focus on other areas of my business thanks to the time I've saved.

I easily connected my socials. Having the most talked about AI tool, ChatGPT, inside is a huge plus! I also love the competitor analysis and the hashtag report! The pop-up tutorials are easy to digest, and task management is an excellent feature!

I wonder how ChatGPT works at its peak hours. I tried a sample, and it generated slower than using ChatGPT straight. Also, I tried the Create with Canva feature in content scheduling, but it's not working. I am redirected to Canva's error page, and I think this feature will not be helpful for SMMs like me who create batched content. Lastly, in the inbox, other profile photos are not showing.

As an SMM, it helps to keep organized, and it's an all-in-one place for all things social media. I saved time in terms of analytics and reports! This tool is a great help!

Each of my social media managers have different groups of accounts that they manage, and things can easily get muddled here. The 'tasks' section of Vista Social helps make managing this full process much more streamlined! I have also appreciated the ability to search and find trending content through the scheduler. On top of this, the dashboard itself is extremely simple and aesthetically pleasing as well. It can be easy to get muddled and confused when managing multiple different accounts, so a simple dashboard is very appealing. The app's integration with Unsplash and Pexels is a life-saver! Searching for images for posts can be one of the biggest wastes of time as an agency owner, so this is extremely useful!

The only issue I found when using Vista Social was that the intial video walkthroughs/tutorials were quite long, and hard to follow at times. I often find short tutorials are best, although I understand that this can be difficult to achieve for products and services that have so many different features!

I have also found the AI feature to be extremely helpful. I used to have to create individual captions for each different post, especially when a new client came on board before I was happy to handover to one of my social media managers. Now, I'm happy to have AI create each of these captions, and I only need to review them before posting.

The tool's good differentiation between platforms is a plus. It's also great that it has a trend audio feature, which not many social media management tools have. It's especially useful for TikTok and overall reach. The report is excellent because it has enough information about the posts and user behavior to generate actions to improve or keep working with the best performances. Additionally, it's good to have the option to choose the time you need for a report. I really wish my previous job had a tool like this, as the reports are perfect and you can create reports for different KPIs, making it useful for covering marketing strategies based on specific goals.

One thing that could improve is the comparison with other competitor brands. The tool only shows one post from the competition, which isn't enough to understand the differences and find ways to improve post creation. And the issue I found with the video tutorial is the small lettering could be problematic for new users to understand the video and what to do, besides, the first step to connect the accounts could be problematic for new users or for people who are starting to use this type of tools for SMM.

You can arrange the schedule to consistently post while checking how users are responding to your content. I would highlight the results report because it is very easy to use and you can find valuable information. Additionally, compared to similar tools, Vista Social is cheaper, which is a nice feature.

In this way, if a customer's post that I scheduled has not been published, I can see and check it from the dashpord section. There is no need to use another application for the task part. I can plan my work for the team or for myself from here. When first using the platform, you are easily guided through the interface, it's integrations and the necessary tools needed to optimise your current portfolio. This makes for an easy handover/transition to your broader team. The ai assist is an absolute game-changer. Curating copy that is aligned with the brand and proposition without any hassle. Great to see this technology integrated into the platform!

On the one hand, it is excellent that you can publish reels which is a rare publishing feature across most SMM platforms. However, there are limitations around sound in, particularly when wanting to use original audio (which most brands do).

Time saver! The ability to edit copy for posts across platforms to ensure they are structured/optimised correctly for the audience rather than individually scheudle for Instagram and facebook. The ai assist also acts as a time saver, helping you when writers fatigue hits!

I run the socials for an activewear brand. In terms of content and posting this platform is AMAZING. Not only does it help provide you with videos, hashtags, images, etc. but the AI assistant for caption creation has saved me ALOT of time. For posting, there is a scheduling feature along with a grid organiser. If you are working with a team, the tasks section is super helpful. Instead of having to use a third party platform such as Notion to keep us organised, this platform does it all. This platform is every social media managers dream.

Similar to notion- Id love if this also had a desktop application. Perhaps there is and I just havent looked hard enough.

Content creation, especially copywriting for social media posts- the AI feature is great. The planning features also are super beneficial, not only can I plan out my posts but I can also see how they are going to look in the grid.

I like that it's easy to understand; it took me very little time to get used to the layout and also to be able to dive into all the features it offers. I really love the Virtual Assistant for captions; that's pretty cool, especially if you feel stuck with finding the correct wording. I manage many different social media profile, and it is extremely easy to have a great overview for all posts that have been published or scheduled.

The only thing I am unsure about on Vista Social is the publishing of Reels. I think it's amazing that the feature allows you to do that (most other SMM platforms I have used don't) but adding the trending audio is a bit unclear and I am always concerned that it might not be as effective.

The problem of having to switch between different accounts on Facebook Meta rather than having everthing in one place. The AI assistant also help when you feel stuck about wording or try to come up with creative captions.

It's so easy to organize your differents accounts within your different projects. It has the easiest and most efficient calendar tool I've used, a real gift for us social media managers. I loved the report option as well, it makes my life so much easier, very thorough and detailed. But honestly the game changer for me is the AI Assistant, the quality of the text is impressive and SEO efficient. Worth it 100%

The only thing I didn't like is that the AI Assistant doesn't t consider the maximum amount of words for each platform but is something they would probably fix very soon.

What I like best about Vista Social is the fact they will send you an email if your post was not published, which is super helpful. I usually panic when I see that my posts on my client's account are not published but with Vista Social, there is a lot less anxiety because they will send you an email about it.

Sometimes the website takes a while to load. Also, I wish that there was a feature where you can see how the posts will look especially on Instagram, and that you can move it around to achieve cohesiveness on the feed.

I'm going to preface this by saying I don't have a lot of high hopes when it comes to social media managing tools. It's always iffy. But Vista social blew my mind. The whole process of connecting multiple accounts itself was so easy. And the integration with ChatGPT has saved me over 5 hours of work weekly (trust me - I tracked with Toggl). I've moved my entire team to Vista social for both internal and external social media management at our agency. We hopped on a 30-minute zoom call after the initial set up and that was it. This platform is truly designed with the user in mind. We are also yet to have issues with Vista disconnecting from any of our social media accounts which is great because I cannot tell you how many times my team and I have had to drop everything on a weekend to re-connect tools to social accounts & ensure a post goes out on time.

Honestly, nothing major comes to mind based on current usage. If I'm going to nit pick - I'd like to see better analytics and an improvement to the listening tool. But again, when you consider the super affordable price point - this is fairly easy to ignore.

It's saving my team and me so much time through the ChatGPT integration + the ability to manage our inboxes all in one place. Having used darn near every social media scheduler out there, from dirt cheap to Enterprise, Vista is the best scalable social tool that I've ever seen. The scalability and flexibility of Vista are some of the primary reasons we're switching. During our free trial, we were able to set up an account at business start and have all of our clients imported over and content created before lunch. The AI tools have already helped us streamline our efforts, save time and be more efficient. This is one tool that I can already say will help us grow our business for years to come.

No real "dislikes" at this time. A few product improvements down the road I'd like to see: generate dynamic content via reviews, expansion of the Profile Group Types (e.g. "Campaigns" have a date range on them) and Scheduled posts to override the Queue.

As an agency owner: 1) Cost. By switching, we saved more than $184 without compromising service to our clients. 2)Functionality. To be able to execute a complete self-executed onboarding of all our clients within minutes (not hours) is a testament to the easy functionality of Vista. 3) Platforms Supported. In my opinion, you will not find a SAAS tool for the price that supports more platforms, seamlessly.

It saves time and energy so you could focus more on other areas of your business. I like that you can link Vista Social to almost all platforms including Tiktok! It has everything you need from scheduling post to searching trends, videos, images, hashtags and generating analytics reports.

Overall the experience is excellent! The improvements that I need on this platform are: 1. Make caption generating easier to use like giving a video tutorial on how to use it at its best. As for me, I was able to generate good captions because I gave specific instructions and if the user doesn't know how to do that, the caption generated would be boring. For example, it would be nice to add a feature- How do you want your caption to sound? Is it friendly, persuasive, empathetic, or witty? 2. I would prefer that I can instruct the AI to generate a specific number of characters or words because sometimes it gives me very short captions. 3. I would also prefer that it has rephrasing features.

It helped me save time and energy and work. It helps me be more efficient in my overall content planning for my biz and for my clients. I can focus on community building without thinking too much about what to post.

What I like best about Vista Social are the integrations. My favourite one is the AI-assistant (ChatGPT) for composing taglines. When composing posts, you can write the topic you want Chat GPT (AI-assistant) to write about. Chat GPT writes taglines which you can slightly adapt or directly use for your post. Vista Social helps to get you familiar with AI writing by giving examples of what to write about. E.G. 'Write a caption about the benefits of traveling to France in February.' An easy integration and perfect on those days when you can't find inspiration to write. I always use Canva to design my posts, and the good thing about Vista Social that Canva is integrated in the platform. My other favourite integrations are Pexels (finding free-to-use images in the platform), hashtag research (to see what others have posted) and the option to directly add someone's image to your media library, which is a great function for re-posting UGC content of your brand. Vista Social is a super easy-to-use platform that helps you to limit extra steps (no need to switch between different tools and platforms).

It's not available in my language (Dutch). I enjoy using the AI-assistant, but texts need to be translated to my language in another tool, outside the platform. This is not a big deal, but it would be great if there was an integrated language tool inside of the platform. The platform is perfect if you work/compose posts in English. For anyone who wants to post in another language, you need to translate outside of the platform.

It's saving me lots of time. While composting posts, there's no need to switch between different platforms and tools because of its many integrations: ChatGPT (AI-writer for composing taglines), Canva (design), Hashtag research, Pexels (finding images to use) and many more!
