Flexibility of how sharing data works and Zoho's support teams and options are great!
Don't really dislike anything. Some nice to have features would be to copy a widget created on one dashboard to another dasbhoard (as long as they used the same source table data)
Operational analytics, Sales analytics, Trend analytics, individual team members have custom ops dashboards that feed them daily data which they used to spend hours running / crunching reports on. We also have a large number of Client Dashboards to provide custom analytics data to our clients. Has been a big win all around.
I like the intuitive insights provided by Zoho Analytics. It helps non-technical users generate special reports without understanding pivot tables. As well, the visual reports are aesthetically pleasing.
It is somewhat challenging to create your data model within Zoho Analytics. The data needs to be prepared by technical users before the non-technical users can generate reports.
We are providing recurring reports to our users. Often they need to add/remove a column, and this allows them to have complete control as long as we offer the entire set of data.
Zoho Analytics has an easy-to-use user interface with a variety of functional features that help to ease the workload. In this aspect, my favourite part was the drag-and-drop feature that I usually used to combine my analysis reports into tabs which I have found to be very handy because I was able to find everything in one place well arranged. I like that it has a feature for cataloguing data that I have relied on to arrange datasets by data quality, data readiness among others. More so it made it very easy to perform system-wide metadata searches through Zoho analytics's smart AI assistant. I also like that tracking of Key Performance Indicators is very easy because Zoho Analytics allows for users to insert web components, widgets, images and text which helps in giving a clear overview of any data
The customer service is a letdown for me in terms of being friendly and knowledgeable of their product also they experienced problems troubleshooting remotely whenever an issue arises.
Complexity and training costs in terms of ways to customize data arrangement has been our main challenges before using Zoho analytics. Zoho Analytics has benefitted us in our organisation because it allows for data format and changing without the need for any coding.
Zoho Analytics is easy to get started with and once it is up and running, it is easy to automate. Creating reports, graphs and dashboards are relatively straightforward and exporting these is even easier.
We have not found much of anything that we have not been able to do thus far. We currently share our dashboards externally using private links, but it would be nice if we could control access to these private links without needing to set them up as users.
We were looking for a reporting and analytics tool to provide our clients with more robust reporting and customized reports based on their needs. Zoho Analytics has provided more than we had initially envisioned and improved our communication with our clients.
Zoho Analytics is a potent business intelligence tool. As a part of the finance team, we use Zoho Analytics for creating dashboards, management reporting, data blending, etc. With the help of Zoho Analytics, users can publish reports directly to the stakeholders or can share the information with other users as well.
Zoho Analytics is an excellent tool, but I believe there are some limitations with the API of Zoho Analytics. Also, learning Zoho Analytics is a lengthy process, and it takes time to onboard new joiners. Rest all is fine.
Zoho Analytics comes with great features which helps in resolving problems like: - Great integration with other tools and softwares - Variety of visualizations and suggestions - Predictive analysis Above all, Zoho Analytics has Zia AI assistant enabled, which is terrific.
It provide best solution that allows anyone in your organization to analyze data regardless of their technical skills or lack thereof. It provide visually analyze and build insightful reports & dashboards however massive the data is.
Zoho is not easy to use for everyone in the initial state, Zoho should provide some training to new cusotmers.
This tool allows us to obtain and combine data from different sources, it also offers us the possibility of creating reports and cross-function panels to visualize in a global way the state of our organization. Their collaboration tools allow us to work in groups through reports and panels, which increases the efficiency and performance of our work teams. This software is very versatile and allows us to easily discover all kinds of relevant information hidden in our data.
Zoho Analytics is useful allows me to share reports and also the email programming is effective. I can easily integrate applications with other databases. I have access to create custom reports which is very easy to make. I consider it easy to use.
I would like the images to be improved, it does not reflect elegance. The user interface should be updated, which would make it easier for me to generate reports, add data among others.
Zoho Analytics is a useful tool which allows us to make reports for our company easily. Its powerful drag and drop function allows us to make our own reports for our company. We can also filter results without problems and we also have the option to easily share excellently.
I like Zoho for how well this tool is implemented with the projects. This tool allows us to provide key reports for management in order to review each of the proposed objectives. For me it is very important because it allows me to establish goals with dates for my team in order to achieve those goals, it also allows me to create graphs and visualizations in order to provide accurate information about what is happening in the company. Another thing that I really liked is the price that is relatively affordable in relation to everything that Zoho offers, even its level of usefulness goes far beyond what we require and that in the not too distant future we can use those features. This system allows me to modify to my liking the control panel and the visual functions to be able to see the different aspects of the organizational strategy raised through various reports. This system is very friendly and versatile because it has many options that allow you to create the format of your reports, as well as many other options even to import data, among many other options. You can also modify the tables and graphics at will in order to have really nice graphic reports. Also, this software gives you the ability to filter what you need, to quickly see some necessary report. No doubt using Zoho Analytics is very easy. Without much experience, you can adapt quickly to its interface, however, it is recommended that you study the procedures manual in order to get the most out of this incredible system. I also like this system because of its incredible technical support team, which has given me a good service, answering quickly all the doubts and questions my team has had.
Something that does not seem good is the synchronization process, when you open the application, you should wait for at least 5 min at least, of course, this was reported to the technical support team and is being followed to resolve this anomaly, then I have not found any other problem in particular.
With Zoho my business has been able to solve many problems, such as: being able to load all the information with a minimum of time, allowing us to save a lot of time, you can even create tables for all departments with their simple pictures to understand in an easy and fast in a personalized environment. Being able to use this system is very fast and simple, since it is based on the cloud and allows compatibility with all mobile devices.
Speed, customizable platform using SQL calls and the ability to link with a variety of different spreadsheet and online tools like Google Drive, Dropbox and other cloud databases and CRM sources.
Indexing refresh time period. Currently every 24 hours. Should be more frequent.
Unified reporting. We work with a number of different reporting platforms. Being able to retrieve and consolidate all of those reports into one repository is critical to understanding the success metrics of our business but also sharing relevant insights with our partners.
I like zoho especialy because it´s easy to use. It´s just like using excel. We use it with zoho projects and it integrates perfectly.
It might be difficult or not possible to add formulas to the data.
Task managament. It´s easy to understand how efficient we are being, that tasks are being done in an standard way, people are using the tools correctly and we can use rations and estimations.
Flexibility of the reports - I can choose for a pie to a combined bar, or change it whenever needed later on.
Some charts don't allow certain combinations (which is fine) - however the error codes that pop up informing me of this aren't very intuitive
Combining marketing data from Zoho CRM, for historical views and future potentials. I also now drag in data from our accounting balance sheets, hire fleet data, bar takings; which are all on excel sheets - this data is now actually usable and very easy to add to.
It was easy to use and you can get reports and data asap
It was kind of slow. But when you got where you needed it was great!
Report generation!
The platform allows users to query for great visualisations and dashboard through it's other core products. No programming is required to do any of this.
There is no easy way to export the data from Quickbooks. It still lacks the support to generate reports on any data source present in the system
business intelligence reporting to analyse the company's marketing campaigns.
Provides a lot of heavy lifting with minimal setup for the price point
No software is perfect; there are some management tweaks to be made. Seems a lot of reported issues take very long for any updates or new features to be developed.
Easily allows us to segregate our data to specific reporting needs as different arms of the business have different needs.
Through the Zoho Reports platform, users are able to stratify and cut multiple data points across many of our Zoho products. The platform allows us to create insightful reports and dashboards that has provided us with invaluable tools to analyze our business.
We have required the use of a live support person to answer questions and provided more detailed answer/help. While the technical support documentation is not support, the help desk has been very supportive.
When we first set out using Zoho Reports, there were a number of issues we were trying to solve for. The first area centered around providing more thorough analysis of the state of our pipeline and provide more detailed dashboards of the pipeline week over week. The Zoho Reports platform allowed us to create customized reports showing us the data that matters most to us on a week over week basis. This refinement in our sales process has led to an increase in sales.
I love the ability to quickly analyze data in a variety of ways.
Sometimes you just want to do a quick analysis and it makes you save reports for some features such as exporting. This causes my reports tab to get overcrowded with reports I don't want. Also importing of dates does not always work properly and the SQL queries are little difficult to execute.
Sales analysis. We are able to make quick decisions on the impact of promotions on a micro and macro level.
The easy way in which information is presented
Not a great deal! We've had no complaints
Administative issues. Data collating. Concise and simple user interface.
The platform is fully-featured and allows a great deal of flexibility in customizing reports. Reports can be emailed automatically on a schedule. It also syncs with Zoho CRM. Data from other sources can be brought into Reports.
Currently, Zoho CRM custom modules do not automatically sync to Zoho Reports whereas default modules do. Once in 5 years, we had trouble accessing our data.
Each of our departments receives the data they need on a regular basis to monitor and manage the effectiveness of their teams. As our business develops, it's easy to update our reports to reflect that.
The accruacy multiple options available to display the data collected.
Setting up the reports can be a challenge at first.
We are able to establish an annual trend with our clients. We also are able to narrow down exactly who our buyers are & what they 'look' like.
I can create highly customized reports and dashboards, which is great for getting visual insights quickly and effectively. It can handle large data sets and its integration with other Zoho tools (such as CRM or Zoho Books) can be extremely useful to have a broad view of all business operations.
problems can arise when integrating data from different sources. Having the right data structure can be challenging, especially if we come from different systems with different formats.
streamlines data analysis and provides a clearer view of trends and patterns, which is invaluable for optimizing strategies and improving operational efficiency.

Much obliged to its clear and user-friendly plan, Zoho Analytics exceeds expectations. In spite of the fact that the basics are straightforward to get, a few of the more complex capacities, especially those including custom computations and programming, may have a longer learning bend. In comparison to pro ETL arrangements, Zoho Analytics' information change capabilities are impressively compelled in spite of its solid information visualization highlights. It will be little difficult for a beginner to start using it, you need adequate data for a full fledge analysis on the rest of the zoho apps. Data visualisation can be better.

the platform is quite easy to understand and provides a lot of features that one cannot explore within weeks. The AI integration helps me complete hours of work in minutes.
The Interface is a bit heavy and hence laggy. Also sometimes it becomes confusing for a beginner to find the features that one wants to use. Also its on a bit expensive side and small business cannot afford.

Easy to use and quick to learn the process
Nothing specific to mention, all is Good
Reporting and tracking
Personally I like having all of my data in one place both for myself and my clients. I also like that I have all of my client individual data and the combined data in one place.
I think it's not as user friendly as it could be. I think there's room for improvement for people like me who are data driven but not tech savvy.
We use the analytics software to help organize and analyze our clients sales, marketing, and employee data. We've been able to use it to help our clients understand their data.

Ability to create visualizations for team members very quickly after a request for a dashboard is made.
