Zoom is easy to set up on a computer and very easy to schedule a meeting. I enjoy sharing my screen during presentations and having the ability to see 50 participants on one screen. The software works well with all platforms we use, Adobe, PowerPoint etc. I utilize the breakout room feature often and appreciate the options when assigning rooms. I really like the option to blur my background. I use Zoom often and appreciate the flexibility in my physical location when joining a meeting. This is probably the number 1 capability I like that Zoom affords me.

Often there is an issue of a slight delay when 2 people speak at once. I am not sure if this can be fixed as I find this same issue on my iPhone! There are many bells and whistles I do not use but that is not necessarily a dislike, just an observation.

Meeting with our Board and shareholders who live across the country without requiring travel. The cost is significantly lower and the convenience is significantly greater that prior to using Zoom.

Zoom is easier to use versus some other video platforms. We appreciate being able to share screens, remit control to drive the other person's computer and being able to record audio or video in a high quality way.

The downsides of Zoom are it uses a lot of computer memory and the interface and settings keep changing. Keep it easy to use and set up, please. The cost for Zoom webinars on top of meetings is a negative, and many people are starting to use Microsoft Teams or Google due to the increasing and additional costs.

Travelling for meetings and working remotely on projects

We really liked the price difference, functionality, and organization of the features Zoom has to offer. While it takes getting used to coming from another platform, it was very seamless to adopt for me and my entire team!

I would say at this time it is hard to think of many downsides. I'd say if you are using this a Slack replacement then you will miss workflows if you utilized them previously.

Zoom is solving the business communication for my department. Bringing team chat, text, and phone calls to one place where me and my team can collaborate.

Zoom rooms / zoom has taken our conference rooms to the next level. The ease of screen share, both within our company and clients that are visting! No cords!! It was easy to set up and still easy to use. We also LOVE that we you can take google meetings from the zoom room.

I wish the screen would be full screen. When we are sharing, it has a black border around it. When we screenshare through airplay this is eliminanted.

We started using zoom for the ability to join meetings (google, zoom, teams, etc..) while being able to share your screen with ease in our conference rooms. It has made joining meetings easy, and no cords needed!
