Across all departments in our Computer Software industry, Zoom is the most influential web conferencing tool. It has boosted productivity by eradicating human movements via comms channels and saves time by incorporating online meetings.

My overall rating depicts how Zoom has had no flaw for the past 2 YoS.

I reliah a lot with Zoom from sharing large files online to conferencing via online meetings.

Being able to lock down the login and room controls in general. Additionally having the auto answer allows the device to be in a secure place for public use.

Setup can be a bit difficult when first starting out.

We needed a place that Inmates could meet with their attorney in private per client/attorney priveledge. Have the device being set to auto answer and securely located, protects the device and keeps the inmate from being able to access the device and possibily get it to do something they are not allowed to do while they are not monitored.

It is the most vital program that no company can succeed without. In my organization, it unify teams in one place via unlimited comms channels.

It is quite compatible with our Internet connectivity hence our meetings have been good most of the time and consumes less data compared to others making it favourable for vedio comferencing. It is easy to use,vedio quality is available on mobile as well as app and recording option is good hence provides a virtual breakout room creating room for vedio comferencing. It's vedio webinars is straightforward since we use it for our organisations board meetings as well sharing screen is great.

Zoom solves the problem of being able to communicate conviently with my team on the east coast , and assisting remote users come to a fast resolution when troubleshooting computer issues.

It supports multiple devices, file sharing, vedio calls, charts, screen hosting , remote access and much more within a single app making communication more easy. It offersa complete variety of features that make our software really impactful and efficient in meetings and expositions good for making communication effectively. It has the ability to save meeting formats which is helpful since we don't need always to re_do everything each time hence helps me pass the right information as it enhance communication among us.

It is of great profit and benefit to our organisation hence I have no dislike about it at all.

I like that I can create invites on my Google Calendar and inidcate it is a Zoom meeting and it automatically inlcudes the link in the invite/reminder and when I go to Zoom I can see all the scheduled meetings.

Zoom functionality is just amazing, it offers good video and audio quality during virtual meetings. Screen sharing is best because shared files are not blurred but clearly visible. Easy to join or schedule meetings, provided you have enough access.

I can't think of any at the moment. As I had state earlier, Zoom is not only suitable but also effective and robust.

Simple, Zoom is the only platform I use for video conferencing and screen sharing during virtual events.

Distance Barrier,Virtual Collaboration, Flexibility and Convenience

Connecting with people is easy with Zoom. I am using Zoom for attending online Yoga class and in professional use to connect with my team and client. Most liking feature about Zoom is use same link to join daily scheduled Yoga classes is best feature. Organzing webinar is easy with Zoom till 100 participant and 40 minutes time limit in free version.

Some time facing disconnectivity issue while on-going call, else all features looks good. Frequent and force fully updates are some time headache when you have to join call on time.

I am user of Zoom since Corona pandemic. It was difficult time for everyone to connecting with team or attend Yoga class. So at that time Zoom comes as saviour, as it helps me to attend Yoga classes regularly. And of course in my professional use, it helps me to connect with my remote team and clients with providing best experience.

Zoom is easy to set up on a computer and very easy to schedule a meeting. I enjoy sharing my screen during presentations and having the ability to see 50 participants on one screen. The software works well with all platforms we use, Adobe, PowerPoint etc. I utilize the breakout room feature often and appreciate the options when assigning rooms. I really like the option to blur my background. I use Zoom often and appreciate the flexibility in my physical location when joining a meeting. This is probably the number 1 capability I like that Zoom affords me.

Often there is an issue of a slight delay when 2 people speak at once. I am not sure if this can be fixed as I find this same issue on my iPhone! There are many bells and whistles I do not use but that is not necessarily a dislike, just an observation.

Meeting with our Board and shareholders who live across the country without requiring travel. The cost is significantly lower and the convenience is significantly greater that prior to using Zoom.

Zoom is a great option for video conferencing, as it keeps you in real time with other people similar to Skype but more professionally, I like how easy it can be used and how practical it is, so much so that in the church where I congregate it is used by people who cannot get to the building, personally it is very pleasing when you can hear their comments.

The only thing that represents an discomfort, is when a person accidentally activates his camera or audio briefly interrupting the meeting although they always realize the moment, and does not get to make annoying.

For example during the pandemic I think it was where most of us took advantage of Zoom, to continue with our daily routines and activities, as work informed me how to improve my Wordpress articles, In school activities the children of my neighbors used it for their classes, courses, even medical appointments to take care of both patient and doctor, Zoom gave solution to many of these situations.

It allows me to interview people too far to interview in person. Setting up interviews is EASY.

I haven't found one yet. I have been using Zoom for quite some time, and it is a life saver.

It consumes too much bandwidth. It can't be dependable when using mobile data - or when the internet connection is weak.

when conducting classes with children - zoom makes it easier for everyone to join even the young ones - just by clicking on a link/hyperlink - it instantly connects them to the meeting space.

I always have my possible group meeting in contact groups so it is easy to call everyone at the same time without inviting each person individually hence communication system is enhanced hence more benefits to the company. It is undoubtedly offers a reliable platform for virtual gatherings and indeed it helps me alot for my work which really help me reach those who can not be reached. It allows me host and attend meetings in really smooth manner especially with a dynamic working arrangements that we are in during the pandemic hence communication running smooth.
