AccuWeb Forex VPS Expert Review

Almost every host in this series rewards commitment. AccuWeb Forex VPS does not. Its checkout prices Forex VPS 1 at $15.00 monthly, $45.00 quarterly and $180.00 annually — all three exactly $15.00 a month. Paying a year up front buys nothing. Verified on all three published plans. What the marketing page advertises instead is a promotional monthly rate of €7.00, and the “46.73% Save” badge on it checks out precisely against that $15.00 standard.

  • What it is: Windows VPS hosting for forex trading — dedicated cores and guaranteed RAM for MetaTrader terminals.
  • Best for: Traders who want low-latency hosting near a specific broker, month to month.
  • Pricing: €7.00–€52.53 a month advertised; $15.00–$47.00 standard at checkout. Verified July 2026.
  • The honest catch: The advertised locations and the bookable locations do not match.

What Is AccuWeb Forex VPS?

AccuWeb Forex VPS is a Windows virtual private server tuned for running trading terminals around the clock. The proposition is latency and stability: dedicated CPU cores and guaranteed RAM rather than an oversold shared pool, NVMe SSD storage, and data centres positioned near major forex brokers, with AccuWeb claiming latency under 1–10 ms to brokers in each region. Plans are sized by how many MetaTrader terminals you intend to run concurrently.

AccuWeb’s four Forex VPS plans on the euro price list — €7.00, €13.12, €26.26 and €52.53 a month — with savings badges of 46.73%, 50.03%, 36.19% and 34.08%.

It comes from the same company as AccuWeb’s shared hosting, reviewed separately here.

How AccuWeb Forex VPS Works

  • Four plans, sized by terminal count.
  • Dedicated vCPU and guaranteed RAM.
  • No discount for longer terms.
  • Locations chosen at checkout.
  • 7-day trial available.
  • Priority provisioning costs extra.

AccuWeb Forex VPS Pricing

Captured from AccuWeb’s Forex VPS page and its checkout in July 2026. The marketing page served euros; the checkout quotes US dollars.

Monthly $15.00 $15.00
Quarterly $45.00 $15.00 0%
Annually $180.00 $15.00 0%

Bar chart showing AccuWeb Forex VPS 1 costs $180 for twelve months whether billed monthly, quarterly or annually.

What actually decides your cost:

  • Longer commitment buys no discount at all, which is genuinely unusual. At checkout, Forex VPS 1 is $15.00 monthly, $45.00 quarterly and $180.00 annually — three cycles, one rate. Forex VPS 2 prices at $30.00 and $90.00, and Forex VPS 3 at $47.00, $141.00 and $564.00 — the same pattern each time. Across the hosting products reviewed in this series, annual prepayment typically saves 20–40%; here it saves nothing. The upside is that there is no reason to lock in, and no renewal cliff to diarise.
  • The savings badges are accurate, and they verify against the real checkout price. The page shows oddly precise percentages — 46.73%, 50.03%, 36.19%, 34.08% — which imply standard rates of about €13.14, €26.25 and €41.15. Converted at a consistent rate those are $15.00, $30.00 and $47.00: exactly the prices we found at checkout, on all three plans. So unlike vendors that discount from an invented list, AccuWeb’s percentages are measured against a price you can actually be charged.
  • How you obtain the advertised rate is not clear. The “Add To Cart” button carries billingcycle=monthly&promocode=FOREX1OFF-M, but loading that URL with and without the promotion produced identical cycle prices — $15.00, $45.00 and $180.00 either way. So the discount may apply later in the flow, or require an account. Either way, treat $15.00 a month as the price to budget and the €7.00 as a rate to confirm before paying.
  • The advertised data centres are not the ones you can book. The page names Denver, New York, London and Singapore, with a stated latency of under 1–10 ms to brokers in each. The checkout’s Server Location list offers Denver, London, New York, Frankfurt and Hyderabad — no Singapore, and two locations the marketing page does not mention. For a product sold specifically on proximity to your broker, that is the single most important detail to get right. If you are buying for Asian market access, confirm Singapore is actually available before subscribing.
  • Each price doubling buys a different resource, and never both. From Forex VPS 2 to 3 the price roughly doubles ($30 to $47) and vCPU doubles from 2 to 4 while RAM rises only 3 GB to 4 GB. From 3 to 4 the price doubles again and RAM doubles from 4 GB to 8 GB while vCPU stays at 4. So the third plan sells cores and the fourth sells memory. Work out which your strategy is limited by — Expert Advisors doing heavy computation want cores; many concurrent terminals want RAM — because paying for the wrong one wastes half the upgrade.
  • Storage barely moves while the price multiplies 7.5-fold. Disk runs 35, 40, 45 and 50 GB across plans costing €7.00 to €52.53. Per euro that is a collapse from 5.0 GB to 0.95 GB. Trading terminals are not storage-hungry, so this is defensible — but do not read the top plan as a general-purpose server.
  • Cost per terminal is flat in the middle and worse at the top. On AccuWeb’s own recommendations the advertised rates work out at €3.50, €3.28, €3.28 and, for the 8-plus plan, at best €6.57 per terminal. Forex VPS 2 and 3 are equally efficient; the top plan is roughly twice the cost per terminal, so unless you need the 8 GB of RAM specifically, Forex VPS 3 is the value pick.
  • Faster provisioning is a paid add-on. Checkout offers Standard Delivery (under 24 hours) or Priority Delivery (under 4 hours) at extra cost. If you are migrating a live trading setup over a weekend, price that in.

Who Should Use AccuWeb Forex VPS

  • Traders needing low latency to a specific broker. The clearest case — pick the data centre nearest them, and test first.
  • Anyone who wants month-to-month hosting. No term discount means no reason to commit.
  • Multi-terminal setups. Forex VPS 3 runs up to 8 terminals at €3.28 each.
  • Expert Advisor users. Dedicated cores and guaranteed RAM, with DLL imports supported.

It fits poorly for traders needing Singapore, which appears on the marketing page but not at checkout; for anyone expecting an annual discount; and for storage-heavy workloads, where disk barely grows across the range.

Honest Pros and Cons

Strengths

  • Dedicated vCPU and guaranteed RAM, not oversold.
  • Savings badges verify against real checkout prices.
  • No lock-in and no renewal cliff — every cycle costs the same.
  • NVMe SSD storage across the range.
  • 7-day trial before committing.
  • Latency test tools and a broker-proximity guide.

Limitations

  • Annual prepayment saves nothing.
  • Advertised locations differ from bookable ones — Singapore versus Frankfurt and Hyderabad.
  • The promo code made no difference to checkout prices in our test.
  • Storage is nearly flat across a 7.5× price range.
  • The top plan adds no extra cores.
  • Priority provisioning costs extra.

AccuWeb Forex VPS Alternatives and How It Compares

  • AccuWeb Hosting is the same company’s shared hosting, also with guaranteed resources.
  • V2 Cloud offers cloud desktops used for the same purpose.
  • ForexVPS.net and Cheap Forex VPS compete purely on trading-server latency.
  • BeeksFX targets professional and institutional traders with exchange-proximity hosting.
  • Vultr or DigitalOcean are cheaper if you can configure Windows and licensing yourself.

The Verdict

AccuWeb’s Forex VPS gets the fundamentals of trading hosting right. Dedicated CPU cores and guaranteed RAM rather than an oversold pool is the correct architecture for something that must execute reliably at 3am, NVMe SSD storage is standard across the range, and the company provides genuinely useful pre-sales tooling — a latency checker and a guide to finding the data centre closest to your broker. The plans are also sized sensibly, by number of concurrent terminals rather than abstract specifications, which is how a trader actually thinks about capacity.

The pricing has one genuinely unusual property, and it is in your favour. Committing to a year saves nothing. At checkout, Forex VPS 1 costs $15.00 monthly, $45.00 quarterly and $180.00 annually — identical per-month rates — and the same holds on Forex VPS 2 and 3. In a category where annual prepayment normally buys 20–40% and a renewal shock to go with it, AccuWeb simply charges the same however you pay. So there is no lock-in decision to make and no renewal date to diarise. Credit is also due on the discount claims: the page’s oddly precise 46.73%, 50.03% and 36.19% badges reconcile exactly to the $15.00, $30.00 and $47.00 standard prices we found at checkout, which is more than most vendors manage.

Two things need resolving before you buy, though. First, it is not clear how you actually get the advertised €7.00 rate. The cart link carries a promotional code (FOREX1OFF-M), but loading it with and without that code returned the same $15.00, $45.00 and $180.00. Budget from $15.00 a month and treat the lower figure as something to confirm. Second, and more important for this specific product: the data centres advertised are not the data centres offered. The page names Denver, New York, London and Singapore; the checkout lists Denver, London, New York, Frankfurt and Hyderabad. When the entire proposition is being physically close to your broker, a missing Singapore is not a detail — it is the purchase decision. Verify availability for your region first.

On plan choice, the ladder rewards a moment’s thought because each doubling buys only one resource. Forex VPS 3 doubles the cores (2 to 4) while adding just 1 GB of RAM; Forex VPS 4 doubles the RAM (4 to 8 GB) while leaving cores at 4. If your Expert Advisors are computation-heavy, buy cores; if you are running many terminals side by side, buy memory. On AccuWeb’s own terminal recommendations, Forex VPS 2 and 3 both work out at €3.28 per terminal and the top plan at roughly twice that, which makes Forex VPS 3 the value pick for anyone at eight terminals or fewer. Take the 7-day trial, run your latency test from it, and only then decide.

FAQ

How much does AccuWeb Forex VPS cost?

The marketing page advertises €7.00, €13.12, €26.26 and €52.53 a month for its four plans. At checkout the standard prices are $15.00, $30.00 and $47.00 a month for the first three (the fourth we could not verify), and those figures reconcile exactly with the page’s own savings percentages. Every billing cycle charges the same monthly rate.

Does AccuWeb Forex VPS offer a discount for annual billing?

No — and this is unusual. Forex VPS 1 is $15.00 monthly, $45.00 quarterly and $180.00 annually, all exactly $15.00 a month. Forex VPS 2 prices at $30.00 and $90.00, and Forex VPS 3 at $47.00, $141.00 and $564.00 — the same pattern. Longer commitment buys nothing, but equally there is no lock-in and no renewal increase to plan for.

Which server locations can I actually choose?

The checkout offers Denver, London, New York, Frankfurt and Hyderabad. Note that the marketing page instead names Denver, New York, London and Singapore — so Singapore appears in the advertising but not in the booking form we saw, while Frankfurt and Hyderabad appear in the form but not the advertising. Since latency to your broker is the whole point, confirm your region’s availability before subscribing.

Which AccuWeb Forex VPS plan should I choose?

Forex VPS 3 for most multi-terminal traders — it runs up to 8 terminals at about €3.28 each, matching Forex VPS 2’s efficiency while doubling the cores to 4. The top plan doubles RAM to 8 GB but adds no further cores, so it only makes sense if memory rather than computation is your constraint. Forex VPS 1 suits one or two terminals.

Is there a trial or guarantee?

AccuWeb offers a 7-day trial on its Forex VPS range, advertised on the product page. That is shorter than the 30-day money-back guarantee on its shared hosting, but enough to run a latency test from your chosen data centre and confirm your terminals and Expert Advisors behave — which is the main thing worth checking before committing.
