The easiness of the tool. We were surprised by that.

Ease of usage and the instructional tutorial videos to help build and upload the app to Apple Store and Android

It's clunky when dealing with complex navigational needs and dealing with sign in requirements. Also lacks the ability to set alerts for users who have a personal profile on the site, such as someone tagging them or if a friend posted something, a user will not see an App Icon Badge on their home screen.

The bottom menu has been the latest challenge, clicking on certain buttons logged out the user, that bug was fixed almost two months later.

This was such a great find! It's easy to use, half (or more) the price of their competitors, and you really could have a mobile app ready to launch the same day, if you had to!

There are a few features I would like added, that I do not feel should be a paid add-on.

Very simple to add a WordPress installation to create a mobile app, you can use the web view function to show the mobile aspect of the website, this is useful if you have an attractive website look

The customization of the template is practically impossible, moreover the web view on Apple devices is not very nice, as it opens a modal window for each page

You can create a smartphone app really easily, without having to go through native app programming. Even an inexperienced person, but with a minimum of WordPress experience, can create his own app

Developing an app from an existing WordPress/ woocommerce website is easy and quick with this tool. Moreover, I got a lifetime deal which was super inexpensive and this tool is perfect for my usecase.

There should be a list of compatible and non-compatible WordPress / Woocommerece plugins. Moreover, support team should take care of early adopters like their lifetime deal buyers

Developing an app from an existing WordPress/ woocommerce website is easy and quick - I never find any other better tool for this purpose and I got excellent lifetime deal

Let me start here - the biggest issue people have is not having proper expectations. It's not a full custom app, it's designed to be what it is. I love how great it has been to create a quick app for out customers.

There are quite a few limitations, but again, knowings it's not custom makes it easier.

We were able to offer our consistent clientele an app to help with their service.

The end result is clean and professional. The software is user friendly.

There's not a lot of functionality. Quite limited in what can be put on the app.

It's crazy how fast you can create an app. For an online store (furniture, nutrition, etc), creating an app has never been easier. I was shocked how fast it was, and how nice it was.

Doesn't work for other sites as I had hoped. I have a few organizations that wanted one, but without selling a product this doesn't work.

I was smashed by the fact that the tool does the job by itself; you don't need programming skills to create an app! We have quite a significant amount of content on the website and would like to use it as a promotional app. I was really surprised by how simple the overall process was. 30 minutes and the app is ready for deployment! And no programmer involved :) However, this simple process also revealed the fact that we have too much very specialized content. Also, it may be feasible to rework the content before publishing it in the app store.

There are no automatic corrections... I mean, it does bring content in, but minor corrections to the appearance/UI would be appreciated. Also, with all those plugins and the added beauty of the blog, the resulting app loads quite slowly.

The major benefit is that you don't need to hire programmer or aquire programming skills to create a promotional app, and that was the major reason fro me ot get the micence. All customization steps are documented on the dashboard. The only thing you need is to complete the setup and select the pages you need to see (well, and regsiter your business with Apple, but this is totally different ball game).

There are other great features as well, so it is a nice pick.

Even though AppMySite provides ample options for customizations, it still cannot reach the level of customization a custom built app can achieve. Also, it is a bit pricy and not very suitable for small organizations.

It is eliminating the need to have a separate team for mobile developers to make apps for my organizations websites. Maybe in future, we might need a team after all, as the cusmization requirements are not being completely fulfilled by AppMySite

The easy to use dashboard to setup and connect the app. Customer support was also very good, as I reached out several times to different people.

Not very helpful when it comes to payment. I overlapped a day on a subscription for a feature I no longer needed, but they just send a long "canned" email stating that they can't refund my payment. In today's day, this is unusual.

Extremely simple to plug and play. The UI of the platform allows for straightforward ease of implementation and integrating with an existing WordPress with WooCommerce website.

The ability to customize to specific needs outside of basic pricing, checkout, items, and other e-commerce store functionality is very limited. We attempted to create a blog library and user account for services and not products and had extreme difficultly in doing so. Also, every AppMySite update changed our set up and we had to adjust to meet the new updates.

AppMySite is great at providing another professional channel of exposure and buying option for customers who are already using your website to make purchases. Also, it gives another level of presence and authority for a brand to be able to show a mobile app as part of its tech stack.

I like that it creates your site into an app automatically. You can also customize a splash page and the colors and links in the bars within the app.

It's not very user friendly. I still have yet to actually get the app into the app store, even with the auto publish to the app store add on. There are many steps required to get it into the app store, and after over a month of working on it I still haven't successfully finished. I think we are going to need to hire someone off of upwork to finish the job for us. They have email support which has been somewhat helpful, but they keep referring me to set up a spport call, which are only available in the middle of the night and early in the morning for east coast time.

It's more cost effective than the previous platform we were using. However, we still have not finished the setup, so I can't say its benefitting us yet.

Easy to create and app and get it just the way i like. whether your building your own layout or simply using the wordpress connection style the app is easy to use.

Have been trying to publish my app for quite some time, support just keeps telling me that im doing something wrong and to follow their guide. I have followed the guide now 4 or 5 times and it still fails. They finally tell me to jump on live chat with them during business hours. Mind you their business hours are completely opposite to ours here on the other side of the world. I would literally pay for them to do the task but that option doesnt appear to exist.
