I like the ability to do evergreen and on-demand webinars, and there are many customizations that can be done to make the webinar a great experience.
When you share your screen, the shared screen does not take up the whole screen, so it's sometimes hard for our audience to see the shared screen.

Love that BigMarker offers both live and on-demand webinar options. The dashboard is easy to navigate and they integrate with other software and programs.
Can be a bit of a learning curve and takes a bit of time to set everything up.

BigMarker has a very professional feel about it. Very comprehensive. I picked it because, more than any of the others I've tried, they are built with sales, marketing, and conversions in mind. That is not to say, that participants don't get what they need/want as well (i.e. good streaming, interatcive quizzes, etc).
No big complaints. I think setting up your first events could be a bit more straightforward...but it is pretty good and getting better. I wish there were a few more networking and expo features.

I think webinars are great for generating leads, but they can be daunting at times. The presentation you craft takes time and effort, and because the tool you use when delivering your content inhibits your audience from immediately understanding its value, there is a risk that they may not appreciate its value once you deliver it. Fortunately, with BigMarker you'll never have to worry about that again. When I started my business, I tried three different webinar software providers. The reason I intend to use BigMarker exclusively is because it's just the tool I need to accomplish what I want to do. It's neat, it's powerful, it's intuitive, it's reliable.
Bigmarker has never disappointed me and I have never found anything to dislike about it.
BigMarker is a great solution for those who use PowerPoint or Keynote presentations. It allows us to present complex and detailed information to our clients very quickly and efficiently, without the need of any rehearsals.
I like that there is no download involved, so it is pretty easy for attendees to join. I also like the evergreen automated demo webinar series so that we can get prospects with no intervention.
For attendees, browser-based is better, and no change is needed; I'm pretty happy with that. But for hosts, a desktop version would be nice. (Maybe I'm old school, but I've always liked to have that option in my platforms).

The bandwidth requirements to use this platform are higher than others (like zoom) since it's a browser based platform. As a host you have to make sure you're hardwired to your internet for optimal performance.

The only thing I could possibly ask for is more landing page templates.
When COVID shut down in-person seminars for our company, we were easily able to transition to online events. Now, we will keep them as part of our programming.
I love the layout and the UI of the app. It looks modern and everything is laid out very well and easy to understand. It's really easy to create an event. I can create an event in with a registration page in 10 minutes and it looks professional to the attendees without much work on my part.

BigMarker seamlessly integrates with HeySummit software and is used every month to deliver online classes and provide a safe space for video coaching calls.
It does require a bit more internet speed than the more common Zoom platform.
The huge benefits are the incredible communities I've now built in two membership platforms. It provides the ability to both meet & present live educational sessions using all the live camera features, playing recorded videos, screen share with editing/drawing tools, and slide presentations.
