Throughout my time using Binance, I have found it to be very trustworthy and secure as a cryptocurrency exchange platform. I like that there are numerous verification methods in-place to ensure that my account is secure; with crypto assets being held safely in my wallet. With lots of available services and cryptocurriencies to exchange via the Binance platform, it is fair to say that Binance is an excellent option with fair rates. An additional feature that I like about Binance is the responsive and polite customer support team. Upon facing a small transaction problem, the team provided me with an array of solutions to try in order to resolve the issue. They waited around to hear back from me in real-time to ensure that the problem was resolved, and that the transaction could be carried out successfully.

At first, Binance can be slightly confusing to navigate. This is due to the plethora of options presented on the interface that may be tricky to decipher for beginners, and those looking to start into the world of cryptocurrency. Although, there are lots of helpful resources to guide those who are uncertain how to navigate the Binance interface. Furthermore, when seeking support, there is a chatbot that you must first interact with before your ticket/request is forwarded onto, and reviewed by the team. This can be minorly inconvenient and time consuming should the problem not be resolved during the chatbot interaction.

It's a paradox, but there are too many options, and they should be better placed on the mobile application. The Mobile home page displays more than ten icons. It's disturbing There is a Lite version, and It should be set by default

Binance is much more optimised as compared to different crypto trading platforms. Especially its mobile app because I usually love spot trading, and it doesn't require a PC. The app is so fast that I haven't faced any lag since using it.

I think Binance is a best-in-class all-in-one crypto exchange with plenty of associated products and services. Binance is not only an excellent crypto exchange with low fees, a wide range of token options, and a simple interface, but they also offer a wide array of additional services like a wallet and native token. Being able to pay fees with Binance's native token is a great feature and investment. I also really like Binance's crypto wallet. I use the Web wallet and it is great when you need to move tokens from your exchange account to be used with some of the best dapps like Pancake Swap. Binance's knowledge base is another asset I have taken advantage of and is much better than their competitors.

Restrictions like the alternative versions for US customers such as the Binance.us can be confusing for those new to the crypto space but this is probably more of a regulatory issue. I also am not a fan of the different rates and fees when buying/selling using the crypto pairs and just initiating buys or sells from your holdings. If this sounds confusing, it is. There really shouldn't be a difference but when compared to other platforms like Coinbase, which has two different apps (Coinbase and Coinbase Pro) for these two different types of purchases, Binance at least bundles everything together for you. You just have to be aware of the differences when making transactions on the platform. Binance also lacks a learning component which I think is very crucial when interacting with such a budding space like crypto and blockchain.

It is a very user friendly app i have purchased crypto currency with the help of this app. The process is very minimal to purchase any crypto the transactions are very smooth.

There is nothing much to dislike about the the app the user interface of the app is a bit complicated people using for the first time might find it difficult to switch between the Pro and the normal mode there should have been an option for Indian users to purchase crypto in INR apart from that the app is very good.

Due to the centralized nature of the exchange, there is a slight bit of manipulation that I see during crypto correction periods or crashes which leads to a lot of trades not getting executed or stop losses getting hit unnecessarily.

Binance is functional in my country (Nigeria), unlike many other crypto exchanges. The verification process is easy and very fast. I can easily buy crypto via peer-to-peer.

What I do not like about Binance is that one needs $15 before one can buy any crypto with his debit card! That's bad & inconsiderate. Not everyone can afford that amount. Also, you need to have at least $20 worth of any coin before you can CONVERT for another coin, on Binance! 😩

I don't like that there are so many security things to use in order to enter the platform, besides if you are no longer using it it will automatically log out for you which can be annoying sometimes. But, I had encountered so many good things on using Binance rather than other exchanges that I still prefer this option above so many others. Another thing I'd like to say is that the chart of fees is not easy to find, so you must go to the bottom of the page and look for commissions in order to look for it. Is very important to check that chart before making any cash-out transaction so you don't get any surprises.

The P2P is very glitchy/buggy. The messages in P2P won't sync correctly. Always get disconnected when I chat. When i minimize binance to transfer money, the p2p chat get disconnected and take very much time to reconnect! This is not expected for big exchange like Binance. But thinking about security, this is negligible.

The leveraged tokens the the biggest benifit for me. As I am less in Marzin tradings, It's hard for me to do trades with leverages and might run out of marzin to get liquidated. So leverage token is the primary benifit in Binance for me.

There is very little I can say I dislike about the Binance platform, one of the only down sides of the exchange to me was that for a brief period of time they had banned the US customers from their services, which has now been lifted and the US is allowed once again. They also did allow the users who were in before the ban to retrieve their assets. This was probably the only downside i've experienced with their exchange platform.

As stated I love the turnkey solution to the issue of staking your assets for passive income as normally this requires extensive knowledge and money for personally owned DNS ( Dedicated Node Servers ) as well as massive downloads that take up large amounts of space on a computer or laptops hard drive. This solution has also helped and encouraged other exchanges start to do the same.
