Collaboration. I love that with box we are able to collaborate in document formation which helps save on time and improve on teamwork. Storage. It has a large storage space where we are able to store files. Sharing. It allows for real-time sharing of files Easy to use. It has an intuitive interface making it easy for users to interact with it.

Box has a poor search tool. More filters are needed to make it fast.

The thing I like best about box is the ease of access for users that need to collaborate. It is great to be able to have a platform where my work feels safe and secure. I feel that I can organize my work very easily by using folders. I also like how quick it is to upload content to the site. One of my favorite parts is having the ability to open documents with box and edit them, then save them straight to box without having to reupload a new version manually.

I wish there were more options for integration to different softwares. I also think it is sometimes too difficult to find other users on Box and there should be a better way to search for who you would like to share with.

I use box when I am working on team projects. It has made me realize the potential of cloud based computing. The most beneficial part of box is having the ability to share what I want with different stakeholders in a safe and secure way.

Box is the best place to protect, share and manage all my content that's why I trusted its different tools and one of my favorites is its ability to work collaboratively because it's amazing how I can build a team where they can build collaborate and share documents in a central workspace, and with this everyone stays productive. Box also allows you to comment and assign tasks directly within files, quickly share content with external teams, and create seamless, automated workflows.

Box is a service that has allowed me to develop various projects in a more agile and innovative way by having the collaboration of many people around me I have used it for a few years and nothing negative could I say of it because as I mentioned I have achieved many progress through their services.

I use it regularly for project development together and it's that with its Box Cloud Content Management feature, I can create a digital workplace that boosts my productivity rate, linking all my content, people and apps into one platform, this allows me and my team to access the content we need from anywhere, plus we can work safely on our projects and collaborate without problems of availability or access.

I love the easy way to organize all my documents and files, and how simple it is to share files with colleagues.

Sometimes it can be messy, but that is only if you do not take the time to organize it.

The desktop sync will rarely but sometimes not auto-sync and I have to re-link it.

Box has been great for sharing files in the school and clinical setting. Often, I share audio files and other large powerpoint lectures and these are loaded very quickly for everyone to see. It is also helpful to download and view offline. There are many areas to put the files so it was helpful to have different file names for locations. I like that they continue to update their app and seem to be moving in the right direction.

I had some trouble starting to learn how to share files with others but that was resolved quickly. I did contact customer service once about a login concern and they were quick to respond.

Box can easily load all types of files (it can even open some types files such as images, videos, audios, documents, etc., within the same web platform) and it does not matter on the device being used since this software cloud storage is available on almost any device that has an internet connection. If you are working collaboratively, Box has the possibility of selecting with which person to share an important document or image. It is very simple to load the files and very safe, I have never had losses of any files in the years that very safe, I have never had losses of any files in the years that I ahve personally used box, in addition the links with which each file or folder is shared can be updated at any time you want.

Generally I haven't had problems with Box in the course of time that I have used personally and professionally. It is comfortable and simple to use, its prices in comparison to the competition are very accessible and adapt to any type of problems. What I would love to improve is the way in which I can see .rar files which must be downloaded to view their content, so if I could only visualize and extract inside the box without downloading it, it would be fine.

I had to opt for manager and cloud storage since I am a person who is on the move, from here to there, sometimes it was hard for me to take my laptop where I was going, so I thought that software like this could be useful since it I needed more than my smartphone. I compared prices and features, and without a doubt Box was the one for what I needed in my personal and work life, it adapts to what I want to store and I want to take it everywhere.

Box is a service that has managed to stand out from its beginnings for offering much more free size than the competition and although with size limitations per file, it is otherwise an excellent option because it allows you to have your data stored in a safe place and available and is that we now have virtually anywhere connection which allows us to access all our data without having to keep it stored locally significantly reducing the risks that this causes.

It is currently one of the cloud storage services preferred by many and that is due to its quality of service and continuous improvement things that have allowed it to remain on the market as a viable option to store our files so I have nothing that I disgruntled with this service.

I use it to store many of my files is one of my favorite services I have been using it both personally and professionally for many years is amazing all that you can do with Box and it is not only to save your files in the cloud, but its gene possibilities a collaborative environment are excellent.

I like a lot of box and what makes it my favorite is that it has a great capacity to store online content and many useful tools to edit and synchronize elements. It is undoubtedly a very flexible and scalable software from all points of view makes sharing documents between a group of users quick and easy. You can control who has access and what they can do with the files can be integrated with other applications. It is easily customizable. And totally safe.

So far there has not been much that I did not like about this software. The only thing I can refer to is that sometimes it does not open correctly or it takes a little longer to load when, for example, my PDF files are very large.

The problems that are solved using box is to be able to share files internally within our company. We use Box Sync to backup important documents on our local machines and use it to securely share large print files; Currently, our marketing, products and admissions departments are also using Box to share internal documents, images, videos and forms in a fast and efficient way.

The interface is clean and UX is pleasant. Anyone familiar with normal productivity software can pick it up pretty quickly.

If you're used to Sharepoint, you will notice the slightly fewer set of creating and sharing tools. It feels a bit sparse but then, it does 90% of the normal tasks you do.

Sharing outside of the company is sometimes a challenge so this has helped me. There is good support in the help pages but we also have Helpdesk support which makes things easier. Hi

Box is easy to learn and use. I particularly like its app as I travel often for work and appreciate the flexibility to access my documents without needing a laptop on a train or in car. I have found this feature to be particularly helpful if my meeting schedule has changed last minute, and I need to access a file with my cellular network when I do not have Wi-Fi.

The only thing I dislike about Box is that my app does not auto sync files. You do have to manually download files so you have to plan ahead if you will not have access to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.

The biggest problem I have solved with box is that I now have access to my files without my computer. This has helped me prepare for last minute meetings on the go.

What I like about this storage and file sharing provider are many things, it is a very flexible and scalable tool, so it provides a great facility to access the files to edit, synchronize elements and share with others in those terms Box is unsurpassed; The web and mobile versions work in an excellent and very fast way, both to enter your account and to upload files, which is a very important factor since it allows you to work or review files from anywhere without having any problems and support User and very good to help train and answer any questions we have very quickly. They are there to help and they are good at it too!

What I dislike is not much are just two things, the first is that the desktop application for Box, can really slow down your computer if you do not know that it is running and finally is that sometimes there seems to be a problem with the way I sort the files inside a folder if the file names are numbered (for example, file names that contain or start with a date number) for everything else I am completely satisfied so far.

The problems that I solve daily with Box both in my company and on a personal level is that it provides us with two main functions that help us every day in our daily routine, first, Box is used as a backup of our files within Our local machine. Our local files are synchronized immediately with our Box account, so newly created files are uploaded to our Box account. Second, Box allows us to share files with our team.

It is secure (was the only software approved by our company for file sharing with collaborators) and easy to upload large files and content.

This a secure , easy to use platform to upload , download files with auto sync and scalability option on to any folder on your device. Their web application is pretty robust.They have an app on the phones to make lives easier. The non IT people on our team are usually skeptical about new software usage but they easily and happily started using box

There is not much to dislike. But, we have to do lot of clicking to reach any certain file or folder stored in a hierarchical structure.

We worked on a project with 2 other companies and sharing documents has seemed a difficult problem. We managed without docs for few weeks and then came this box platform at our service and our life was made easy
