"Best bug tracking tool"
What do you like best about BugHerd?

It's easy to use and has a very user friendly interface. UI is very smooth and doesn't lag.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

It can get a few more integrations. And pricing can be a bit less.

What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?

We collaborate being a remote team and it really helps.

"Is a powerful and easy-to-use tool."
What do you like best about BugHerd?

Ease of integration and management when managing the tasks that are set to develop, allows you to maintain a great integration and management of each of the activities.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

Its handling and integration in mobile devices is a little confusing and slow to handle would be ideal to improve this small detail.

What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Useful for the management of tasks and different activities that are scheduled to be developed by all members of the team.

"Solid solution for QA and providing feedback to a dev and QA team"
What do you like best about BugHerd?

The ease of use from installing it on the site to the smart and intuitive UI to capture your feedback. I also love how it captures your browser, OS, etc and has the ability to provide screen grabs.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

I feel sometimes it slows down the site speed. Maybe the JS is a little heavy? Not really sure.

What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving time consolidating and organizing feedback. Easy for testers to see each others' feedback. Also provides a streamlined way to assign feedback to devs for bug fixes and update

"Simple feedback tool for development teams"
What do you like best about BugHerd?

BugHerd's greatest feature is its website integration. With the browser extension users can browse the site and easily report issues. BugHerd targets the elements clicked on by the user for the bug report, and even takes a screenshot of what the user is seeing for the report. This alone has been the main reason we have stuck with BugHerd. It's integrations with project management and development tools is a bonus, but otherwise the tool is very slim on extra features.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

The interface is usable but could use a design upgrade.

What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collecting website feedback and tracking bugs has always been a hassle, especially when gathering feedback from people outside the development team. BugHerd helps solve this problem by allowing users to log feedback directly from the website being tested.

"Saves time!"
What do you like best about BugHerd?

Bugherd saves me countless hours by automatically taking a screenshot of each section I am reviewing, recording browser information, and sending it to my Dev team. I am able to create a ticket and add comments to what I am experiencing within the software. My Dev team gets all the technical info, a screenshot, and a ticket created in Pivotal Tracker.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

For some reason the web extension for BugHerd sometimes logs out and then it will take a while to come back. If I log back in to bugherd it will take some time before I get the browser plug in back to easily record errors.

What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is an easy way for anyone to view software and highlight errors or improvements as it records browser, technical info, a screenshot, and comments all in one shot! We have the bugherd tickets and comments filtered right into Pivotal Tracker for attention.

"All in one task management software for design and dev teams"
What do you like best about BugHerd?

Bugherd is an excellent visual for task management to connect design and dev teams with clients and project managers. Point and click annotation that allows dev teams to see important details like exact page location and browser and screen details is invaluable.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

There isn't a perfect JIRA integration but that's it. It's otherwise perfect!

What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has always been difficult communicating with clients on technical matters and Bugherd allows them to skip describing where things are on a page or what page elements they're referring to. They just point, click, and request a change in plain language. This saves so much time and grief for both our teams and our client.
