it easy to work enviornment and easy to modify and detailing that it gives you. Also it Provides you best and latest technology tools helping in customize accordingly to us.
As of now there was nothing which i would say i disliked ,Evne if there was there was definately improvements done ona regular basis. Even if there is will surely update teh team
It personally helped me in customizing a Environment wherein i can see anything according to what i see and is comfortable in. It helps me guide my team very easily as i am abke to show the reports to them with ease.
The customer support at CaptivateIQ is amazing. They are always quick to respond and very knowledgeable.
The inability to completely lock down periods from other users. I think it would be helpful to have a "super user" and an "admin" function where I could lock down the period and have my team go through me to make changes.
We are using CaptivateIQ to both calculate our commissions, issue pay statements and correctly account for ASC 606.
Love the ability to keep an accurate view of my commissions. Also, it's an easy to use platform.

I like the ease of use, when you log in, you arent confused on where to find what. Easy on the eyes.
There's a "knowledge center" but I think a help center or even an FAQ page could be helpful!

CaptivateIQ makes it easy to see monthly commission. It's laid out in a simple UX, and also has the capability to chat with our internal teams to correct errors, ask questions, etc... Think it's a leading tool for commission
CaptivateIQ can seem a little spartan on features and having a simple UX can always make it look a little bare.
Lays out different types of commission, spiffs, bonuses in a clear & easy to read format.
The transparency that is offered when viewing/approving your commission payouts. It removes the unnecessary back and forth and provides answers at your fingertips.
It would be handy to have an additional integration where one can have this information clearly presented in a traditional HRIS system. Ideally where other payouts like salaries/reimbursements are concerned.
Many sales people are very concerned about the amount/when they will get their commission checks. There is also the desire to validate that all commissions are accounted for. CaptivateIQ provides all of that information in a singular location keeping the information clear and concise while being readily available. This also alleviates a lot of the stress on the teams that work with that information as they have a single platform to put everyones info into versus doing a spreadsheet for each individual sales person.
It is easy to see what you are being paid on, the amount, and other valuable information.
I have not found anything, although my employer took away the ability to see projections.
We are solving the problem of seeing what we are making promptly. It has helped me to motivate my team.
CaptivatIQ has allowed us to automate, control, and enhance our commission process. We are able to provide greater transparency to our employees by providing details statements that show exactly how their commissions were calculated.
I honestly do not currently have any dislikes. The enhancements over the years we have been utilizing Captivate have removed those dislikes. The addition of the reporting dashboards, the ability to run what-if analysis, custom report building, and the ability to have an automated approval process have all been added.
It is helping us take our numerous commission plans and make the monthly processing of those commissions really easy with an import and a few clicks. We also have the flexibility to add and/or modify our plans ourselves and be self-sufficient which was one of the attractive things about CaptivateIQ.
