Can analyze and integrate process data without expensive interfacing

the process explorer. It should be much more matured in terms of showing clearly (aggregated bottlenecks) regarding the Process Domain Performance (KPI's) . It also should be limited to process variation as the number of activities, not the number of connections necessarily, or it should be possible that an easy filter can be applied to deselect certain process activity characteristics (select/deselect SOX activities, standard process activities, commercial activities, quality activities , etc.)

Process Performance monitoring on ERP processes (O2C, P2P, AP, AR, INV, PROD) SNOW, SFDC, MES. Improvements: Customer Lead Time, ITO, AP on time payments and process efficiency, customer complaints handling, etc. In roll-out: Footprint analysis, E2E supply chain improvements.

Very good experience both with the use of the software and with the support of the celonis team. The team is always available to help in whatever is necessary, from the first steps to the most complex developments, always involving a lot of professionalism, wisdom and commitment.

The complexity of development of some analysis and PQL formulas.

We can have a friendly view of our processes in an integrated way, which helps us make decisions to improve our processes and gain more productivity. In addition, we configure e-mail alerts sent directly by the Celonis software whenever a pre-established condition is reached, helping in quick decision-making, mitigating some bottlenecks in the process. And with the online interface, we can keep up with our process from whatever we are.

Once we get data, we can quickly model the process and leverage pre existing analysis to shorten our time to value.

Takes alot of time to internally get data. Cannot simulate changes or improvements

Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, SFDC Case Management, Manufacturing. We've been able to find inefficiencies in our processes and specific team based improvement plans

a) Process explorer is a great idea to see your waste of the processes b) Process around the software. It is not only making the improvement, it's more about how we can find improvement, change the process and monitor the weakness point. I like the improvement cycle c) Process automation: it is a again a nice and important feature, which is allowed us to aware of the issue on time and be able to simplify the processes. d) Customer success manager: a good service to think with the customer and give support as much as possible to the customer in order to be able to create success together.

a) Chart has not yet have rich functionality like Excel. b) If there is more control in ETL process for user would be a plus although the current ETL process is already good enough. especially enhance error handling and multi source handling.

I really enjoy the process mining experience by "playing" with the process/variant explorer. I can drill down to such a detailed level so that the customer is convinced and at the same time impressed by the power of the tool. Procurement is back as a major player in P2P, thanks to Celonis.

I would like to see more PQL formulas available and faster processing times for complex calculations in front end.

Everything from P2P process. Currently working on GR/IR accounts clearing reporting. Last month we implemented the Supply chain exposure for our P2P NatCos.

- the licensing modell is somewhat inflexible - price is high, but it delivers value for money

- we have started by analyzing and improving the cancellation rate of customer orders in our OmniChannel processes e.g. Click & Reserve / Click & Collect - then we have optimized the returns handling time in our O2C logistics - and furthermore gone into supply chain optimizations by analyzing the purchase-to-pay process

User friendly front end, ease of use and navigation. We were able to deploy the solution with ease. Lots of functionalities and ability to connect to various IT systems makes it a very powerful tool. We get an end to end visibility of the entire process which very unique and no other technology has the ability to show a clear picture of the process this way. Once we have the data model set up for a process, we can just play around with different KPIs and start to analyze the process through various dimensions.

The app store could have been more helpful to give a process selection guidelines.

1. We have pointed out huge compliance issues in one of our biggest process - Purchase to Pay. We have defined specific KPIs to monitor and control those going forward. 2. Cash Management - bridging the gaps between the operational and financial world. We have been working on identifying cash recoveries for the company using Celonis.

This tool has got process mining and task mining together.

Some more offers to directly program your own visualisations would be great I would like to creat dashboards over all my more than 1.000 process models we own.

transparency during E2E processes i created conformance checks over all our process models with python and was able to identify the best performing and least performing processes which i have to adjust.

Celonis provides you a massive processmining tool. The great thing here is that you might start with a specific topic but gain much more knowledge than expected. The detailed information is huge.

The implementation to get the tool properly running takes some time.

We are process mining the purchase to pay process. It give us an intral view from the company internal customers over to the procurement department to the accounting department. It allows us to see which purchasing processes are running bad and where inefficiencies exist

more options for visualisation would be great, a lot of use cases are hard to implement as the we do not look at standard processes Consider using the cloud version, it gives much more functionality regarding automation and transparency than the on premise version of the tool. start with one process and have clear use cases in mind you would like to analyse. it does not work well to visualize a process without any clear questions on your mind you would like to answer. in general we found it difficult to generate general insights that did not go hand in hand with a gut feeling we had before. you realy need to know what you are looking for. We included our custome processes wich makes it difficult because you cannot gain alot from other companies experiences. you have to build everything from scratch and cannot go back to standard templates celonis already has in their library. this is realy a pitfall or a USP if you look for your standard accounting processes and dont want to look into your custom processes.

process transparency incl. efficiency, we just implemented celonis with our work flow management tool, so that we did not gain many insights yet. we already got a great transparency that has been scattered across different applications before and needed a lot of manual rework to put it together for the transparency we needed. we are looking forward to realize the full potential of celonis soon.

I haven't found anything not to like so far.

There is not really something I dislike - as usual you have to invest time to adapt tools to your organization and needs.

The ability to analyze your global processes at your finger tips, to build and create critical KPIs easily and to focus on specific non-standardized processes. Once the data model definition is completed, it's great that the Analyst profile can perform many activities on their own without any IT support.

The tool does not incorporate some standard SAP tools and databases into its base configuration for PtP and AP processing, such as SAP's SRM and SAP's VIM tools. It is critical to complete the data model definition. Our SAP shop has very minimal modifications to SAP. In fact, we have no additional data tables. We have utilized all standard SAP supported add-ons. Celonis should incorporate the additional modules, such as SRM and VIM, into their standard configuration package.

We can easily pinpoint non-compliant activities within the standard processes and target resolutions through education or enhancements to our process.

What I like best about Celonis is it's unparalleled ability to provide deep insights into our IT processes, empowering us to optimize workflows and enhance overall efficiency.

Occasional complexity in setting up customized analyses can be a bit challenging. A more intuitive configuration would be beneficial for users.

Celonis is on of the best process mining tool for process optimisation and process descovery we can also find deviation for the relavent process and improve iffencies . Also we can create dashboard to for actual view of our process .we can also perform automation.

Some dislike points which I have observed in celonis it's costier than other tools available in market . And the another is response time' sometimes they are very active with the perticular queries and cases. But sometimes it's take long and also not provide any resolution .

Celonis provide best dashboard creation tools we can also find out powerfull KPI for the relevant process as I'm in service now ITSM project so we have used KPIs like request closed, request opened,task on hold,average resolution time . We can also see the process overview in process explorer as well as number of varient for our process . Find root causes of our process . Perform actions engine , action Flow .

The easy interface and presenting the data in a detailed way.

From celonis I am getting the actual data with detailed version in easy interface. This is the best tool to pull data within few minutes and present to the teams.

What I like most about Celonis is that it is a very interactive and user friendly process analysis tool. The tool also offers many useful features for process mining. Furthermore, implementation and integration are easy.

What I like least about the application is the fact that two users cannot edit the same view or dashboard.

Celenois is helpful in determining whether the business process can be considered for automation, The recommendation is based on keystroke level analysis which is helpful in convincing the stakeholders

Using and setting up Celonis works like charm. They also provide a platform to learn everything about it. Everything over here works over their cloud based platform called EMS which is really useful.

The UI over here can be improved a lot and make it more understandable and user friendly. Availability of data connectors and action flows should be increased..

Its really helps a lot for pre processing of data. Its intelligence transformation platform helps a lot to unify the data for various activities in the process making the process mapping lot easier.

We can analysis the process in better way then other tool and also have more components to work,we can add the images to look good on dashboard and explore more .

Till now am didn't see any dislike in celonis process analysis.some times I got late mails from Celonis support team if get get better in Celonis will get much better.

I can see the details of whole process of my analysis and also explain to other about my analysis, also Celonis provide the PQL documentation to refer and we can work on our process

When comparing to other process mining tools available in markets such as SAP Signavio,QPR,IBM..etc, Celonis will be more easy to handle, For me the Analysis part is best because if I want to pinpoint on any activities and their outputs I can just work it out in component filter with just few lines of PQL queries so thats the which I like the best and the otherthing is their customers support we will get instant response from their customer support team which is also I think its best.

For me dislikes, i)Sometime it will failed to upload data. ii)In Studio if we are working on view,skills or anything if we kept it idle for few minutes and working on someother it will continuously starts as to ask are you still editting? Which will be slightly annoying. iii)There is no auto save option in studio we need to click on save,whenever we are shifting from one view to other while analysing if we forgot to save the datas will be lost.

Celonis is an amazing platform to boost your business processes by identifying the execution gaps and resolving them. It can handle a huge amount of data and transform them into information required to smooth the execution of your business. it can also provide automated actions required to make the process run more efficiently. They also provide a free learning platform. There are certifications for different levels of employees. The dashboards are visually appealing and easy to use.

Celonis being a powerful tool, It has its downsides too. 1. Difficult to learn and understand even though they provide a learning platform. 2. The time for implementation into the PROD environment is long. 3. Difficult to integrate into other applications.

I'm using Celonis for SAP ERP operations along with RPA tools for automation. The initial investment and effort were huge however the benefits realized were worth it. Once we added the logic behind for analysis it is easy to get the results in a few simple clicks in the future. It is quick and free of mistakes. The internal operations were more streamlined after celonis implementation which improved the operational efficiency and It increased business agility.
