The platfom and app are very easy to use

It's a really good VOIP service with all the bells and whistles you could ask for. Their customer service has been really helpful in resolving issues that we come across.
We've run in to an issue where the numbers we were provided has been recycled from other businesses. It isn't something in CloudTalk's control since I assume they have a third-party provider for it.
We are able to reach our clients via calls or even through sms. It makes cold calling a breeze.
The system has a strong foudnation of functionality. It has what the team needs to make calls and for admin to appropriately access effort and quality. We spent a much time reviewing all the options in the market before settling on CloudTalk and a large reason for the choice was the ease of implementation.
It needs more advanced functionalties to be built upon it's offering. Example, In reviewing calls, it would ideal to have either a transcript or a listen at an accelerated speed.
It's providing us the capability to make calls on a global level with local numberes. It has great adminstrative and tracking capabilities to we can measure performance and it's building an AI layer to sit on top of these functionalities.
Ease of set up, helpful and attentive staff, customisation, portal very easy to use and view usage.

We've been testing a lot of VOIP systems and we've ended up with CloudTalk. In our opinion one of the better systems on the market with excellent support. The system is really easy to use and you're all setup in no-time. We're a fan.
For now, we don't have anything negative to say about CloudTalk. We've been a customer for a few months now and everything seems to be working like expected.
Our eCommerce business is going international and we need a system where we can route all our incoming calls and have phone numbers available for each country.
