Although they do one migration for free, they encourage you to do it on your own first. I had some issues, but support helped me out.

Fast support, Cloudways has a robust control panel that is easy to use, even for non-techs like myself.

When a ticket is escalated, it can take quite a while. Usually, I make sure support is handled in Live Chat when possible. The live chat techs are fast and on-target.

Robust features, commercial strength all around. It's easy to deploy new servers, staging areas or clones for testing. Everything is just really easy in a bigtime commercial way.

After trying several other hosting services at various price points, I found Cloudways. They offer managed support for my Magento application server at an extremely reasonable cost. Through Chat or service tickets, they will respond to requests for help on system or application issues. They have Magento experts on staff. And they provide simple user interfaces for managing everything.

Service tickets can take a long to resolve, but their chat function seems to be a way to get the ball rolling.

They offer email through Rackspace, its great but it's not a fast or easy to manage solution just yet.

- I literally not found anything which I really don't like while using their services but it’s a cloud based hosting. Therefore, you need to be an expert, if you want to get maximum benefits to their services.

We have our in house development team but we were able to deploy our website in few minutes by just clicking on few buttons without even our developers help. They have excellent admin panel which reduced our time to website deployment.

When i was setting things up the customer support was great. Super helpful and walked me through all the steps.

The homepage is a bit cluttered? Lots of things that I will most likely not use, and if i do i can seek it out. Maybe tuck away these features to reduce clutter?

Speed of setup, migration of sites, dashboard ease-of-use and support is relatively quick and responsive

PHP versions are fixed at a server level, not application level. Not a huge drama but removes a bit of flexibility when trying to have multiple apps on one server.

Simplication of migration and specific platform elements included. This reduces time and moving sites between servers.

I really like the new AutoScale feature. This is huge for growing businesses, and to not spend thousands on web hosting, or worry that the hosting will crash during peak times.

The pricing could be a little cheaper, and to include Vultr back as a server option.

Using Cloudways massively sped up my websites, and at a much cheaper price than my old webhosts. It was an upgrade in every single aspect which was extremely nice.
