it take so long to login to cloudways. login page is not so fast. If there is a exact cost exploration chart for the spend of current month, it will be nice.

Servers a quite fast and optimized without the need of worrying about it and managing it yourself. I'm still using Amazon Lightsail for some really basic sites and test servers that just need to run at the minimal price, but even stuff like SSL or changing your domain within WordPress mean that you have to go into the SSH client which always takes more time and is way less comfortable.

Support is not the quickest, I have seen better in the industry, but so far my experience with them was still ok. For what you are paying, you can't expect top-notch support that other hosts are offering you at 3 times the price. I have colleagues in the industry that changed to true managed WordPress hosting for their most important/valuable production sites while keeping all the development sites and less delicate servers on Cloudways.

Hosting all of my different WordPress installations while saving time and money compared to dedicated managed WordPress solutions. I am still as flexible as with usual VPS hosting, but save tons of time setting everything up and can easily host multiple installations on one single server with a few clicks.

Quick and easy to spin up a new server, a lot of the setup is done so for simple stuff that does not need any advanced server config etc it's ideal. We use this regularly for our own software and clients. When required advanced setup is simple and easy to find and config. Customer support has always been great if we have had any issues, they have generally know what how to solve pretty quickly. I like the performance focus that has come in recent years with things like the Breeze plugin for Wordpress we can use this for websites to give them a performance kick.

Not a dislike, but i'd use development tools if they had them.

Speed and ease of use, we are a busy agency and a small team so we do not always need complexity. Sometimes we just need to get something up to test asap.

When I use cloudways for wordpress hosting, then it works absolutely find. But when I tries to integrate PHP based website in cloudways, then I face difficulty.

There are many things to be liked: Ease of use, reliability, very good support are definitely worth mentioning.

Not much to be honest. Maybe at teh beginning it can be not very intuitive.

The most important thing is the hosting service for our website. It is fast, reliable, does not need too much attention and does not require too much technical knowledge to set up.

Its easy to use but you can access enough settings. Using it for Laravel/PHP and its damn fast. Have only used support once for a privileges issue and they sorted it very quick.

Would be cool if they had some sort of managed or semi-managed database service for a slightly better all round package.

Easy, cheap way to deploy apps to a generic server. Config & updates work well out the box.

Easy to add new servers and applications. Customer support is always prompt and helpful when I have an issue. I wish that there was a phone number to call for extremely urgent issues, but the chat support has been surprisingly timely when needed.

I host websites for clients, and I wish my client could log into individual accounts and manage their own hosting (eg add more resources when needed). This would be super helpful for e-comm sites that use a lot of resources, in particular.

They've helped with website performance as we weren't happy with it prior to switching to Cloudways.

It is fairly easy to use, there are several data center options, and they manage everything so you just need to worry about the more beginner/intermediate things but not running or patching servers or services. Cost/performance seems better than other options out there--benefit of VPS and managed host all in one.

I feel like the console is a little slow and I would like the opportunity for premium support options. The billing is incremental based on use but it can be hard to estimate what it will all cost for backups or other things.

Lower cost managed service where you get VPS speed. I am happy that I do not have to do a whole lot to make stuff work and that they abstract enough away but allow me to change almost everything I'd ever want to whilst they provide reasonable defaults to get started from.

Very easy to set up Wordpress or php hosting on multiple different cloud providers. Easy to use interface for making advanced changes. Very easy to use compared to other WP hosting.

Api documentation leaves much to be desired. Support could also be better. I don't love how to server is disabled for a bit while things like ssl are installed.

I really liked their Dashboard, which is too easy to use. managing a cloud can never be so simple. And there recent integration with cloudflare enterprise is also really nice.

Recently, cloudways increased their pricing making their plan a bit costlier. Their old tier were really good. and one thing which I felt missing is the Open LiteSpeed integration
