Straightforward staging process for the sites

I can't fault the system, everything seems solid! Sometimes there are issues with caching when duplicating websites where it will loop saying that the process is in order whereas it has actually finished

Backup system/SSL/Staging systems are excellent as they speed up the development process

Easy to set up, I like that it is billed monthly. Good performance and navigtion

Some things can be a bit technical, but the help topics and chat are great.

Cloudways hosts mine and all of my clients sites. It also handles the sites CDN's. My servers are always completely customisable and anytime I'm doing something for the first time, their staff basically teach me from scratch exactly what I need.

The features that are included or available as cheap add-ons. The quick response when you need a hand. As an intermediate web developer, I have created a few issues that the Cloudways team have been able to resolve for me in under 5 minutes. Always friendly and always helpful.

Although it is super easy to scale up a server to increase resources, it is slightly harder (but not impossible) to scale back down.

It offers more than most web hosting plans compared to other sites while providing more benefits like security, object caching and backups. I was originally using Godaddy, but would experience a different issue every week. Cloudways has made hosting websites super easy and reliable.

Cloudways offers the flexibility to purchase as much hosting as needed, and gives me speed I could not find through other hosts, even with their "Managed Wordpress" products. With Cloudways I am easily hosting four small, low traffic Wordpress sites and they work so much faster than my previous hosts.

There is a bit of a learning curve setting everything up because of how much control you are given. This is worth the trade off, but Cloudways could be difficult to set up for people looking for something that "just works."

The platform is a little different and required a bit of a learning curve, although not awful. Some of the documentation could be updated to better convey how the migrations work for WordPress. Also, there are almost no representations of women on the site -- and the one that is there proclaims her technical incompetence. Find a woman agency owner who can give you a testimonial.

Slower cpanel servers. Hosting support unable to find reasons for repeated failures on a new server.

I think that the price is higher than other hosting service providers. I needed to clone my website in order to downscale my server, actually, it was better if I could do it without cloning my server. It had some issues that I had to fix after moving my applications to the new server. only upscale is possible.

Literally nothing. There isn't anything I need to do that I cannot do with Cloudways. My websites have never functioned better.

How quick and easy one can deploy a web application on Cloudways.

The only form of customer service is text. Being able to call would be easier.

Cloudways gave us a cheap way to use AWS for our website. They also helped us install a version of SmushPro that converts our site's images to a WebP format automatically.

Cloudways provides an easy and stable hosting service for what otherwise is a somewhat tricky process of vps hosting. They take care of alot of details that you would have to know about vps services.

You get what you pay for. Cloudways does charge a premium for its services, which are less if you go to the vps service itself. But then you would be left with a very tricky process to just install a wordpress site.

I have shared hosting which does not provide sufficient results for the Google Core Vital Score. On shared hosting, I was getting around 50. With Cloudways, I started at 85 and now have 95 on mobile and higher on desktop. Hopefully, this will remain steady in the future.
