I like this software a lot. Very realistic.

My only issue is that I am interested in doing one or two longer videos rather than a number of short videos, so the 5-6 slide maximum is a barrier to me.

The ability to create conversations by rotating avatars. I also love the ability to have up to four avatars talking on the screen.

We need more avatars, especially those that rotate.

It bridges the gap between having live actors on screen and animation. We use it for branching scenarios and other immersive elearning media.

Colossyan has a wide range of avatars and voices that can be used for creating videos. The avatars have three different pose options, 3/4 body, shoulder, and bubble (in a circle) that can be used in many situations. The software also offers a range of AI voices that can be used along with the option for a custom avatar.

The 3/4 body is a bit odd with the hand movements. When searching for media, the search doesn't remember what term you used if you are swapping out images in the same search.

The primary problem being solved is a client wanted AI video and preferred the characters in Colossyan over other platforms.

I could just type up my script for the video and it created the video. Plenty of choice of avatars and voices for the video. I could add a pause where needed. Generation of the final video took a while but the whole process of creating a 1 min video took me just 20 mins versus couple hours without such an AI-enabled tool.

Lipsync does need some work. It is not as good as some of the competitors.

Getting from words into video. Easier for my audience to understand compared to just text or just audio. The captions were great as that added additional value to my videos.

I love that you can automatically translate a script into different languages. This feature is not readily available on other Ai video creation tools. So that was a huge selling point for us. Also the quality of the Ai voices are top notch! Overall very happy with Colossyan so far.

I am creating an AI character for a course I am creating about AI. The platform is easy to use and provides me with anumber of features like text-to-speach that make it easy to create an avatar for an elearning video. The import feature is nice as well.

Looking forward to the day when hand gestures and hand motions are available.

I do a number of videos for classes I teach and it involves editing, shooting, lighting, re-shooting when a word or phrase is mis-spoken, post-production is a lot of work and time. If I can shorten the entire video creation process, it would save a great deal of time and effort and streamline my process.

Colossyan allows me to create content at speed and to a high level of quality. It's brought scale to our production process. They seem to be continually innovating as new functionality seemed to roll out every few weeks. It's an excellent product. I cannot wait to play with the custom avatar they are building for me!

Very minor points from me. I'd like to see the creator deal with symbols a bit more - especially currency symbols. I'm sure this will come in time. But otherwise I have been very pleased with the product

The biggest issue Colossyan solves for me is the ability to create content without a studio and do be able to do this at speed. For instance, I was in Tuscany a few weeks ago, in a villa in the middle of nowhere. I produced something like 30 videos on a hillside in the sunshine. Amazing

We are looking at utilizing AI in our organization and this is a great tool to demonstrate the features/functionality.

It is really easy to handle and a great tool to bring scripts to life. By presenting knowledge through speakers and Slides / Screenrecordings it makes learning videos real fun and way better, then a boring power point presentation. Once you get to know the tool, which doesn't take long it is really easy to make a video and you don't need a recording studio or special skills to make stunning learning videos.

When using 2 narrotors / conversation there is no way I can add marker points for fading in screenrecordings or designs to show things. It is only possible by the % bar, which makes it quite tricky to get the right start and end points of the screenrecodings beeing shown. Also when doing a screenrecording it only reads the first part of the conversation. Would be great to read the whole slide, so one can mae a screenrecording in one go and then also have the marker points in converstions as well like one has in the on narrotor script. Also the error messages could be clearer it took me half an hour to make the video but nearly the whole day to figure out why it is not generating the video, It was due to a word I (on purpose for pronouncation) misspelled in the script. I first needed to add it to the dictonary to start the generating of the video. But without error message I though the generating would have stated and just taking forever.

It makes making learning videos for my CRM easy and gives me the chance to make them more interessting and enjoyable for my users, so I hope they can solve their problems by simply watching the short video explainations. And I don't need a whole studio for this.

Umschalten auf andere Sprache hat nicht geklappt (vielleicht lag es an mir, weil ich neu bin) Keine Korrekturmöglichkeiten nachdem das Video einmal generiert ist. Es wäre toll, wenn man in den Edit- Modus zurück könnte (aber vielleicht habe ich das Feature nur noch nicht entdeckt)

Being able to have four avatars in one scene.

Till now no issues except a lack of Arabic voices and emotions and that the price is a bit high

I am creating Arabic language teaching courses. With Colossyan I can make multiple avatars having a conversation instead of hiring actors.

I like that Colossyan allows you to create a video, edit it, and preview it as you make it. Other platforms just generate a video for free with minimal information.

Colossyan sometimes has glitches where when you try to preview it, it doesn't play the sound for the narration at the same time the scenes play.

Utilizing this platform allows me to present information without the anxiety of personally standing in front of an audience and speaking. I appreciate this option.
