It is easy to use and allows text to Speach, its the first Avatar creation that sync really well.

Credits do seem a bit expensive but is worth it if you need to do a avater quickly.

We do not like to use our own faces due to data protection and HeyGen solves this issue.

I like the straightforward UI, which helps get everything done quickly. Even if you use another language, the quality is excellent.

I have not found any disadvantages in this tool.

Heygen fills the communication gaps that text is unable to capture

The quality of these look alikes can't be overstated. You might've tried something from a competitor, but it's really hard to treat them the same -- put simply, HeyGen passes some quality bar where I feel comfortable using it as a replacement for me and my brand (when I never would with another). I've also gotten to know the HeyGen team, and think the world of them. They've been incredibly easy to work with.

Could always use more free credits! But I'm happy to pay, as always.

They give you a great tast of what you can create, they make it nice and easy for you to do it. You know how to shoot a nice video to create an avatar and it works like magic !

They are quite expensive compared to just shooting a video yourself, but it seems coherent when you think of the processing that needs to be done. So in that regards its fine.

Lip sync is one of the most tedious and hardest parts of our process. This completely changes the landscape for us, making us more productive than ever. And the quality really looks great for how fast it is.

Easy to use, lots of tools to create synthetic media and precise lip sycing compared with other competitors.

We can now create chatbots (live streaming) thru the api but, it would be great if we could test it and demo thru the editor.

With HeyGen and a small team we can create endless content. Also with voice cloning, video translation and live streaming we can provide more and better solutions to our customers.

It was great to be able to select different avatars and voices, and I was pleased when I could enter in my own text for the text to speech function. Wonderful tool!

The only thing that was a challenge for me was staying within the 1 minute limitation for the free account, but this could be resolved by purchasing an account.

Heygen does not carry forward the balance. This I do not like. In some months I may get time to make more videos whereas in some months less. I could not consume my total minutes quota in none of the months.

I can make videos in different languages required for my work. This is truly benefiting me. I have tested the final output with my friends speaking those languages. They confirmed that the translation is quite acceptable.

The pricing is pretty steep if you wanted to make a lot of videos. The pay in 'credits' but it adds up very, very quickly. I'm sure their server costs are high, but would be nice to see pricing that would allow small businesses and creators to use HeyGen for all thier video needs.
