It is really user friendly and I love that there are so many options for avitars, language and asthetic features.
I would love to see additional avitars that have accents in their native voice. Most of the voices do not match the avitars. The majority sound Caucasian.
I hate recording videos of myself and this is saving me!

The only downside is the amount of minutes on a Personal monthly plan, so you have to move to an Enterprise plan sooner rather than later.

Release a video with a lot of details is a very hard job, 'cause you have to memorize all the info and explain each point with a smiling face. Further you have to manage audio and video stuff. Synthesia help me to create a professional video with just small and easy steps. and I'm very happy for the final result.

I found it tricky to match the markers with the animation. I feel this could be more user-friendly. I often ended up deleting the markers altogether as it was too hard. Occasionally, the diction was hard to get right for our Australian accent.
The time involved in editing and production of inhouse training videos. It has saved us a lot of money.
