Synthesia is super easy to use and I can create videos in the blink of an eye. I use the tool on a regular basis. The Customer support is great and I am happy that there are new features everyday.

I am not super happy about the translation feature being only available to business customers.

Creating videos in different languages for teaching.

Honestly, I've only been working with Synthesi for 2 months. What I am looking for initially is to send short messages that cause a different impact than the traditional messages that reach us all by email or washaps.

For the moment, everything is positive. As I investigate, some difficulties may arise, but they will be more due to my lack of practice than because of everything that the program can offer me.

PROBLEMS? WHAT PROBLEMS? The recipients of my messages believe that we do it in a studio and I have to explain to them that the characters are virtual avatars. My initial satisfaction is very good.

The best thing about Synthesia is the intervals of updates and enhancements to the interface and editing platform. It seems that at least once a week, a truly useful benefit has been added to ensure quality and impressively, accessibility. I have also been highly impressed by their support team. This team is readily available and willing to troubleshoot and answer questions quickly.

I don't have anything to say here. I love this tool.

Synthesia solves the problem of accessible studio time and development when human explanation and interaction are ideal. Often times deadlines and budgets don't allow for quality video and this platform solves this.

Synthesis has great templates ready to use or you can create your own video from scratch. I also like the diversity of the A.I. characters. I create the videos for my classroom and being able to change the AI or add additional AI to include my students nationality is a huge bonus.

Synthesis needs to add a way to include more tools for making the video more personal such as word art or 3d transitions. I teach middle school so it also would be great if they included Child or teen AI.

It helps with setting classroom expectations and procedures as well as class cleanup and dismissal. I love that I don't have to say it, the kids can watch, listen and read the screen

Nothing that will probably not be addressed in future releases - like I would want more features when it comes to displaying text and tables, as well.

Synthesia makes comms and learning assets (like e-learnings) more personal thanks to the avatars. Learners pay better attention, relate to the avatar, and this is shown to lead to a superior learning result.

Ability to import powerpoint slides and type in the narrative.

Some viewers may not as yet be comfortable with an avatar instead of a real-life video image of the presenter.

How easy it is to learn on your own. The interface is pretty user-friendly.

The pricing for a small company that depends on putting out content regularly that is each a few minutes long is expensive. I wish there was a trial period where the pricing for credits was lower so I had a little time go build up some content and get some cash flowing. Upgrading once the startup is up and running wouldn't be so hard. Also, I like the AI makes great presentations for me, but when I put in the content for the video, AI always changes it WAY too much and it loses what I have already had Chat GTP write and personally customize. I wish there was a way to get AI help on video production only and leave content alone.

I love the fact that I can use the avatars to duplicate my efforts and also appeal to a wider demographic. I am also able to use the process as a starting point to teach myself how to integrate them into other automated processes I'm using.

helps to save time and to create quality videos to promote our school. We no longer have to wait for our video department to schedule us in.

Synthesia is super easy to utilize to creat hgh quality videos quickly. Our rep is so helpful when I run into issues.

The downside is that there are few AI charactors that look like they fit our business dress code (need more people is simple polo shirts. Also, many of the voices soud artificial and the facial movements seem created as well. But I heard that is changing with the new V4 charactors comeing out next year.

Helping to creat great training videos to meet the needs of the business.

The tool is incredibly easy to use allowing you to build or import content elements, add a human Avatar presenter, import or write a talk track, add a voice, and then generate an mp4 video. The best part is....that would take days to weeks using conventional in-studio methods and now we can do that in hours.

I dislike the amount of time I have to spend sampling each Avatar and voice until I find one that sounds 'real' and animates with the most human-like gestures.

The biggest problem it solves is the time it takes to produce high-quality presenter-driven training videos. The second is translation. Synthesia provides rapid translation in seconds. These two benefits allow me to create training videos with much less effort and overall time so that I can reduce my time to market.

Easy way to create training videos for both internal and external customers. As the UX changes from our product, it will be easy to make changes. Videos can be created by me without a video crew or professional video company editing.

The most helpful things abotu synthesia are templates, quality of final product, as well as the broad language availability. Teh platform is intuitive, easy to use, fast to implement ideas. It is easy to integrate and share content thoughout the communications channels. If I would have more minutes in my package, I would use it more frequently.

10 minute limit for an AI video development may not be enough for a meaningful video creation. One woudl expect at least 20 minutes in the starter package.

Change happens. Instead of going back and re-recording audio and then re-aligning it to video, Synthesia makes the process seamless and therefore, saves HOURS and HOURS of work. Translations also increase work time and the fact that they are generated so quickly and accurately here is a big deal to us!

Very easy to use. Implemention was easy. I had a video created within an hour and sent to all of our employees for some required training that they needed. Very positive feedback from our employees on the video training.

There are some minor bugs in the software but I am sure those will be worked out over time. It is nothing that keeps one from using the product.

We needed to go beyond static PowerPoint presentations for online training material and have looked at several video and 'explainer' video software packages. Synthesia checked all of our boxes and is easy to use. We are updating all of our internal training to be video based and other departments are also interested in using Synthesia for their training needs as well.

You have to wait 10 minuts to see how you avatar moves and functions. Also, if you want to change something with a film you have to do the whole rendering all over. Also, there is just a limited number of gestures available. I hope that this will improve in the future.

The consumptions while regenerating the same video and the limitation of credits. Also, I would improve pronounciation, diction, entonation, etc. The customer support could be better, more reliable, answer what is asked specifically (no general answers) and be faster.

I love that I can drop a script into Synthesia and it will auto generate a video for me.

On occasion words that are said correctly most of the time have issues and I have to use diction to trial and error getting the word right. A good example of this is the word YouTube.

I used to spend hours just getting my voice to sound right on a video. One clear of the throat and I had more editing to do. If the lighting was wrong, I had to reshoot the video. Synthesia allows me to use AI voice and Al avatars and saves me tons of time.

Everyone can use it. It is also newbie friendly, you can create great videos easily because the tools are easy to understand and navigate. I love the zoom in changes you made, it's now easier to see and move medias in every scene.

It's sad and really frustrating that sometimes it doesn't save my made changes. I think the scene marker is not that useful because it's inaccurate most of the time. A movable/skipabble timeframe in scene would be usuful (there's something like that when we insert videos in media) with that it's easier to catch the perfect transition. (i have to play the whole scene that is 2 minutes sometimes just to check if the transition is in perfect timing with the script). A layer for objects would also be nice so it's easier to move things around.

Presenting better output. I can now present videos without using my voice or a video of me to present ideas.

Synthesia is simply amazing! Whether for simple PowerPoint presentations or entire training courses in an LMS. The results are stunning, and the effort is minimal. A great feature is the split between an avatar and the multi-language voices. That way you choose one avatar and can make it speak in multiple languages. This is great for the LMS usage! I'm using it on every project right now, and the large number of different avatars makes it easy to find one for every special need. Support is fast and very helpful. Same for their great webinars! And the good thing is they are still evolving it and are making it even more comfortable. I don't want to miss it anymore!

Nothing to dislike - only waiting for new features to arrive !

Right now, avatars in content are still so new that they catch attention. Next to that the voices are great skipping the need for an external speaker,

I love that I am always being surprised and blown away by the new features and product enhancements they make. Nothing else in the market compares to it - not even Microsoft - and they are all-in with Co-Pilot and AI. Video generation is FAST. Language translation is a game-changer for international companies.

I would like the process of syncing up the script and shape animation to be made easier. I can create a video quickly but this is the part that slows me down.
