I strongly recommend feel to every one, is easy platform to use check our work daily also they give you the opportunity to receive money advances when you need it, it have a lot of different options to send our money to our local banks o the app that we use the most. Del just made the remote work easier

The only thing is before I had the option to get quick withdrawal and now is not available. But I think that depends of our contractor and no because of deel

I've been using Deel for managing global EOR and payroll and it's been a game changer. Hiring globally

Fees are low, transactions are fast, the user experience of the site is really good (comparing it to, for example, tipalti, which is the most horrible product I've seen). Deel is good and even in the cases where I did a mistake on some account information, support was great. It also has a lot of flexibility to withdraw money, which is good for people living in countries with a short variety of options, or people who constantly travels.

I believe the different stages of the card product were a bit confusing. I initially had a virtual deel card that I did not use because it became deprecated, and got a new one then... Again, haven't had the chance to use it but I'm planning to do so.

Some of the withdrawal options have high exchange fees, but it's not much of a problem since instant card transfer is an available option with a minimal processing fee and $0 exhange fee :)
