Dropbox helps me to keep all my business files organized and its easy to share and collaborate with freelancers and employees.
Dropbox is intuitive and free to use. It's an excellent website to store essential files, which you can keep forever and share at any time. You can organize and sort your storage with the help of folders. You can share any file using the URL and send it to anyone, and the recipient doesn't need to have a Dropbox account to download your file. You can rename, delete, and edit any file in your storage. If you create shared folders, you can permit other users to do the same for the files in the folders. Dropbox sorts photos into a separate category to view them more straightforwardly. You can initiate file requests to any user via email and receive files quicker. Dropbox has a streamlined way of showing you all your most recent and starred files for easier access. You can use Dropbox to collaborate on docs and software code. Dropbox is not only available on the browser but also on PCs and cellphones. You can seamlessly send files between the same account on more than one device for efficient transfer.
I don't dislike any aspect of Dropbox. I've been using it for many years, and it's been an essential cloud storage software in every regard. The fact that it's free makes it even better.
Dropbox is my go-to software for sharing files with colleagues during work sessions. Due to its speed and efficiency in sharing files, Dropbox is a software without which we cannot work. It makes it easier for us to send files securely and monitor their activity. At any time, we can remove the file from the storage, making it impossible to access or make it private so that unwanted users cannot access it. For its storage, Dropbox offers a minimum of 2GB, which you can use to store files without any duration. Your files will stay on the cloud forever until you delete them manually. Dropbox promotes the excellent organization of files through folders. You can create folders or upload them from your device. Alternatively, you can use Dropbox's automation to let it control the organizing and converting of your files. You can set an automation for Dropbox to move files to folders based on categories. You can have Dropbox rename the file or add a prefix and move it to a folder. You can convert a file into PDF, image, or video, if applicable. For any zipped folder that you receive or upload, Dropbox can also automatically unzip them into your desired folder. We use Dropbox to work as a group on projects and software codes. Simultaneously being able to edit the files on the cloud saves us time and boosts our efficiency in getting our daily tasks done. Through several tools, we can improve our task management and time management for any project we complete. We can invite participants to join our team and access our files, after which we can monitor their contributions and file editions. Whenever needed, we can revise any edits we make and bring back the original contents with simplicity.
Sharing Files Storage of Files Keepings Files Safe Enhances cloud access remotely
They should make it faster than it is. The interface should be arranged well.
Its reliability makes our work easier as a team. Sharing files with this amazing platform is easy and fast.
You can link it with your Gmail account, and that's awesome. The storage capacity it offers and the sharing of large files.
As it's online, you need to have internet access to use it.
Sharing of large files with the team! Good Product for project management
The syncing across devices, coupled with sharing folders or files with others. Also, the ability to set security around the file/folder being shared. I have tried other options and found Dropbox to be far superior.
At this time, I can't think of anything I dislike; they have made so many improvements over the time I have used it, they have alleviated any dislikes I had. The solution has progressed so much there isn't anything right now that I could think of to improve it.
We are solving the following problems with Dropbox; File storage, file sharing, access to files over multiple devices and platforms. We have realized efficiency in remote working by having all of the team use one system and easy access to the files they need.
It is very easy to use and user friendly. To restore data is so simple and easy. Step to data restoration us so simple.
The process when I am trying to get a new password as a result of one I forgot.
Dropbox business has made it possible for me not to lose my data due to system crashing or operation failure. It has actually made me not to panic anytime I have a malware attack to my operating system because I will restore my documents. I can solidly recommend this software to anyone. What is most helpful about DropBox is the ability to store what you need to onto any device. I am able to store from my mobile phone or laptop.
I do not dislike anything about Dropbox. Everything works as it should.
I can store things from my work computer and laptop. I am not having any problems with Dropbox.
You can actually save lots of documents in the space and organize it well.
The service fee sometimes is hard to keep paying for.
Keeping my documents organized
The most useful thing about Dropbox is you can access the data anywhere in the world via the internet. It is helpful to share large files. We can use Dropbox to store, archieve the files.
The least helpful thing about Dropbox is the syncing of the files and emails there is an issue with timeout errors. It was not very easy to learn how to use dropbox as a first-time user.
Dropbox helps me to not only store files online, but to exchange active projects with other team members elsewhere. With a high-speed connection, sending video files for a project, and sharing them is even easier. Dropbox offers a free plan that includes 2 GB of storage.
Accessible easily on the go anytime of the day
That it will have to redirect me to another site instead of just pressing one button to do the deed
So far no problem
I love the fact that I can do quick uploads for multiple devices. I can also easily access my stuff on the go
I hate how fast the free space runs out. I also hate how long it takes for the uploads to be in your dropbox
I am solving the problem of needing extra space on my phone. I always need somewhere to put my photos especially since I take photos of my food because I'm a chef
This is overall a great cloud based system to store all files for the current projects I need for work as well as personal storage for my personal pictures, notes, etc. Dropbox also allows my team to collaborate by allowing use to multiple users or allowing single users to use it from/in multiple locations like work and home use. Personally a tried and true software
It can get expensive with having to have multiple users or file sizes. In the case of smaller projects, Dropbox may offer too many features for the need, making things complicated. Also, I noticed that duplicate files names can make it harder to collaborate with having to change the file name before sending, etc.
By using Dropbox, I am solving the issue of file sharing with multiple coworkers and allowing for quicker collaboration with those with only basic computer skills.
I like how easy it is to use Dropbox and its straightforwardness. It's an excellent file storage platform with quick uploading and downloading means. You can use it on your computer, mobile phone, and web browser for file storage. Under the same account, you can use Dropbox to transfer files on multiple devices with ease. You can create folders for adequately organizing your files, and you can also have shared folders and invite users to view and edit the files in them. You can send files to any user with the unique URL to each file, or you can ask them to view and download them via email. Dropbox is excellent for collaborating on files as you can simultaneously edit them with others. You can use Dropbox Paper to create documents of any kind, including spreadsheets and slides. Dropbox is excellent for its additional features, such as managing work tasks and passwords. You can create lists for different sections of your projects and assign users for each part. You can set deadlines and to-do lists for better time management and reminders. You can use Dropbox for free, where you're allotted 2GB of storage. You can upgrade this to several TBs for affordable subscription prices.
I don't dislike anything about Dropbox. It's fantastic for storage and collaboration.
I currently work from home, and Dropbox has made it easier for me to share files with my coworkers. We use Dropbox religiously to collaborate on coding files and projects from the web browser. We have files on shared folders that anyone in our team can access and edit, which eliminates the need to download them to our computers to edit. Dropbox is usable on any device, making it easier to use and share files anywhere. Its swiftness in allowing us to transfer files saves us plenty of time and become more productive as there is less time wastage on waiting for email attachments. Unlike email attachments, which have a slight limit on file sizes, Dropbox comes with a minimum of 2GB, making it convenient to share large files quickly. For sharing files that exceed Dropbox's limit, you can use the File Transfer feature or ask the other user to request a file. You can then send them large files seamlessly. Dropbox is pretty secure and comes with the feature to recover deleted files. By default, you can have up to a month to retrieve any deleted file. Overall, Dropbox is excellent for file sharing, storage, collaborative features, and Dropbox Paper.
I like that I can easily share larger files with clients and can collaborate in real-time. Much less mess than sending them in email and waiting for the bounceback that they exceeded the size limits and fiddling with the file size to get it to send. I just add it DropBox and give my client permission to view
Nothing notable. Very easy and convenient app
I am sharing and collaborating on large files. Most of the reason I use it.
I can store and share files that I am working on in my consulting firm. I can work on many different projects and keep each team up to date. It's wonderful.
I'm paying per year, and I do not feel that I am using it to its full potential. I need to add more of my work files to my Dropbox accounts. I need to spend more time dividing my files to be more organized.
I am moving from city to city working as a software consultant, and this helps me stay connected to the office so I can share real-time work issues my team and I can solve.

Has syncing issues at times and constantly crashes
Data storage, file sharing. Very helpful with sharing large files.
Dropbox helps get things organized and it allows us to focus on what matters the most for us. Easy to use, efficient and very handy for creators, entrepreneurs, teachers who often have large files to share. It's also pretty secure as it uses encryption.
Sometimes it can be slow to upload/download large files, especially on Android. Also, even though Dropbox is pretty secure, if someone has public URL to a sensitive file, it can get exposed.
For my academy, i have plenty of Large files on what I teach. Also all the classes I have had till now, I archive them and use Dropbox to resend them. I also use Google Drive but I like the interface in Dropbox.
Easy of use, can use on both desktop and mobile phone.

This software is a requirement to ensure papers were successfully handed in and did not contain any viruses. It allowed an easy submission and ensured my team and leaders could easily find my projects and ensure there were no viruses or threats.
It was annoying signing in each time, and I wish I could have had a constant sign-in. There is limited usage for users on a free trial basis. The software is expensive and costly in the long term.
It ensured that in an educational setting where millions of documents are being emailed everyday that there was never any jeopardy about whether an assignment was handed in on time
