I like the fact that it works around the clock and recognizes a users login pattern to schedule outreach campaigns. I also like the fact you can create a search on Linked in and export the search using a CSV file (MS Excel)

It can be a little complicated to use at first. The pricing is also a little high if you want multiple users in your business to be on the platform. I think discounts should be applied for more than one user as this will benefit small businesses who have low head count.

It enables me to get across multiple groups of people all at the same time. The benefit is it saves time when working on various projects for outreach.

Sometimes it gets difficult to understand expandi. But customer relations again always there to find a solution.

It's a massive time saver. Once you set up the campaign, you only need to check the inbox daily for replies.

It sometimes takes a while to sync with LInkedin inbox but this is not a major issue

The problem that Expandi solves for me is it does all the monotonous basic tasks that are time-consuming and performs them well. That leaves me to concentrate on more critical functions in my working day so i can give value to my clients.

The user interface is easy to use and very intuitive. Another feature is the top of Expandio is the way to automate multiple messages and create a super-efficient flow of communication with leads. Thanks to this functionality, it is possible to communicate with dozens or hundreds of contacts simultaneously and create a massive B2B strategy that helps to start business conversations in a few days.

Generally, I am waiting for more updates since the platform is working super well, I think the next updates will be better and better the system.

Connecting my LinkedIn account; however, they have a good source of article that helps to follow easy steps to solve the issue. Also, the customer support is extraordinary helpful and kind.

There are a lot of features within the software that I have never used

Before Expandi I did all this work manually. I was getting low acceptance and reply rates and could only outreach so many people at a time. Now since it is automated I can outreach more people, but I can also outreach more quality leads because Expandi has some cool search options to gather information about your prospects.

The GUI could use some work. Sometimes the buttons don't work very well. It can also be a bit buggy compared to other apps. More information on security would be good.

We used Expandi before and really liked it, but decided to try Skylead for a different venture. We never could get connected, nor was Skylead interested in helping us. We wasted a week. With Expandi, we had connection issues also, but wth their fantastic chat support solved the problem the first day and are now up and productive. Also really love their academy. Top rate.

The software offers multiple functionalities that are very helpful to our services. And the best part is that the software updates they release are always benefecial for us, the customer. And if there is something their customer service always very adequate and helpful.

They do not offer inmail automation, which is sometimes requested by our customers. And we do not receive notifications when a lead replies to our messages, which is sometimes necessary since we use eachothers profiles.

Our customers want to reach out to their markets in an efficient and not-time-consuming way. We provide the leads, and Expandi helps us to easily reach out to those leads.

Expandi is user-friendly and easy to navigate. They are always improving and looking for ways to make the tool better. Customer service responds fast to your questions if you need help. They are willing to work with you to find a solution.

Like with any software, there can be technical issues. Or if LinkedIn makes changes, it may affect its capabilities. Expandi has a great leadership team that makes sure tech support solves any problems that may come up.

Expandi helps a lot with prospecting and the growth of the connections network. The interface is straightforward and intuitive. Just use documentation, and you'll be fine.

Sometimes very rarely, it might glitch when you work with huge datasets like hundreds of records. But it is worth waiting cause I can't imagine how much time it will take to do it manually or even with the help of browser extensions.

It can literally multiply your efforts on working with LinkedIn. You can attain your goals 5-10 times quicker than with any other software that offers such functionality.

The customer service is excellent. The chat can be a little slow but once you get through, it's great. I've even had a 30 minute zoom call when i've really got lost and it's been super helpful

Expandi.io is my first experience using a tool that integrates into ex. LinkedIn & Hubspot and delivers content/campaigns via LinkedIn Messaging. Seamlessly at that. It's harder than ever to get through to the right person and not blend into the background if/when you do; I think this is a creative new channel to explore. Expandi works well with Hubspot as well for tracking/data purposes.

Other than sending messaging campaigns, it's pretty limited. The reporting isn't worth using as it doesn't produce much value and is hard to interpret. It's also unclear why only some requests send - and others don't regardless of the "settings" you elect.

We avoid GDP limitations with this tool and as I mentioned before, it's a different channel that the typical email/call to try.
