We A/B tested campaigns and it's a valuable asset for our marketing team as it has allowed us to experiment with different campaigns, ultimately leading us to identify the most effective approach for our clients. The fact that we can integrate webhooks with Expandi is a big plus, and we appreciate the personalization features that allow us to tailor our messages to our target audience.

I have been an early adopter of Expandi. Since the beginning, the tool kept all his promises. In terms of security of our LinkedIn's account, efficient outreach, time saving, there is no better tool on the market.
I can not find much to say about something I dislike. If I had to mention a thing, it won't be something negative but maybe something to improve :) At least for my use.

I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the software's ability to personalize and automate sequences for Linkedin prospecting. The possibility of sending automated LinkedIn event invitations to targeted audiences has streamlined our attendance and engagement rates which is obviously great. Expandi is a nice tool for its price for outreach efforts because of the many features they offer, relatively easy setup process, and communication. We significantly increased our reply rates more efficiently as we didn’t have to spend lots of time on routine and monotone work. I am satisfied with the product and can recommend Expandi as a great outreach tool.
There was a small issue with connecting the Linkedin account at the beginning, and the support team helped us quickly, so we are satisfied with the service, can’t complain.

I've been using Expandi for about 3 years now, and the thing that stands out the most is the adaptability of the platform. LinkedIn and social selling generally is a moving target, what worked yesterday, wont necessarily be the best strategy tomorrow. Keeping up with this and what is best practice can be a big task in itself, but with Expandi you don't need to worry about that, as they don't just have brilliant people in place to educate you on the best processes, they are also constantly evolving their platform to support new and enhanced use-cases. This means you can focus your time on utilsing the provided tools, rather than trying to figure out what are the best strategies. Having used many other LinkedIn engagement tools before Expandi, this was a game changer for me, and have never looked back.
There is nothing specific about Expandi I don't like, the bug bears I have are more broadly to do with LinkedIn engagement, and so these issue are common to all LinkedIn engagement tools.
We use LinkedIn as part of our outreach strategy, LinkedIn is a great place to identify prospects, with there rich data sets, Expandi really leverages this by providing the most extensive suite of tools to identify, filter and extract those prospects, in a seemless way. The key benefit is once you have your pool of prospects, you can automate the outreach in really compelling ways, from easy to use templates, complex decision flows, as well as engaging personalisation, such as image and GIFs. Our primary CTA is to book sales demo's, in the last year we booked 1,864 demo using this channel, the biggest channel for us by far and 100% this would not have been possible without Expandi.
The feature list is rich; once you know the tool, you can follow any omnichannel strategy you develop for your company's needs. I love the fact that it's safe so I don't have to worry about our accounts getting banned.
The user experience and interface could be revisited, but as far as I know that's what the team is working on now at Expandi. We created the step-by-step instructions for new team members so it's not a game changer for us. At the same time, if the tool becomes even more intuitive, it would be great and draw even more customers.
It saves incredible amounts of time you would otherwise use to send all those connect requests/ messages sequences on LinkedIn, liking, endorsing connections, etc.

I like the simplicity of the tool. You can tag your connections, sort out by recent activity, create custom searches, and manage the CRM the way you want.
I wish they'd provide content analytics like Shield so you don't need to have multiple software.
Staying in touch with key contacts and, sometimes, automating the reminders about upcoming event to the sign ups (summit or webinar).
Very easy to set up. I was able to have a rather elaborate outreach campaign created within about 30 minutes and I was confident that everything would work well. I like the stats and follow-up. It does make networking and business outreach easy for someone without the time to do it manually.
I have found that a few features are not located in prominent locations, or the settings are not explained for how they will impact the campaign. I also think there could be better guidance on what numbers to use for each campaign setting. The help desk is useful, but not immediate, sometimes waiting 10-45 minutes for answers.
Expandi has helped me automate my LinkedIn cold outreach and message with people without having to manually follow-up. It also has protected me from exceeding certain LinkedIn policies. It really has made my networking more robust.
