Ease of use. Has mainly very accurate information.
Nothing really. Site works very well, and is very user friendly.
Sometimes, I may run out of credits.
I love the simplicity of the chrome extension it comes with as well as all of the detailed info each lead is able to offer/upload.
It does glitch quite often and isn't able to connect to my LinkedIn.
I don't have to manually enter leads into my CRM anymore!
I love how it seamlessly intergrates with Linkedin Sales Nav, Salesforce, and Outreach.
Once incorrect data is marked in the CRM, it doesn't link back to LeadIQ to confirm the bad data.
Customer aquisition, the proper email address and phone number means all the difference.
I love that I can view and capture multiple leads from one view without needing to right click> open a new tab> and view individual tabs in order to load each lead. Capturing prospects from LinkedIn post reactions is handy for some of my teammates and I am sure I will use it very soon,
Can be a bit buggy, the very thing I like (multiple leads in one view to capture) can encounter delays or not load at all? Is this a setting that I can adjust? I would also suggest improving the mobile preview and email preview function as they are too small and prone to clicks that take me out from the overview of leads and into their individual profile. That happens a bit too often that I think it can use some improvement in UI/UX.
The speed of use, prospecting becomes easy and fast, especially with the seamless integration with outreach for sure!

Super fast and makes it easy to get prospects into sequences. the interoperability with outreach is great and it works well for enriching emails/phone numbers when zoominfo can't do the job
Sometimes the information isnt super accurate but it is what it is. i wish it didnt take up as much screen space so that i can have leadiq, outreach, and my chrome open at the same time. Just minor UI changes
LeadIQ helps my organization of SDRs prospect faster. It also helps the AE team acclerate prospecting. My productivity has increase significantly and I can average reaching out to ~50 prospects in one day easily.
I love that LeadIQ shows validated email addresses and phone numbers when available. Really expedites the prospecting process when you don't have to re validate information.
Sometimes it takes quite a while to load or does not refresh to show the current prospects on the LinkedIn page. A minor flaw in the grand scheme of things but it can get frustrating
I am faster at lead generation and therefore have a bigger pipeline. Prospecting used to be a tedious task but now it is quick and painless, takes about 20 mins a day as opposed to 2 hours
The integration between Sales Navigator and Outreach is best in class. It eliminates the need to constantly cycle between UIs.
Phone numbers and email addresses are *generally* pretty accurate but there's room for improvement here.
Our sales team was inefficient without something to bridge the gap between our prospecting tools. The outreach integration that LeadIQ offers has resulted in massive improvements in productivity.
The efficiency when prospecting from LinkedIn SalesNavigator - the amount of time saved has drastically improved my workflow.

I find potential podcast guests and target accounts for our show using LeadiQ, gathering those emails and putting it into HubSpot makes my job real simple. Our sales team is using this every week as well.
