Using cognism linked to my Salesforce account makes finding the right contacts accurately and more importantly easily.
Haven't found a downside yet, fully integrated with our systems.

Data availability and how easy the use is

Love that they show me if the email is verified - it helps our team reduce problems with bounce rates. It also indicates if the contact is in DNC. I've used LeadIQ and Lusha, and only Cognism offers that! And I could import contacts to SFDC with less friction as well.
Some emails/phone numbers are either not working or they don't have that much information - which is typical for every data enrichment tools. At the very least, I could flag the incorrect info and hopefully, they'll improve that soon.
Finding accurate contact information of prospective customers.
Leads provided are either accurate or lead to me gaining accurate data, and the emails are fairly accurate or i can verify it elsewhere
It can be a little glitchy at times, but this can be solved by a hard refresh
Really solves data search for me, we don't have to spend as much money on a data search team using this tool.
