Ease of finding alternative contact details for customers. Especially helpful if you need a new person from the company to contact.
The best thing about Cognism is the mobile numbers and the way it integrates with hubspot and LinkedIn sales nav. It makes for a seamless prospecting experience, and getting somebody's mobile number is just gold when it comes to outbound.
There can be issues with the quality of numbers but I suppose they're naturally going to be evolving and changing.
Cognism is solving low pick up rates for non-mobile number calls. With mobile numbers our connect rate is significantly higher, thus = more meetings.
Saves me a lot of hassle and time getting prospects contact information. I do like that Cognism also protects contact data of those who don't want to be contacted.

Cognism is the first platform I've found that provides significant actionable European sales inteligence. After being promised the world by one of the largest players in this space, we learned that they simply did not have the depth and breadth of data required to break into these enterprise level organizations. I also love the unlimited data model and stellar customer support!
While the unlimited data model is very refreshing when compared with credits, we found that to import them at scale requires the putchase of additional bulk credits. It is, of course, possible to work around this requirement, but it slows things down considerably.
Cognism is our primary 3rd party external data provider in Europe and Asia. The platform provides a wide variety of demographic and behavioral data points that help our team understand when they should reach out to an account or individual. While we already had a 3rd party data partner, it was falling short when it came to regions other than North America.
Ease of use of the website, implementation is quick and easy. The support you receive and traning is excellent. Highly recommned this product for any sales busienss looking for ease of lead sourcing. This platform has been a game changer

It really is idiot-proof. Searches can be defined, refined, saved, and integrated into a CRM effortlessly allowing sales teams to get on with the job of selling.
Not much to be honest. I've asked their dev team for some changes and they seem to be in flight so we'll wait further for those amendments. So let's see but their CS has been top notch
