Cognism is the first platform I've found that provides significant actionable European sales inteligence. After being promised the world by one of the largest players in this space, we learned that they simply did not have the depth and breadth of data required to break into these enterprise level organizations. I also love the unlimited data model and stellar customer support!
While the unlimited data model is very refreshing when compared with credits, we found that to import them at scale requires the putchase of additional bulk credits. It is, of course, possible to work around this requirement, but it slows things down considerably.
Cognism is our primary 3rd party external data provider in Europe and Asia. The platform provides a wide variety of demographic and behavioral data points that help our team understand when they should reach out to an account or individual. While we already had a 3rd party data partner, it was falling short when it came to regions other than North America.

As a compnay we dail out to more customer, it really helps us to slove for right party contact. The effectiveness has increased in calls.
Ease of use of the website, implementation is quick and easy. The support you receive and traning is excellent. Highly recommned this product for any sales busienss looking for ease of lead sourcing. This platform has been a game changer
I cant say I have any negative feedback, its all been a great success for me.
Its solving time. Its helping me find the correct person to contact within the busienss in one place without having to tail through and find out contact names and details.
It is very easy to find contacts and they are verified. So that is a big plus.
I can filter by departments, yes, but there is no procurement department. It appears very american. Using it for Germany I doubt it can filter states such as Bavaria, Baden-Wuerttemberg....

I like Cognism because it helps me prospect by searching contacts within a company, something that it's not very easy to do due to GDPR.
I don't dislike anything about Cognism, but if I have to choose something, I would say it could be a bit more user friendly.
Cognism helps me be more productive in my work by making it easy to find contacts and companies within a selected range. Great filters.
It's so easy to use and very friendly to new users, such as myself who has never actually been in an office before.

Finding prospects contacts and other useful information
I love the ability to create lead lists and export to CSV. This teamed with Sales Navigator makes specific lead generation really quick and easy. Duplicate checking these leads against themselves is fantastic.
I find that sometimes there are glitches or it behaves slowly, especially when interacting with the plugin and generating large lists for the exporting process mentioned above.
Mostly Cognism cuts a significant amount of time out of creating a list of high quality leads to work through. Before, I would have had to go through and source phone numbers, direct lines, addresses etc manually which takes a lot of time and effort, and Sales Navigator doesn't have the facility to do this effectively.
