I really like accuracy of phone numbers and emails. The extentions to Sales Forcer and Outreach and number of features are also very helpful for me as an Account Executive. I find myslef reaching out to leads faster with Cognism, great tool!
Its rare, but sometimes I find an inaccurate phone number. It would be nice if they have a AddOn button to report this faster.

It is very easy to find contacts and they are verified. So that is a big plus.
I can filter by departments, yes, but there is no procurement department. It appears very american. Using it for Germany I doubt it can filter states such as Bavaria, Baden-Wuerttemberg....

Getting contact details for potential prospects
I love the ability to create lead lists and export to CSV. This teamed with Sales Navigator makes specific lead generation really quick and easy. Duplicate checking these leads against themselves is fantastic.
I find that sometimes there are glitches or it behaves slowly, especially when interacting with the plugin and generating large lists for the exporting process mentioned above.
Mostly Cognism cuts a significant amount of time out of creating a list of high quality leads to work through. Before, I would have had to go through and source phone numbers, direct lines, addresses etc manually which takes a lot of time and effort, and Sales Navigator doesn't have the facility to do this effectively.
The interface is great, links to chrome seamlessly, it also hasn't once crashed on me in 9 months. The support network is great too. I use it every day, and it's become a vital BD tool. Very easy to use and implement as part of our BD methods. The contact number and email gathering features are great.

Awesome UI that is easy to use and get used to plus a ton of options, filters and features to get deep into prospecting for target accounts, customers all around the world. I've used Cognism daily for a year and I never looked back to other prospecting tools. Integration and exporting into CRM is a breeze and their Customer Support is incredibly helpful.

I've not long been in the sale game, one of my biggest concerns was how I was going to find my contacts and most importantly the 'right' contacts. Cognism makes it so easy to find key DMCs within a company that can help you to get the convesation moving in the right direction. And the way it links up nicely with LinkedIn Sales Nav is immaculate. It's so easy to use, the range of filters available to you in order to fine tune your results is great. I use it every day.
Occasionally the contact details you take from cognism are incorrect, but I've found this to be minimal and it's often quite easy to figure out the correct details needed from the other search results.
It's often hard to find the right person to speak to when contacting a business. If you phone the direct line you're often presented with a gatekeeper/reseptionist who can't help you or pass you on to the correct person. Cognism allows you to bypass this stage at times and get in touch with the correct person right of the bat.
Against other data providers their platform is far easier to navigate & accurate more often than not. I also use Cognism's Chrome extension to enrich my LinkedIn prospects with data and am having a great time reducing the time/stress of having to even switch tabs between datasets to do so.
I only briefly explored the intent data, and I do not dislike it at all I am just keen to see as to what more this has to offer, I appreciate it has been in early stages up until this recent point and it isn't a negative as such, I guess it wasn't the most appropriate thing for my use case, nevertheless really interesting.
Cognism is solving problems with innacuracies and lack of correct data in key industries that I operate within for myself in particular and I'm finding that their are records for a large majority of potential customers that I'd like to engage with.
Cognism has increased my efficiency. I am able to get the details of the right person each time allowing me to dedicate time to other duties.
There is not a lot that I can say for impovement.

Great data, supportive staff, and incredibly easy to use. We've saved hours thanks to the sync into SFDC & the Linkedin extension, meaning data is easily accessible in only a couple of clicks
Nothing major - earlier versions definitely took some getting used to, but the enablement on offer really helped our teams to build out repeatable processes.

Whenever I message our CSM needing anything, the answer is always "Yes". Adam has been looking after us for a few months now and has made a big difference to the running of our account.
I would like to be able to choose columns that come off when exporting data.
It allows us to benefit from the huge database that they have. The filters help us to narrow down, so that we are only prospecting to contacts that we believe have a genuine interest in our product. When I have viewed other products similar to Cognism, noone else quite has the database size to compare.

Cognism fulfilled all of our requirements. The interface is extremely simple to use, both for users and for admin. We have found the quantity and quality of the information is high especially in the EMEA region. The highlight are the smooth integrations with our CRM and LinkedIn. I have had the pleasure of working closely with Lauren Murphy our Customer Sucess Manager at Cognism. She has been fantastic, her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile when it came to arranging training sessions or helping with extracting bespoke data has been incredibly useful.
Nothing in particular hopefully the quality of APAC data soon catches up to EMEA.
