Being able to connect into hubspot & LinkedIn and simply exporting contacts directly in is a life saver Also being able to see if an account exists within Hubspot without the need to aimlessly scroll through is also a great feature
Minor additions to UI & maybe it not logging me out but very minor things :)

I´ve mostly been using Cognism in connection with LinkedIn Sales Nav and it makes prospecting accounts with the correct stakeholders a breeze, not the first international software i´ve used for this purpose but the only one that has acceptable levels of correct contact information in my country.
Nothing i dislike directly, the prospecting ICP accounts part could be a tad bit better but i understand that its key feature is prospecting correct stakeholders and not accounts but it would still be a appreciated feature.
Key problem Cognism is solving is getting correct contact details to the right stakeholders, in effect it means i can spend more time calling the right people instead of using time calling switchboards to get said information.
Cognism allows me to find and export contacts to my CRM all in one. It refines this manual pain staking task to a few simple clicks, allowing bulk export in an instant. Contact information has been consistantly reliable especially through their diamond verified contact numbers and email addresses. Their integration with Linkedin allows for easy exportation of contacts from this database also.
Contact numbers have on occasion been incorrect.
Creating contact profiles in hubspot
It comes with complex filter options and allowing detailed targeting and outreach in compliance with GDPR. Aditionally helpful Chrome-Plugin and account management supporting the onboarding and during the customer journey.
Enhanced filtering options e.g. founding rounds btw. 12-24 months and additional languages like Spanish and German would be great.

Very easy to use software which can ensure you can dive in and use the tool from day 1. Implementation and integration was a simple as plug in and play with HubSpot and gave our team full control over the software as opposed to relying on IT. Having implemented Cognism into a handful of different businesses, and therefore having experience of utilising the data in multiple industries, selling to a range of buyers, I can honestly say it's unrivalled for both ease-of-use and data quality. I've explored alternatives time and again because Cognism certainly isn't the cheapest on the market, but also because due dil, and time and again it proves to be the only enerprise data platform worth its salt, particularly for the UK and EMEA. It's a tool I use on a daily basis and wouldn't be without. I'll always come back to Cognism for: 1. Ease of setup and onboarding 2. Intuitive, easy to use for all users 3. Simple and robust integration with Salesforce
My score would be a 10 but for customer success. My most recent experience has been very hands-off (we literally haven't heard from them since the first week of onboarding). Saying that I don't really know what I'd need them for since it's such an easy to use tool, but it would be nice to hear from them once in a while.

Contact Details - emails and phone numbers!
It is very simple to use and you can get very detailed when you start to search deeper in the industries, positions, etc. It's integratable with LinkedIn and the company websites also which is good, and we frequently use this when it comes to prospecting.
Maybe just working on those numbers that are reported wrong, the process to delete those could improve but overall it's good!

The data for their US numbers isn't very good.
It's providing me with verified email addresses that have a 92% deliverability rate, which means, I can have a cleaner domain health and my emails have a higher chance of getting delivered to prospects.
Cognism is fast and intutive. It is meant to boost your outreach campaign and to get detailed contact's informations. I use it once or twice a week to build up scouting campaign for my lead generation and networking. What i like is that it is a live database of contacts that is often updated and it's linked to our CRM so that i don't lose time creating new contacts and reports. I use it as an add-on on linkedin. i don't use much the platform.
Some of the contacts have outdated informations. It could be useful to have the company's e-mail format so that in case you don't have the e-mail or the number you can build your own outreach list.
it makes my outreach faster and more effective. i directly contact people instead of passing trhough the reception. I never needed to ask for support because the tool works fine.
The ease-of-use of the platform is definitely a huge plus - searching, filtering and refining to give us quality data is fantastic and saving us a lot of time and effort. We're also finding unexpected uses away from the obvious list creation and industry specific contact data, in that we're able to identify new details in businesses where our only previous contacts have moved on. It's saved us a huge amount of back and forth and wasted conversations. The Salesforce integration is also good, but we're only just getting started with that.

Giving us quality contact lists for all aspects of our marketing efforts - existing sectors we already have success in plus new and untapped areas we know our product will provide multiple benefits to. Discovering new contacts within existing customers is incredibly helpful.

I really love the Chrome plugin (what I use mostly) in combination with LinkedIn Salesnavigator. The integration with Hubspot CRM is seamless, as it'll be able to import contacts in just a few seconds. The accuracy of the data is also a lot better than other tools I'v used in the past. Rarely get email bounces. Cognism was also the only tool that passed our Legal teams' purchasing evaluation.
On some occasions, phone numbers will be out of date but that's just inevitable in my opinion.

The nice user interface is extremely user-friendly and a great combination of features with boolean operators. Another great feature is the web browser extension Cognism has, which works great with the Pipedrive integration. When needed, their customer support replies very fast with valuable info.
The only thing I dislike is the duplicates.
It solved the lead generation part of the sales process, lowering the time necessary to find leads' contact data from a day to minutes.
I Love how the tool can capture customer Intent and Helps retenstion of the customer by focused Marketing & Sale campaigns. It plugs in directly to our CRM and the integration was so soomth & Flawless. The data quality is too good and it reduces a lot of manual efforts like dowloading the data from CRM. The contacts that the Cognism has is trust worthy and we are able to flawlessly navigate on day to day basis.
The Intent data can be can be much more accurate and there are few minor issues on the email campaigns. Other than that this is the best tool available in the market.
It solves the major problem of looking for contact in all the places and does it in one place. This saves a lot of time and manual efforts from our end.
