If all the features Expandi claims to have were available and worked properly, it truly would be an awesome tool. So I liked most their promises, which sadly were not fulfilled.

The homepage says it's "reliable" but it's not. The campaign just gets stuck and does not work, the support can't help and doesn't even know why the issue appeared. If you pay in full for the subscription and you stop it mid-billing period to avoid automatic payment and continuing the subscription to the next billing period, the tool just hides all your campaigns data and stops them. So essentially you don't get what you paid for, while the billing period you paid for is still in progress. The documentation seems fine at the first glance, but when you start to really use the tool and it's features, you will learn that a lot of details are not described, support does not know the details too, and the worst part- the support will not even try to understand your request and issue, but instead will throw the docs links to you which do not help and sometimes are not even relevant to your request. That's when you are a paid plan user and pay 99$ a month. Many important features do not work properly or do not work at all. Setting the use of variables is a nightmare even if you follow the docs, condition blocks can just make campaign leads stuck and not move further to any branch, in other words your campaign will not be working at all.

Does not solve any problems, only claims it will do. You can try using the tool for email outreach or LinkedIn messaging, but if you actually make a complex campaign that uses many features, chances are high it will not work at all and support will not help you.

The price is decently priced compared to other services.

The software just doesn't work. I had to go back and forth with support for a month with the multiple different issues I had with the service. Each time, different support reps had different answers to the questions as if they didn't comprehend how their own software was supposed to work. The biggest issue was sending LinkedIn connection requests - the software never followed the limits I set. It started sending up to 50 connection requests per day, putting my account in risk of being banned. Also, the sequencing of messaging doesn't make sense, it's very easy for connections to get a stuck at a point where they will not receive follow up messages.

Expandi is attempting to solve the problem of automating LinkedIn marketing, but fails horribly at this purpose.

I love how I could automate my campaigns, but had trouble setting up the flow so stayed with regular one with one request and similar message.

My Linkedin account was blocked, so that is a big bummer, as I have all my connections there.

It should help people automate the sales process, but it only made everything now difficult.

Unfortunately, I cannot comment on this as the service did not work as advertised.

I was unable to utilize the service as they do not work with corporate 2FA. Their customer service does not work US hours, occasionally responds, and was not willing to stand by their product and issue a refund when they're fully aware that the product is not working as advertised.

Nothing really. The fact that you can automate outreach is not unique to Expandi - Skylead is a much better alternative

Poor support, INCREDIBLY buggy UI, stupid logic of evenly spreading account connection limits across campaigns even if they aren't actively connecting with anyone (which creates an artificial bottleneck), a bunch of critical features that don't work.

It creates more headache than it solves.

The IDEA behind the company is great. Their execution is awful.

They need serious work to make it user-friendly. Major errors everywhere you turn. I would never waste money on this.
