The thing I like about Godaddy's email service is we can make multiple accounts easily. It really helps my current organization Indian Defence Academy Dehradun to create email profiles for HR and admission counselors for student's enrollment process.

There is nothing to dislike about the service and email process. However, they can improve the email integration process with third parties like Gmail accounts.

As a digital marketing head at IDA dehradun, I have the responsibility of making specific email accounts for our IT and Admission management team. With the help of Godaddy email service I make these professional email accounts which help our team for smooth and reliable communication

Low cost with excellent support and can be scaled up when required good for small and medium business who are cost conscious.

The times of the emails don't seem to be accurate. That can be very frustrating sometimes, especially when you are expecting an email and it takes forever to receive.

This application is user friendly in the business setting. It allows all of my emails to be easily grouped in one place so that I am able to find them. Also, a very efficient way to communicate with my staff as well as other teachers in my school.

I have had issues of my emails disappearing out of thin air. They seem to go nowhere & there have been some important emails that were needed. Not sure if this was a GoDaddy issue or my schools issue.

I am currently not solving any problems with GoDaddy. But the benefits are the ease of use, communication with staff is easy as well as being able to group all emails in one place.

Very easy to use, and if you need assistance they have excellent customer service. Have been using them for years and dont plan on changing anytime soon!

The best way to communicate with your clients while using your brand/name. I like the ease and the customization that I am allowed to do. My clients can easily search for my email because it is under my name.

the only thing I dislike is when I accidentally press the back button I get automatically logged out. Sometimes I need to manually refresh to get new emails. other than that everything works perfectly fine. I love it the ease and familiarity.

This has been the best business email that we have ever used. The server is very trustworthy and professional. It has a sleek, clean and easy to view look and even customization options.

While I used the GoDaddy software, I did not find any particulars that I did not like. It is indeed a all around great program.

Previous to using GoDaddy, we used a very common email server and always had a problem with spam and hacking. Since we have switched have not had any of these issues and the new server is trustworthy. Our clients feel more secure as do we.

I can not only use Go Daddy for web hosting, but also for Email services, for web builder (Although I don't use that service, it's good to know that I can) and so may hosting needs. You can literally 20 users with unlimited email in Godaddy.

I don't like that I don't get discount offers for the services that I already have. I only get offers for services I do not use. I am a start up small business and these discounts help to keep me and by business alive. I look forward to some discounts for my own use. I don't need a new domain, I want to be able to pay less for the one I have. Maybe that 40 percent discount would be good if I can apply it to my already using invoice

I now have an email address with my domain which I think is important for a small business, to show clients that you are serious with what you offer.

The ease in which everything is to check email all the way up to limiting the amount of spam I receive.

There is nothing that I have found which I dislike about this service.

Inter office communication!

I like having a separate marketing email that is also tied to my domain site. I can control how much or to whom it goes to. I do not like to spam and I also like to track my marketing.

I guess getting used to the different format. I have used gmail for so long and doing something else is sometimes uncomfortable but after a while, it is no big deal.

The marketing and tracking my results. The money I save marketing to the right people far out weighs the cost.

GoDaddy is simple and easy to use and helped me generate ideas for my new business with some great suggestions and ideas that I didn't have to come up with on my own.

Honestly, I don't like the advertising. But that may not be what you're looking for. In terms of "dislike" and the features of GoDaddy, I don't have any complaints really.

I needed business email and website domains. I was able to come up with names that were available and I liked the ability to select options that I hadn't thought of on my own as well.

GoDaddy Email & Office is great for basic needs, but if you're a power user or a growing business, the limitations might start to chafe.

I can send more personalised email with my professional emails. This impresses my clients and they consider me a reliable business.

I have been using GoDaddy as for our office and it is really very good platform. The customer service is really very quick. And when i implement any new DNS records it verified very quickly. Overall i will say GoDaddy is a best fit for all the businesses.

As such i didn't see any drawback in GoDaddy as of now

GoDaddy is solving our Domain host problems.

I am using Godaddy for my personal website and it is quite effective, The best thing about it has very less yet secured process using the online godaddy portal in mail. It is also quite easy to configure the mails in other devices too.

Great UI is missing and sometimes it lags, but it can be ignore because of other positive options. The personalization too, Themes and other skins are not that attractive but good to go.

To use the mail or office, I did'nt rely on other mail platforms like outlook or other. It is also very easy to setup up on other devices, they have the tutorials also on how to configure.

Godaddy is easy to log into from any device. It serves the basic functions for email use. Perfectly happy with it for work.

It doesn’t keep me logged in over time. Writing a new email creates a new pop up window. REALLY minor stuff, overall no complaints.

I like the platform. I've used only GoDaddy and Gmail, and I like GoDaddy better.

They don't have a mobile app. I use Outlook for that, but I wish they had their own app because I don't like Outlook as much as I like GoDaddy's online site.

Fairly basic e-mail, not a ton to learn.

Many times when I receive an attachment, such as a jpeg, or pdf, it says I don't have the proper program to open them. I have to forward it to my gmail account and can open the files without any issue. Also would love to have the "calendar" feature without having to add cost.

We have one platform for the entire company, keeps it simple.

The transition from our previous email provider to GoDaddy was quick and seamless.

We ended up forgetting to switch over our email provider at first, and I think GoDaddy could have prompted a reminder here.

Go Daddy is a great option for creating emails with your domain name and provides you with an option to customize the space that you can allocate to the email addresses you create. It also provides you with an option to add a calendar to the emails you create. Another good thing I liked was the fact that you could send a copy of an email to another email address every time the email comes in your inbox. Apart from this the other options that you get with email client are standard and you could upgrade based on pricing options. So basically you pick and choose and create a plan that works best for you.

The downsides of using Go daddy email would be that it is pricey for options that you would like to upgrade it to. You get the most basic options for the standard plan which are not great so upgrading is obvious and a no brainer. Would like to see the basic options with more features.

We are using Go daddy as our email client and basically is the tool for sending emails internally and externally. We recently upgraded to use Office 365 with the email plan we purchased. With Office 365 we use it as a productivity and administrative tool.

I'll love how GoDaddy allows you to set up emails for your domain for a very low price ! this include an exchange server and an Office 365 account ! everything you need to run your business in one place !

I dislike the pay model how you have to pay month to month in order user email it can get hassling sometimes. I'd much rather pay once a year or one time fee !

With GoDaddy's Email and Office where found it extremely easy to make our company appear more professional. We have found people tend to act more professional when they see our company's domain.

I like that it's accessible anywhere, so I can access my email from my work computer, phone, or ipad.

The layout feels a bit dated and there aren't a lot of options for organization.
