GoToMeeting Reviews: 4.2/5 — Solid Choice

Go To Meeting is so nice application for online webinar, meetings, communications, demostration etc. Even easy to send invitation for meetin/webinar, easy to implement to the organization. We can integrate it with any device like mobile, computer or laptop etc. We can use it for regular basis for meeting or webinar. Their customer support also very much responsive.

As per my experience i am using Go To Meeting since last 2 to 3 year but i haven't found any dislike point.

Many problem solving after using Go To Meeting, like online conference, webinar, document screen sharing. Even it saving my time to visit at client site. So it is very benficial for me to use Go To meeting.

I love its user interface and functionality to optimize video conferencing. Another thing I love is that it is not limited only to video conferencing but has chat tools, screen sharing, session recording and more; which makes it a very effective tool also for collaboration and remote support. It provides a lot of efficiency to the day to day operations and productivity of our organization.

There is a slight learning curve and lack of tutorials to help understand the product.

It helps us communicate more efficiently with third parties and has useful tools for collaboration and support. The use cases for the tool are extensive and have greatly helped the growth of the organization, the success of our projects, the convenience for everyone in supporting customers and overall productivity. The benefits make it worth every penny invested.

With this application it is all in one software with its capabilities like online meeting, desktop sharing, and video conferencing software package day to day task is made easy and less time consuming.

It has all the right packages but the only issue is it tends to consume more network bandwidth which makes me think that the application is bulkier and should be used in corporate premises only.

We are using it extensively for our product demos, training, screen sharing calls, and internal teams standups and meetings. With its abilities in the online meeting scheduler, desktop sharing capabilities, and video conferencing overall package things are smoothing up.

GoToMeeting is a great tool, especially when your team is working these days remotely! The quality of GoToMeeting is excellent. Our Team has never had any issues. It is straightforward to use and reliable. Our team loves the screen-sharing aspect! You can't go wrong with this program.

Sometimes the video feature will freeze, but this does not happen often. If it does, we have our team member turn off their video. We can then continue our meeting with no issues.

When working remotely, it is great to hop on for meetings, to explain things "face-to-face," or to collaborate on a project for ideas! It's truly a great tool to have these days.

Nothing more as of now. GoTo Meeting sometimes works crazy, some device does not support a few times, if you are in a meeting you often lose connection and the meeting slows down for no reason.

Links to connect can be too long and confusing. Specially to those older folks who do not use computers a lot.

Best sound quality in virtual calls. We can connect wit multiple team members or persons at a time. With minimum wifi signal, we can make proper & decent conversations. Their customer support is rellay approachable.

Earlier, I used couple of video conferencing applications for the calls and meeting purposes with my team. The probelm arised when the frequncey of internet is fall to minimum. But after using GoTo Meeting, the probelm is solved. We can get clear picture of the person even the frequency of our WiFi is minimum.

What I like best about GoTo Meeting is that it is easy to use even for beginners. I also like the screen sharing and recording which I frequently use during my meetings.

GoToMeeting allows the contractor/tech support/IT associate to hold meetings remotely with no physical interaction. Excellent way to social distance. It will enable both parties to share their screens and tell what is being done to resolve an issue or follow the teacher. We have used this software with our Server support team to remote in and upgrade our virtual hosts without requiring an onsite visit. Great time saver and money saver. We also use this software to remote in to our remote users and assist them as needed.

Sometimes the screen resolution will need to be adjusted. Other that this, no complaints.

Password reset for remote users that have allowed their VPN password to expire. Installing updates to remote users PC's as needed. Connecting with contractors to upgrade server farm environments remotely with no on site visit required.

I really like one thing about the go to meeting is they have very high quality video and audio. The mobile application of go to meeting give me such reliable and accessible feel. I like this app.

The only issue I face is that due to high quality of video and audio quality, some time I face huge struggles on slower networks and this led to video quality fluctuations as well.

They have better quality of video conferences comparative to other online meeting platform. It is easy to use and seamless connectivity. I can easy connect with lots of people in a one go!

Scheduling Meetings is easy with its Clean & simple Interface. Plus, Online Meeting Recording feature (recording getting stored on the cloud) helps in making sure that recording files do not corrupt & stuff. So, if something goes wrong with the Computer after the Session, you still have files on the cloud.

Helping people making their Online Learning Experience simpler (We used to use it in my previous company for Online Weekend Sessions) and felt it was way simpler than other options like WebEx

that the interface is intuitive and easy to use. integrates well & accurately with Outlook.

Few of our outside business partners are using it, most do Teams or Cisco WebX, so with some it feels like a bit of a hassle getting them onboard with our preferred GTM.

it solved a big problem during the pandemic when we worked from home as a remote team. We do still use GTM with external business partners. But we've also found new uses for it conducting customer interviews, and even non-tech folks can use it easily.

I love that it seamlessly syncs automatically to outlook so whenever I need to create calendar invites or meetings, I don't need to open two applications to do so

I dislike that it is not more widely used so there is a bit of a learning curve when the other party hasn't used it before. It is the most practical software so I wished it were used more

Sometimes user interface is jarring and get stuck issues.. Ongoing issues should be fixed at the time of meeting and should reduce the jarring effect we get in meetings some time
