A very good app which encourages you to be active due to the incentives and rewards given through the app when you otherwise might not have been, especially working in an office job

Currently, no feature which encourages you to try different activities; therefore only beneficial if you already do fitness/well-being activities

Helps to ensure you stay active

Really useful to help me stay active most days. Downloaded as my workplace signed up, bringing my steps up from 4k average to 10k for the year. Useful as it encourages healthy competition and bonding through challenges. Rewards are also great and there are a wide range of choices

The steps dont sync daily as you go and you need to open the app to sync. this can sometimes be slow.

The platform has some good challenges and rewards. It encourages me to be a little more active, getting off a stop earlier when commuting or having a lunchtime walk to make sure my goals are achieved. It's easy to use and enrol on challenges, and the leadboard functionality (with teams) is also a great feature.

I have had some connection issues with Fitbit and the App not syncing. When flagged, the team resolved really quickly.

This helps the team have some collaboration and an element of competition, as well as assisting from a Wellbeing point of view, encouraging a little more activity in the workday.

The support the GoVida team provided us was excellent. This was our first time working with a wellness provider and they helped us with each step to make the initiative a great success. GoVida team listened to our needs and helped us create exciting personalized challenges that maximized engagement with our team. When the app went live, the customer support offered was great! They quickly resolved and responded to any queries our team needed answering. Engagement levels were pretty high for our company because of the advice GoVida gave us in marketing the initiative before it went live. These engagement levels remained high throughout the challenges. Our colleagues' feedback was fantastic, and the app helped many of our team. The mindness suite got a lot of mentions during our feedback questionnaire, and people have continued using similar material to date. The app itself is easy to navigate and looks great. It synced up with all the leading fitness apps such as GoogleFit, Strava, Garmin etc. The biggest compliment is that we will be teaming up with GoVida again because our colleagues loved the app, which positively helped many people.

The App encourages you to be active and lead a healthy and lifestyle

I don't like that you have to go into the app to update your steps. It would be nice if this was automatic.

Not business benefits but personal benefits, like using the health app and listening to the podcasts , especially the audios on Menopause

I really have enjoyed the team challenges, enjoying the competitive fun with team mates, along with a little cultural enlightenment won the way! Daily goal setting and banner rewards are a really nice pay in the back.

I have only really had a positive experience since using the app. So no dislikes to date.

I am motivated to complete my steps goal and have tried to incorporate these extra steps into my sedentary periods e.g. when sat for prolonged periods - try to make a chance and have a quick walk.

We really enjoyed the well rounded holistic approach to health that GoVida provides. We are also extremely impressed with the customer centered approach to support. The GoVida team is always available for both technical support and recommending new ideas for us to implement. In my role I work with many providers of various solfware solutions and GoVida rises to the top.

Nothing to report here, we have been absoutely impressed with GoVida product and services.

We were looking for one platform that would allow us to engage employees in wellness intiatives, build up comminity and provide a wide range of wellness related resources. We have ran walking challenges before, but have heard from our staff that they would like to include cycling or gym check-ins or other classes and we were able to find all these options with GoVida.

The step counter has got my team up and moving as has the personalised step challenge. The mind section is great for relaxation with the meditation being the most used

The check in function could be more prominent and at the end of the meditations sessions you get a ping alert which wakes you up from the relaxed state!

Making the team realise that moving around in the day is vital for mental health and wellbeing and will make for a more productive team. It is a topic of conversation amongst team members and has introduced some friendly competition. A high proportion of the team are engaged with the App and clearly benefiting from the offering
