Guesty Pros and Cons
- Comprehensive feature set covering most short-term rental management needs
- Strong integration ecosystem and open API
- Scales from small hosts to enterprise multi-brand operations
- Robust support, onboarding and enterprise-grade reliability
- Many advanced features are add-ons which increase total cost
- Pro and Enterprise pricing are custom and not transparent
- Premium channel fees and device (locks) fees complicate total cost of ownership
- Support languages limited to five; some guest communication services are English-only
- Proprietary (not open source) — vendor lock-in risk
Guesty advertises “From $9/month” in large type and “+1% per reservation” in small grey text underneath, and the small text is the part that decides your bill. For a single short-term rental turning over $30,000 a year, that 1% is $25 a month against a $9 base — the commission is nearly three times the advertised price, and the total is $34, or 3.8× the headline. At $100,000 of annual revenue it reaches $92 a month, ten times the number on the card. The card also omits a word the FAQ supplies: the $9 is per listing, not per account. Guesty is a capable platform and the commission model is defensible, but the price you will actually pay is not the price on the page.
- What it is: A property management system for short-term and vacation rentals — channels, bookings, ops, payments.
- Best for: Property managers with enough listings to justify a quote-based platform.
- Pricing: Lite from $9/month per listing + 1% of reservations. Pro and Enterprise are quote-only. Verified August 2026.
- The honest catch: The commission scales with your revenue; the $9 does not.
What Is Guesty?
Guesty is one of the larger property management systems for short-term rentals. It handles the whole operating loop: a channel manager distributing listings to 60+ OTAs, a multi-calendar consolidating reservations, a unified inbox for guest messages, task management for cleaning and maintenance, trust accounting, an owners portal, and payment processing through Guesty Pay.
Around that sits a substantial add-on catalogue — PriceOptimizer for dynamic pricing, Damage Protection, LocksManager for smart locks, Guest Communication Services (an outsourced 24/7 messaging team), Guesty Capital for financing, and Advanced Websites for direct bookings.
The customer testimonials are specific and named — property managers in Texas, Florida, Arizona, Denmark, Washington DC and Australia — and one recurring theme is worth noting because it is a genuine operational benefit rather than a feature claim: several cite the elimination of double bookings across combined units.
The Findstack listing carries 40 user reviews, a modest but real independent base.
How Guesty Works
Three plans, and only one of them has a published price:
| Lite | Pro | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|
| For | 1–3 listings | 4–199 listings | 200+ listings |
| Price | From $9/month per listing + 1% per reservation | Get a quote | Customized offer |
| Channels | Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo | 60+ | 60+ |
| Adds | Multi-calendar, unified inbox | Owners portal, revenue management | Enterprise security, tailored onboarding, advanced reporting |
There is a 14-day free trial of Lite, confirmed in the FAQ, and no free tier.
Note what Lite does not include. Three channels, not sixty — so a host on Expedia, Google Vacation Rentals or Marriott’s Homes & Villas needs Pro. And two add-ons, Guesty Pay and Advanced Websites, are explicitly unavailable on Lite, which means the smallest customers cannot use Guesty’s own payment processing or build a direct-booking site.
Guesty Pricing
The 1% is the price; the $9 is the floor
The Lite card reads “From $9/month” with ”+1% per reservation | Including PriceOptimizer” in smaller grey text beneath. The FAQ adds the missing word: “We have packages that start from $9/month per listing.”
Put the two meters together and the shape becomes clear:
| Annual revenue per listing | Base ($9 × 12) | 1% commission | Effective monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| $10,000 | $108 | $100 | $17.33 |
| $20,000 | $108 | $200 | $25.67 |
| $30,000 | $108 | $300 | $34.00 |
| $50,000 | $108 | $500 | $50.67 |
| $100,000 | $108 | $1,000 | $92.33 |
The crossover sits at about $10,800 of annual revenue per listing — roughly $900 a month. Below that the subscription dominates; above it, the commission does. Almost every actively rented property is well above that line, so in practice the 1% is the bill and the $9 is a rounding error.
At $30,000 a year — an unremarkable figure for one well-run rental — you pay 3.8 times the advertised price. At $100,000, ten times.
None of this is hidden, exactly. The “+1%” is printed on the card. But it is set in grey at roughly a third the size of the number it modifies, and it is the term that scales with your success. Model your own revenue before you compare Guesty to anything else, because the headline is not a number anyone with a functioning rental will pay.
Two things do deserve credit here. The commission is 1%, which is low against the 3% that some competitors charge on bookings, and PriceOptimizer is included in the Lite offer rather than sold as the add-on it is on other plans — a genuine inclusion, since dynamic pricing is one of the few tools that can plausibly earn back its own cost.
Nearly all of Guesty’s market gets no published price at all
Lite covers 1–3 listings. Everyone else — Pro at 4–199 listings and Enterprise at 200+ — sees “Get a quote” and “Customized offer.”
That means the entire professional segment Guesty is built for, and which its testimonials describe, has no published pricing whatsoever. A property manager with twelve units cannot estimate cost without a sales conversation, cannot compare Guesty against a competitor on paper, and cannot budget without disclosing their portfolio.
The Guesty Ultimate™ bundle is quote-only too. It promises “Save 40% on our curated bundle of premium features” — premium channels, ReplyAI, Advanced Websites, LocksManager, PriceOptimizer, Advanced Analytics, Accounting, plus 33% off Damage Protection and Guest Communication Services. 40% off an unpublished price is not a figure you can act on. Ask what the bundle costs and what the components cost separately, because those are the two numbers that make the 40% meaningful.
The add-on catalogue is where the cost accumulates
Seven add-ons are listed, and their availability varies by plan:
| Add-on | Available on |
|---|---|
| PriceOptimizer | All plans (included in the Lite offer) |
| Damage Protection | All plans |
| LocksManager | All plans |
| Guest Communication Services | All plans |
| Guesty Capital | All plans |
| Guesty Pay | Pro and Enterprise only |
| Advanced Websites | Pro and Enterprise only |
None of the add-ons carries a published price. So a Lite customer knows their base ($9 per listing) and their commission (1%), and nothing else. Every capability beyond the core is a conversation.
The two Pro-only add-ons matter more than they first appear. Advanced Websites is how you build direct bookings, which is the main way rental operators escape OTA commissions — and it is unavailable to the small hosts who would benefit most proportionally.
What actually decides your cost
- Your reservation revenue, via the 1% cut — the dominant term for any active listing.
- Your listing count, at $9 each per month on Lite.
- Whether you exceed 3 listings, which moves you to quote-only Pro.
- Which add-ons you take, none of which is publicly priced.
- Whether you need more than three channels, since Lite syncs only Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo.
- Whether you need payment processing or a booking website, both Pro-and-above.
Who Should Use Guesty
Guesty fits a property management company that has outgrown spreadsheets and a channel manager. The platform depth is real — trust accounting, an owners portal, task management across cleaning teams, 60+ channels and an open API — and the recurring testimonial theme about eliminating double bookings is exactly the operational problem that justifies a PMS. The 40 Findstack reviews and the named customer references give it more independent standing than most products in this series.
For a manager at 20 or 50 units, this is a credible platform and the commission model is arguably fair: you pay in proportion to what you earn, and 1% is at the low end of the category.
It fits badly for a single host reading “$9/month” and budgeting accordingly. That host will pay $34 a month on a $30,000 listing, cannot use Guesty Pay or build a direct-booking website, and syncs to only three channels. At that size the value of a full PMS is thinner and the alternatives are cheaper.
It also fits badly for anyone who needs to compare on paper before engaging. With Pro, Enterprise, the Ultimate bundle and all seven add-ons unpriced, a like-for-like comparison is impossible without a sales call.
Honest Pros and Cons
What works well:
- A 1% commission is low for the category, where 3% is not unusual.
- PriceOptimizer is included in the Lite offer rather than charged as an add-on.
- A 14-day free trial of Lite, confirmed in the FAQ.
- Genuine platform depth — trust accounting, owners portal, task management, open API, mobile app.
- 60+ distribution channels on Pro and above.
- Named, specific customer references across six countries.
- The recurring double-booking testimonial describes a real operational outcome rather than a feature.
- A broad add-on catalogue, including financing and an outsourced 24/7 guest messaging team.
- The “+1% per reservation” is at least printed on the pricing card.
- 40 Findstack user reviews, a real if modest independent base.
What to watch:
- The 1% commission exceeds the $9 base above ~$10,800 of annual revenue per listing.
- ”$9/month” is per listing, a qualifier that appears only in the FAQ.
- Pro (4–199 listings) and Enterprise (200+) are entirely quote-only.
- No add-on has a published price.
- “Save 40%” on Guesty Ultimate is a discount off an unpublished number.
- Lite syncs only three channels, not the advertised 60+.
- Guesty Pay and Advanced Websites are unavailable on Lite, so small hosts cannot process payments or build direct-booking sites.
- Lite is flagged “LIMITED TIME OFFER”, so the $9 may not be the standing rate.
- No free tier.
Guesty Alternatives and How It Compares
- Hostaway is the most direct competitor at the property-manager tier, similarly quote-led but often more willing to publish indicative pricing.
- Lodgify targets the smaller operator with a stronger direct-booking website story and flat monthly plans rather than a revenue share.
- OwnerRez is the long-standing choice for owner-operators, priced per property with no commission on bookings.
- Smoobu and Hospitable are the value options for 1–10 listings, both with published flat pricing — the relevant comparison for anyone attracted by Guesty’s $9.
- Uplisting sits between the two, with transparent per-property pricing and a strong Airbnb integration.
A caveat on that list: none of these currently has a Findstack listing, so all are named without links, and the property-management category pages are not live either. The comparison that matters is structural — Guesty charges a percentage of your revenue; most of these charge a flat fee per property. At low revenue Guesty is cheaper; at high revenue a flat fee wins. Work out where your portfolio sits before you assume the $9 makes it the budget option.
The Verdict
Guesty is a serious property management platform, and for a company running dozens of units the depth on offer — channel management across 60+ OTAs, trust accounting, an owners portal, task management, an open API — is proportionate to what it asks. The 1% commission is genuinely low for this market, and bundling PriceOptimizer into the Lite offer is a real inclusion rather than a token one.
The pricing page, though, leads with a number almost nobody pays. “From $9/month” sits in large type; “+1% per reservation” sits in small grey type beneath it; and the word “per listing” appears only in the FAQ. For one rental earning $30,000 a year the actual cost is $34 a month — 3.8× the headline — and at $100,000 it is $92, or ten times. The crossover where the commission overtakes the subscription is around $10,800 of annual revenue per listing, which is below almost any working property.
The larger gap is what is not published at all. Pro covers 4 to 199 listings and Enterprise covers 200+, and both are quote-only — so the professional segment Guesty is actually built for gets no price, no comparison and no budget without a sales call. Every one of the seven add-ons is unpriced too, and the Ultimate bundle’s “Save 40%” is a discount off a number you cannot see.
So do the arithmetic before the demo. Multiply your annual reservation revenue by 1%, add $108 per listing, and compare that against the flat per-property fees the alternatives publish. Then take the 14-day Lite trial to judge the product on its merits — the double-booking elimination that customers keep citing is the kind of benefit worth paying a percentage for, if your portfolio is large enough that it happens to you.
FAQ
How much does Guesty cost?
Only the entry plan has a published price. Guesty Lite starts from $9/month per listing plus 1% of every reservation, and covers 1–3 listings with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo sync. Pro (4–199 listings) is “Get a quote” and Enterprise (200+ listings) is a “Customized offer” — neither publishes a rate. None of the seven add-ons is priced publicly either. There is a 14-day free trial of Lite and no free tier.
What does Guesty’s 1% per reservation actually cost?
More than the subscription, for any active listing. The 1% applies to reservation revenue, so on a listing earning $30,000 a year you pay $300 in commission against $108 in subscription — $34 a month in total, or 3.8× the $9 headline. At $50,000 it is $50.67 a month, and at $100,000 it is $92.33, ten times the advertised price. The crossover where commission overtakes the base fee is roughly $10,800 of annual revenue per listing. In fairness, 1% is at the low end for this category, where 3% is not unusual.
Is Guesty’s $9 price per listing or per account?
Per listing, though the pricing card does not say so — only the FAQ does, stating that packages “start from $9/month per listing.” So three listings on Lite cost $27 a month in subscription before any commission. Combined with the 1% cut, a host with three listings each earning $30,000 a year would pay roughly $102 a month in total.
What is missing from Guesty Lite?
Three things that matter. Channel coverage — Lite syncs only with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, while the 60+ channel manager begins at Pro. Guesty Pay, the built-in payment processing, is available only on Pro and Enterprise. And Advanced Websites, the direct-booking site builder, is likewise Pro-and-above — which means the smallest hosts cannot use Guesty to reduce their OTA dependence. Lite also lacks the owners portal and revenue management found on Pro.
Is Guesty worth it compared to flat-fee alternatives?
It depends entirely on revenue per property, because the models differ structurally. Guesty charges a percentage of what you earn; most competitors — OwnerRez, Smoobu, Hospitable, Uplisting — charge a flat fee per property. A low-revenue listing is cheaper on a percentage; a high-revenue one is cheaper on a flat fee. Calculate 1% of your annual reservation revenue plus $108 per listing, then compare. For larger portfolios the decision usually turns on platform depth — trust accounting, owners portals and 60+ channels — rather than on price alone.
I love the convenience of having all our properties easily accessible and update our listings. The Price Optimizer is my favorite feature to use, I can adjust pricing and discounts with ease. Everything you need is right at your fingertips, from guest relations to pricing to marketing. I work a lot with Dani, she has been super supportive and was able to answer any questions that I have had. I use Guesty everyday, from booking reservations all the way to accounting. I highly recommend them.
I don't have any dislikes. I love everything.
Guesty is solving my day to day incoming reservations, my accounting for our income to our owners income, keeping track of damage waiver claims, marketing, pricing with the marketing tools, and so much more.

Carmen is friendly, knowledgeable and fun, speaking with her in often the highlight of my day.
We would like to see more options and features available in Canada.
Guesty is great for making changes and updates across multiple channels, sending automated messages and replies, and managing our day-to-day operations.
Having tried three other software solutions (Loodgix, Streamline, MyVR), I can confidently say that the team at Guesty and my account manager Taylor Murphy is the ONLY software you need to consider. Their platform is not just user-friendly; it's a hospitality powerhouse. Managing bookings and communicating with guests, accounting, lock management, distribution channel management, Merchant service, automations and more are a breeze. What sets Guesty apart is their unmatched customer service. They are always easy to reach, and their team genuinely cares about their hosts. The level of support and attention they provide is unparalleled. In the world of property management, Guesty is my go-to. I wouldn't think about switching – they've redefined the hosting experience with their hospitality-centric approach. If you want a software partner that truly values its hosts, look no further than Guesty.
I cannot think of anything I dislike. They are so helpful and easy to work with. anytime I have an issue I just meet with my account manager Taylor and we take care of the issue.
Guesty is my one stop shop to managing vacation rentals. This software efficiently handles the day to day operations of guest management, property management, accounting, lock integrations, distribution, collection of funds, and honestly so much more. I couldnt do it without them.
Comprehensive features, easy to understand and use.
There are occasional minor software bugs.
One dashboard for my staff to manage all aspects of the business.
First and foremost, the intuitive and user-friendly interface of Guesty makes it a joy to use. Navigating through the platform is a seamless experience, and the design is incredibly well-thought-out. It has streamlined my daily tasks, allowing me to manage bookings and listings with unparalleled ease. One of the standout features for me is the robust integration with third-party booking sites. Connecting my listings to various platforms has never been more straightforward. This has not only expanded my property's reach but has also saved me valuable time that I can now invest in enhancing the overall guest experience. The automation capabilities of Guesty are nothing short of impressive. From communication with guests to managing cleaning schedules, the system's automation tools have significantly improved my operational efficiency. This has translated into smoother workflows and, ultimately, happier guests. Customer support is another area where Guesty excels. Whenever I've had questions or needed assistance, their support team has been prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It's reassuring to know that I have reliable support whenever I need it. In conclusion, Guesty has proven to be an invaluable asset to my vacation rental business. Its user-friendly interface, seamless third-party integrations, powerful automation features, and excellent customer support make it a standout property management system. I highly recommend Guesty to fellow hosts and property managers looking to optimize their operations.
First, the pricing structure can be a bit complex and may not cater well to hosts with smaller-scale operations. It would be beneficial to have a more straightforward pricing model. Additionally, while the platform is generally user-friendly, there is a learning curve involved, especially for those new to property management systems. Some more comprehensive onboarding resources or tutorials could help users navigate the system more efficiently. Though the automation features are robust, I've encountered occasional glitches that disrupt the seamless workflow. Improved stability in this regard would enhance the overall experience.
I've been using Guesty for my property management needs, and I must say, their recent interface update has been a game-changer. The platform's new design is incredibly user-friendly, making it a joy to navigate and manage my listings. The updated interface is not only aesthetically pleasing but also intuitively organized. Navigating through tasks, from managing bookings to accessing analytics, feels more seamless than ever. The thoughtful redesign has significantly improved the overall user experience. I appreciate that Guesty has actively listened to user feedback and implemented changes that enhance functionality. The updated interface reflects a commitment to continuous improvement and ensuring that hosts can easily harness the platform's full potential.
Easy to use. Great for direct bookings. Incredible integrations with 3rd party products. Love the universal Inbox. Great add-ons available.
Originallh the time it was going to take to go live. I wanted to move fatser but Guesty made us do it the right way! I'm so glad they did.
We do quite a bit of direct marekting and Guesty give us a solid solution to handle all Direct Bookings.
Guesty is so easy to use the customer service is amazing! Taylor is so helpful and a pleasure to work with!
Nothing that I can think of! This platform is so easy and efficient to use!
Guesty is helping me to communicate over multiple listings in a timely manner and creating and easy overview of all my reservations!
There are so many PMS platforms to choose from, and we have stuck with Guesty over the past four years. Over the years, we have seen the platform evolve as it responds to the rapidly changing vacation rental market. Throughout, we have seen a thoughtful and customer-driven approach. The technology is extremely user-friendly, making navigating easy for our team members in the field. At the same time, it is robust enough to pull complex reports when we need them. Most of all, we cannot say enough about the PEOPLE who work at Guesty. Carmen Corio, our Customer Success Manager leaves no stone unturned to resolve any issues, no matter how complex. She is also our go-to source on industry trends and new developments to look out for. We couldn't be happier.
Guesty is not the cheapest platform. However, we are well aware that you get what you pay for!
Guesty is a one-stop shop helping us stay on top of the complexities of running a vacation rental management business.
-New features and improvements added constantly -Great Accounting Features -Helped me scale up without having to hire more employees -Truly a one-stop shop
-Every concern I have ever had is always addressed with a new feature or update to resolve my problem.
I was a one-woman show with about 15 properties when I started with Guesty. They allowed me to scale up my business by saving me time on accounting issues, owner statements, pricing strategy, and everything in between. I now have 38 properties just over 18 months later. My assistant and I are able to handle all the day-to-day of our business, guest communication, and owner relations because of Guesty. They are consistently adding new features and partnerships that continue to make them the best in the industry. There is truly no comparison between other PMS software and Guesty. Most potential clients hesitate due to their cost, but Guesty is worth every penny.
Guesty is such an excellent property management software to use! There are endless features, and my rep, Taylor, is always there to help me with questions. I never have to wait long if a problem arises and I need guidance; she is always there for my team and me! I cannot recommend Guesty enough for property managers! Keep it up, Guesty!
I would like for a bit more features to be available on the accounting/ reporting aspect of Guesty. However, Guesty is constantly asking for feedback and making improvements to the software! I appreciate the amount that they listen to feedback!
Managing my vacation rental bookings! Without it, it would be very difficult to stay organized and not accidentally double-book a guest. It is also great for guest communications and insights on our business performance.
The team at guesty are incredible people. They help us with any issues as soon as they can. Working with guesty as made my life incredibly easy. I can simultaneously manage prices/calendars for all my platforms/listings. Reducing chances of inconsistency. We have been more successful in the short-term rental business after getting the help we needed from guesty.
Nothing to dislike, to be honest. Everything is going great
Guesty helps me see the full image of where my listings stand with bookings, revenue and reviews. I can interact with all my guests from one platform, which is highly beneficial, and the chance of missing a message or inquiry is extremely low.
The best thing about Guesty is the amount of time they save within a working day, keeping everything in one tab, helping us to manage our teams and automate the guest experience whilst keeping it personal. In addition, the personalised support from Hazel via email and weekly meetings is super helpful, always kind and very patient. With my understanding of Guesty being 0 a few months ago, i now feel incredibly comfortable in the tool and know there's a great support network to reach out to should i need it.
Dislike is the wrong word. I look forward to seeing more features and certain capabilities however, these are usually already in motion anyway.
Guesty saves me time, helps me manage guest experience and keeps us all happy
Guesty has improved our distribution, connectivity, and efficiency in immeasurable ways. We're delighted with the SAAS product.
Guesty has addressed nearly every area of need by engaging in our business, listening to our feedback, and evolving their product. The software is best-in-class, but its people like Kiersten Warner (our Guesty account manager) who have proven to be the difference between good and exceptionally great.
Cloud-based, app-supported property management system, connectivity, distribution, channel management, third-party integrations, CRM, reporting, trust accounting, owner portal, internet booking engine.
Open architecture, features, and usability. There isn't a problem they don't have a solution for. Our CSMs have been top-notch. Knowledgeable, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help us with integration, knowledge transfer, and general support.
The native owner portal is limited and so are the internal (back office) communication capabilities.
We chose Guesty because of the feature set, intuitive user interface, and open architecture. We use the product to support and operate 75%+ of our day-to-day business.
Guesty is a great platform to consolidate multiple properties and listings into one user-friendly reservation system. THe Tech support and customer support is what sets them apart from the others.
Guesty is continuing to evolve and grow as a platform. Sometimes there are features not yet developed within Guesty. Again, Tech support to the rescue, they are quick to get critical feedback to their development team for future updates.
From a visually appealing interface to the Advanced Analytics and Revenue Management tools, it helps support my property management in full scale.
Our account manager, Joshua Spencer is the best! We've grown to 50 listings over the past couple of years and Guesty has scaled with us. We've added the accounting module and analytics module since we started. There are cheaper STR PMSs out there, but you get what you pay for!
If you don't have enough listings to have an account manager, the help desk sucks. We tried the 24/7/365 help desk support as well and that just didn't feel ready for prime time at the time we tried it.
Guesty helps us run our STR business, particularly the front end of the business as far as the customer acquisition and lifecycle. We like to automate our processes and use Guesty for as much automation as possible.
The advanced analytics function is amazing. So much data at your finger tips, from revenue, RevPAR to guest feedback and reviews, all in one place, that can easily be extracted and shared with your team to support decisive actions
Nothing, everything is exactly what we need to run our business. If we do have an issue, which is rare, the support is second to none
Understanding our daily, weekly, monthly, yearly KPIs and what leavers to pull if we see a short fall in any of them
What I like best about Guesty is the user interface and how user-friendly the software is. It is straightforward to train my team members on this software. Compared to other property management software I have used, this is hands down the most user-friendly and contains the most features.
The major downside with Guesty is still the lack of phone or real-time support. We get an assigned staff member to help us with onboarding and ongoing operations, but sometimes you may have an issue that you need immediate help with. However, tech support responds fast enough via email most times. I hope they will add phone support in the future. Also, price-wise, they are on the high end of the spectrum.
Guesty is solving the problems of integrating with other software like priceLabs, rentals united and so forth. Also, it does a great job of capturing past guest data.
Guesty integrates with most booking platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and BDC. It helps you organize and manage your properties under one platform. 1. Integrated messaging system for all booking platforms 2. Accounting software 3. Analytics 4. Direct booking capabilities 5. Team Coordination 6. Automated messaging and tasks 7. All in on calendar view 8. Listing creation which links to all booking platform 9. Has a personal Owners portal
There is no perfect system ever created. Using Guesty helped us with a lot of tasks that would be needed to run our business.
Tracking of our financial accounts, guest reservations (past & present), guest information database, and direct booking capabilities. Using their software helps us track our earnings, provide financial reports to our partners and build our guest database for direct bookings.
Guestys availability and speedy response
Nothing, Guesty has been awesome! Very useful
Guest communication
Guesty keeps our company afloat. We manage about 100 condos on the beach for short-term rentals, and Guesty keeps everything together. So many different reports can be run with any filter, resulting in millions of different reports right at our fingertips. Our investors LOVE the owner's portal; they can make, change and cancel their reservations, see the current calendar for their properties and see past statements. Guesty's customer service is phenomenal; any time I use the Guesty Help Center, they respond within 24 hours and always with an answer.
Don't dislike anything per se - but new product features are super helpful! Some things could *really* make Guesty PERFECT.
Guesty Help Center always helps when in need, and always within 24 hours. Extremely helpful and beneficial!
I loved being able to manually switch and move rooms like a puzzle.
The downside would be having to manually check in the guests and not giving the guest the option to check in/out themselves.
It is solving the need for a hotel management program that is fast and updated in real time.
Unification of multiple platforms as well as automation that makes my life easier
Currently it is the cost as well as the lack of an investor portal
Guesty is in my opinion the best pms on the market today
The software is so easy to use and the customer support is amazing
There is nothing that we have found to dislike about this product
accounting, messsaging, calander management
I have been working with Guesy for a while now. I saw the improvement from the beginning as the little things that used to bug me before are now improved such support. We appreciate our relationship with Guesty and hope they continue in the right direction.
We occasionally experience bugs or glitches when using the software however the customer support and development team are usually pretty quick to correct these errors.
The design of the software is quite intuitive, easy to use and comprehensive. I particularly appreciate the Automatic Messages which save us a lot of time, the smartphone application which allows the teams in the field to do their work well and the Yield management to manage my pricing very easily! The calendar and the Inbox are also very complete and make it very easy to update the information of each reservation.
Guesty is great at integrating multiple online platforms. The inbox, multi-calendar and marketing features are super useful and easy to read when managing multiple properties. The automated procedures (messaging, pricing, etc.) , customizable tools, and shareable calendars are great features as well.
Still working out the kinks at integrating Homeaway, but getting there.
Customer Support, Automatic Messages, tracking among multiple users and combining multiple sites into one nice platform.
Lots of things! Remarkable automation capabilities, making property management a breeze. The reporting and analytics tools empower me as a host to make data-driven decisions, and seamless integrations with third-party services provide flexibility and customization. Lastly, the unified inbox is awesome!
Customer support. Their support can be a bit unresponsive at times. When you need an issue to be addressed ASAP, they usually cannot fix the problem right away. They also have limited customizations wherein my specific customization do not fully meet my needs.
I'd say guest communication. Apart from the fact that they have unified inbox, they also do automated messages, pre-stay information, and post-stay follow-ups
Manage all calendars and amenities and more in one platform.
The downside is the no communication directly with support and no phone numbers to direct contact. Sometimes we need direct comunication not only thru tickets.
Integrating booking.com and more applications are effortless integration between platforms, managing prices, and more.
