For over a year, I've been working with HostArmada. Their technical support team is always very helpful and patient, they respond quickly and always find a solution to the problem. The platform is also super simple to use, and they offer a variety of features, like website builder themes. The loading speed and security are also great. They also provided a free website transfer. I highly recommend HostArmada as your web hosting provider.
So far, I have had no negative experiences.
The security, the fact that I don't have to worry about systems failing, the technical support provided by a human operator, and the speed with which responses are provided.

I have used other hosts before and they were no way near as good, and it felt like they were always trying to sell me something. As for host armada, they offer amzing pricing and services and are always happy to help.
It was quite hard to find a good NodeJS server, and HostArmada offered me a good three-year plan; every time I needed help the support replied extremely fast, and their CPanel is user-friendly, multiple options easily configurable with a pleasant design.
Something I didn't appreciate was the old version of NodeJS in the system, which forced me to use another encrypting module so that it would be compatible. I think updating to another NodeJS core version would improve things.
Their services helped me host my portfolio and many student projects using NodeJS, React, etc... It wasn't too expensive and has been helpful through my two-years utilization.

We are using Several products from Hostarmada, and their servers and services are at par. We are into website designing and development services, and we are proud to have Hostarmada as your backend hosting and server administrator.
We have been using it for four years but have not faced an issue with the hosting services. The Support team listens to you well, but you should be specific while explaining your query and problem for better understanding and quick results.
It resolves several issues like no downtime for websites, periodic backup, malware protection, and timely support available. All the Backup solutions with the plan, reliability of the websites and Any Time Support (ATS) released me from getting stressed at midnight due to server failures.
I have been using HostArmada for about 18 months and they have been superb. Any time I have a query I walk away satisfied.
Can't think of anything I don't like, they are very helpful.

I knew nothing when I first signed up, and I look for answers from their tech support guys anytime I have an issue. Most problems don't even concern HostArmada, but I get there and still ask, and always, I am helped.

Regarding my Bandwidth issue, I didn't know what I was doing. until they came on board and helped me with it.
Great support both on the technical side and commercial. I've appreciated the ability to resolve all my requests. I also appreciate the quality of service and the speed of the hosted websites, the easy dashboard and all the customizable features that are available. I've been using Hostarmada services for 2 years now and I've never experienced any downtime or reachability issue. I've just renewed the service for the next two years.

Transferring domains from other Providers even with particular first level (.la). Connecting other domains to their web hosting.
