The customer support they are very helpful, fast and polite and goes above and beyond to help you.

They are affordable and have amazing support, which is very important for solving the occasional issues someone has when running a website.

The support I have received from HostArmada thus far has been very fast, friendly and knowledgeable. A lot of other web hosts will simply direct you to a knowledge base and leave you to fend for yourself. Not HostArmada. They diagnose the issue quickly and dive right in to apply THEIR technical expertise to the problem. I had been with my previous web host for over 12 years, so it took some convincing to get me to switch. But am I ever glad I did!

They answer the Chat window too quickly! I miss waiting in line for 30 minutes or longer only to be told I will have to be transferred to someone else and explain my problem all over again. They are changing the tech support paradigm! Shame on you, HostArmada!

I recently moved 8 websites from my previous web hosting company to HostArmada. HostArmada did most of the heavy lifting for me - I simply had to change my name servers. I have had a few minor technical issues along the way, but HostArmada has solved each of them extremely quickly.

HostArmada is FANTASTIC!! I would give them 100 stars if I could. I wanted to move my Wordpress hosting from GoDaddy for various reasons. I then tried BlueHost and had nothing but trouble with their migration service and customer service. With BlueHost the initial migration was supposed to be free but they run it through a plugin and when that failed I was told I needed to pay to complete the process. SO... I went searching for a hosting company that offers free migration and stumbled upon HostArmada. I am happy I did. The migration process is truly free and is handled by real people, not a plugin. Their customer service specialists are knowledgeable, patient and incredibly responsive. I purchased my hosting plan online, submitted a support ticket requesting the migration and was contacted within about 10 minutes that they were already starting the process. And this was on a Sunday! I also transferred my domain name and they assisted me with that process as well. Since my site has been live, it runs perfectly and is definitely faster!! It has been a great experience so far. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. As you may have guessed.... I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

Like best? I would have to say the overall experience of trouble-free migration, 24/7 support, fast servers and generous core and storage have left me pleasantly surprised. I have had a lot of contact with support in the last 2 weeks and have to say it is the best I have experienced from any host company. Fast, courteous, and effective!

A pre-sales issue that could have been made clearer: I bought the speedier Speed Reaper option with LiteSpeed server but wasn't told not to use other caches.

Since I am using shared hosting, I needed a speedier server, ample storage and multiple cores. I got them all with HostArmada!

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to say HostArmada is hands down the best hosting company I've ever used. As the owner of a web design and SEO agency, I've found them to be outstanding. Any problems I encounter are quickly resolved, and all my websites are running smoothly and efficiently. They are far superior to any other hosting company I've used in the past.

The renewal price is a little high compared to the initial sign-up price, but I understand they have a business to run.

The support is perfection. There is nothing more extraordinary than chatting with tech support as your friend. All my website blazes fast and I love it.

I would like to have a third-party email manager such as Titan mail. It would make things easier about emails and more accessible. When you use a mail client to connect to your phone, it always has a 15 minutes delay, which is not good.

HostArmada gives you to host any kind of website at reasonable cost. And they are always there to help you.

Quick replies on all of my tickets! I get all the help I need very quickly, and the CS is so supportive.

So far, I haven't felt it that way. I am satisfied with the experience I got from Armada.

Site-related problems, including technical and non-technical issues, were solved quickly.
