I'm extremely pleased with HostArmada's hosting services. They offer reliable servers and exceptional customer support. My website has experienced seamless performance, and any questions or issues I had were quickly addressed. I highly recommend them for hassle-free and reliable hosting.

So far the expereince is good, and I can't pin point any thing so far that I am unhappy of.

They are providing my Reseller plan with FREE WHMCS license so I can provide my client with Web Hosting plans and make some extra money.

They are solving cyber security and uptime problems. Because of this, my app is always available to users and hackers are kept at a distance

The support service is very fast, the very friendly staff gives you advice throughout the process, any questions they worry about resolving it, the hosting is quality, it is fast and I have been with them for 2 years and I have never had a drop in the service, the price It is quite affordable compared to many companies that I have tried, all of them are terrible and they charge you for everything, that is why I prefer hostarmada.com 1000 times. I signed up to be a Web Giant Reseller and I'm really impressed by the customer service at Host Armada. They respond fast, always within 15mins, by support ticket. But Phone and Live Chat are also available and answered immediatly during working hours. The service is reliable and generous with 2GB RAM and 10GB of Cloud SSD Storage provided as Standard to all cPanel hosting accounts. Highly recommend them overall!

Cost and support. Reseller hosting is a lucrative business and very few offer a solution in Australasia that's affordable. Host Armada do with a Data centre in Sydney which caters to the whole of the south pacific.

Firstly affordable, fast, secure and speedy hosting, nice server location spread and snappy knowledgable and efficent support. Perfect for smaller business and startups where you want more control over your internet presence. Wordpress and/or templates seem good enough if that is your thing. More importantly offers both JS and Python support along with the obligatory PHP/Perl for the more experienced out there.

Database options for the shared package could be more extensive so if you are looking for Postgres or NoSQL you are out of luck.

HostArmada was a great choice for me in terms of my budget versus the options I needed. The best thing about my experience that I could not tell from any pricing comparisons however, is how responsive and quick their support team is whenever I have questions. The HostArmada team helped me through the transfer swiftly and the switch between my hosting packages was seamless without any downtime. Any other questions are answered quickly and with care, so I'm very happy with my experience so far!

Right now, I haven't noticed any downsides of using their service. Even if I do notice something, I know I can count on the support team to help me, so I'm not worried.

I need a couple of domains in my hosting package for redirects, e-mails and small websites, so no heavy traffic is expected, however some other hosting providers set a very low limit on the amount of domains you can set up per hosting package. This was my main reason to choose for HostArmada, but the general service has been excellent.

The support team has been fantastic and we are very pleased with the transfer of our domains. We look forward to the growth and continued diligence of the Host armada team in helping us reach our goals.

Absolutely the best hosting company as far as product, pricing and support. I've been with 2 other companies that don't even come close to HostArmada. Quick, friendly responses all the time, and their equipment is highly reliable. No reason to go anywhere else!

Occasionally need to be asked to take a deeper dive into something...but generally not an issue.

Support team is the best in the business. Always react quickly and make sure they resolve issues to your satisfaction.

They just saved me. After making some changes to my e-commerce settings, I also updated the version of the PHP. After testing the application, I noticed that all the emails that are sent are encrypted and unreadable. Being unable to resolve the issue myself, I just wrote a ticket and their response arrived in minutes with the advice to change the PHP version as the platform that I use has some incompatibilities with the selected version.

I have been using Speed Reaper service from HostArmada and I have'nt had any issues so far.

I need fast hosting for building and demoing staging website to clients. This means that I have to move things around a lot. HostArmada quickly transfers and configures my staging websites without any hassle.

Hostarmada's services and support team are the biggest assets. Whenever I experience an issue with my websites, the support team guys immediately jump to fix the issue in no time.

The staff is so patient and knows where to fix the problem. Not just give you the instruction and rashly say 'Are you still there' and 'Goodbye'. I had a problem with the last host which couldn't fix it, and I asked them at least 4 times for the same questions. But Marc can point out where the cause is and instruct me how to do it, saving me much more time. I truly recommend their price and service!

I haven't faced any problems with HostArmada so far given I just started the plan with them one month ago, but compared to my last host, they are much better in terms of profession, service, and website speed.

I had a problem with my domain, a very basic foundation for building a website. I couldn't figure it out quickly for the domain extension com.au. Although I did a lot of research, most of the information was talking about a normal situation for setting up a domain name. Finally, HostArmada showed me the way to solve it.

I recently switched to a platform from another provider, and immediately felt the difference in service! We are not talking about the price, we are talking about the quality of work and technical support. I especially want to note that the client is tied to the center at the location and will be helped by a professional with deep knowledge of programming and networking, and not an agent from the other side of the world, poorly trained, but polite, with a knowledge to copy/paste answers, who in reality cannot do anything and will only open a ticket at your request :)).

Unbelievable support. What lies beyond Exceptional? HA is THAT. I have been with them almost 2 years. The product keeps getting better, faster, the tech support is spectacular, I'm just blown away every time and I have used support a lot. I wish wish my company could be as incredible as host armada. Never seen such amazing support. Like ever. If I had a few hundred million bucks i think id try buy this company. Don't even think about those cheap services. You ALWAYS get what you pay for. There is Nothing fto dislike. Everything about HA is beyond i could even imagine creating in a hosting company. They put everyone I have used in 30 years to shame, hosts AND all othe rocmpanies.

I dont even want to think about running our agency clients on anything else if HA is not by my side. I'd just rather go fishing. I count on HA for everything technical, super fast everything. Their tech support respons before I can even receive the email of my ticket lodged. Unreal.

I have found Host Armada provides very good malware protection and technical support. Every technical query I have had they have been able to immediately answer via their live chat. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends!

They were able to successfully help me to upload my sites locally to their server and walk me through how to access them easily as well as installing wordpress.

Their quick replies (They do not send an automatic acknowledge and their quick replies are really from their technical support) and technical clarifications.

There is no downside in my opinion. This was the third time I corressponded with their technical support with great experience.
