I would not forget this day, when I created my own website for the very first time. A friend recommended Armada to me for their excellent web hosting, so I tried and everything went so well from the purchase step to the Wordpress installation. But the most beautiful thing was their support service <3 I experienced an error when trying to access my new blog and got quite panicked as I had totally no IT background. So I opened the chat box and typed my situation, but part of me didn't expect too much because it's Sunday today so probably they're gonna get back tomorrow. But Ghan C. responded to my query in 2-3 seconds! He asked for my blog info and was able to address the issue real fast. Now I have met another example of wow customer experience. Thanks Ghan C. and Armada! definitely gonna recommend you guys to more people in my network!
If I could give 6 stars I would. I've dealt with many hosting companies and HostArmada are hands down the best on all levels - Hosting, customer service and prices.
Nothing. Honestly i can't find one thing so far
24/7 live chat support where all agents are able to solve any questions or support needs instantly unlike many other companies offering 24/7 live chat where rarely they help or even understand the issue at all and require being passed department to department an support tickets etc. This alone is priceless .

The shared webhosting landscape has many players. There are relatively few cost effective options for explicitly specifying hosting in a specific country (like Canada) that also transparently states limits for inodes and allocation of RAM and CPU cores. Furthermore, pre-sales was clear that HostArmada uses SpamExperts as opposed to MailChannels yet, so far, all of my e-mails seem to be getting through to my recipients whereas with my previous SpamExperts-equipped web host many of my recipients, especially those hosted through Microsoft 365/Azure, were seeing my e-mails being filtered to spam. Technical support has been proactive and have been very honest with the limits of their expertise yet have gone far beyond what I would have expected from a webhost to research some difficulties I was having with a 10year+ implementation of Drupal that was compatible with PHP5.2 (End of support was sometime in 2008) and their support has allowed me to quickly tender a project to seek developers to help me fix bugs and then migrate to newer versions of this CMS that will be compatible with a version of PHP from this decade. Transferring all of my websites from my previous host was quick and painless. Thank you, HostArmada and your support team. =)
HostArmada, even with their SpeedReaper package, has a 3GB limit for individual mailboxes. I think this is a reasonable limit but it happens to be inconvenient for me and I've not experienced it with other hosts.
I'm not having any problems with HostArmada. However, with my previous host my e-mail wasn't consistently reaching my recipients and were being filtered by spam filters. HostArmada's SMTP servers seem not to have the same issues so far even though they and my previous host are using Spam Experts and not another anti-spam/delivery suite.
Customer service was fanastic. They helped me migrate my website the very same day, within an hour! Their introductory fees are very low and I saw stellar reviews about them before switching.
Nothing so far! It has been a very smooth switching process.

I was a little skeptical that correspondence by ticket or chat would be adequate, but HA has proven to be better than the high-priced phone support I had with my previous service. The staff are very competent and patient, and I'm almost always first in queue when on chat.
