I signed up to be a Web Giant Reseller and I'm really impressed by the customer service at Host Armada. They respond fast, always within 15mins, by support ticket. But Phone and Live Chat are also available and answered immediatly during working hours. The service is reliable and generous with 2GB RAM and 10GB of Cloud SSD Storage provided as Standard to all cPanel hosting accounts. Highly recommend them overall!

Cost and support. Reseller hosting is a lucrative business and very few offer a solution in Australasia that's affordable. Host Armada do with a Data centre in Sydney which caters to the whole of the south pacific.
Firstly affordable, fast, secure and speedy hosting, nice server location spread and snappy knowledgable and efficent support. Perfect for smaller business and startups where you want more control over your internet presence. Wordpress and/or templates seem good enough if that is your thing. More importantly offers both JS and Python support along with the obligatory PHP/Perl for the more experienced out there.
Database options for the shared package could be more extensive so if you are looking for Postgres or NoSQL you are out of luck.

HostArmada was a great choice for me in terms of my budget versus the options I needed. The best thing about my experience that I could not tell from any pricing comparisons however, is how responsive and quick their support team is whenever I have questions. The HostArmada team helped me through the transfer swiftly and the switch between my hosting packages was seamless without any downtime. Any other questions are answered quickly and with care, so I'm very happy with my experience so far!
Right now, I haven't noticed any downsides of using their service. Even if I do notice something, I know I can count on the support team to help me, so I'm not worried.
I need a couple of domains in my hosting package for redirects, e-mails and small websites, so no heavy traffic is expected, however some other hosting providers set a very low limit on the amount of domains you can set up per hosting package. This was my main reason to choose for HostArmada, but the general service has been excellent.
