Other critical features for InEvent includes Single Sign-On capability, two-factor authentication, permission management, live streams as well as gamification.

          The capabilities to run multi-track events and in a way that is either able to be trained for internal teams to produce their own events, or managed through an event production team. Their support is extremely helpful. I've checked out several other platforms, and for the type of events I work this is my go-to referred platform. Their resource library is so organized and easy to use. I recently did 2 conferences within 30days of one another and because of the amount of assistance and resources I was able to effectively train my team along with the clients to be ramped up for their events. With so many moving parts and pieces to project manage, InEvent makes the event platform component streamlined and efficient.
I would like to see more streamlined options. For instance when adding a speaker, they need to be first inputted as a registered attendee, then on a speaker list, then create a speaker profile to then link the appropriate speaker to their "attendee" profile, then attach to the correct sessions. I'm not sure if there's a simplified way of doing this. Also, to make sessions on-demand, I wish there was a better way for room hosts to hit RECORD when it makes sense to start recording - rather than once they enter the room.
Clients need to shift their in person events to a virtual platform and they don't know how to do it easily and with the right about of support. InEvent makes it possible with the capabilities and their support team.
The platform offers a robust set of features and functionality to support both studio-quality streaming and interactive video-chat enabled experiences within one seamless user interface. It's a really great solution that can be configured to a variety of different event types, and can easily scale both in terms of event size and volume. Our clients also really appreciate the extent to which the graphic interface can be fully branded. The InEvent team has been wonderful in working with us to allow for further customization and coding to create an even more bespoke experience for our clients using the platform.
Literally the only thing missing from this platform is the ability to play video on demand in the non-streaming rooms. Crossing fingers this is in the pipeline for development, as that feature would literally make this the perfect all around platform for many of our clients!
We need to deliver a variety of different event types within a graphically customizable skin at a competitive pricepoint.
Being tech savvy as a hobby and not a profession I was a little nervous if I had what it would take to set up InEvent. However, the process is doable for those of us that lean forward into the tech world. The setup is intuitive and doesn't require high level skill here.
Users with low bandwidth may experience a less than ideal experience.
Looking at using the concept in the workplace and moving to an always online workspace.
Thanks to its user-friendly interface, it is very easy to see which meeting is located during the event after you register on the page. In addition, if you are the organizer of the event, it's perfect for reaching to all participants easily and getting analytical results at the end of the event.
At first you have a little difficulty learning the site (as an event organizer). Some features may be better if they can be more easily accessible and more simply customized.
It is a great convenience to easily access numerical data at the end of the event. This feature provides useful information at the end of the day as to why the event is held.
What I like the best is how easy it is to work with the backend! Everything is super clear! Also that the team in always available to sovle any doubts!
I like better the classic version v/s the NEO

With Inevent you have on a single page in a very visual and easy to navigate way everything you need for the organization of your event. Activities, speakers, sponsors, etc.
Because of its simplicity, it can sometimes seem a bit simple visually if there are no nice graphics from the side of the exhibitors or products shown, however, this has been more than solved with the new Neo interface.
We are oganizing virtual events in the current time when the face-to-face events can't be celebrated because of the COVID.
Basically all the work is done. All you have to do is edit to your taste. They take their time to explain how everything works, so there is no confusion. The InEvents platform is made to be user friendly and easy to understand. The layouts are also very nice.
You would need to have enough time to set it up.
I can customize the app. It is more professional and organized. You get all the goodies in one package.
First of all, InEvent is a very agile and responsive company to deal with. Their account management is second to none, the support team does everything they can to help you with any issues you might have. The new NEO interface is gorgeous, it is simple to use, but under the hood, there are hundreds of tuning possibilities so that you can design and produce your event exactly as you would want it to work for you. What I really like is the plenty-full opportunities and functions for networking you my attendees, and the sponsor display possibilities are plentiful. I have online used the online vent functions, can't speak of the in-person event services, but as far as I can tell they cover all the basics and more for offline events as well.
There are always things you would want to be even more possible - the breakout room functionality could have better support for non-host sessions that is however possible in the Group rooms. But I have no doubt that they will add more and more - they have monthly scheduled release which means that there are always new things to discover.
We are hosting an online conference with a Global 500 company, and my problem was that I had looked at at least 10 other alternatives - and they would not be flexible enough for the very specific wishes of our client, and with InEvent I could tick one box after another.

The interface is very well organized and user friendly. It's easy to edit all sections and personalize content with whatever names you want to give it or images you want to add to each feature. It's very complete and the integration with many other platforms is definitely a plus.
There is so much to do in the back end that you need to invest many hours to fully understand the tool and make the most out of it. Still, there are other things to be developed but if you raise a question or a proposal, the technical team will be trying to catch up with you as quickly as possible to satisfy your needs.
We can create parallel sessions for speakers in a congress layout event. Or provide a full list of exhibitors in case you need to put together a place where all brands can showcase their updates. Or even create a Showroom for product displays for one single brand in a single place. All whilst attendees can interact between them, understanding that they all share the same interests. We've been able to come up with adapted solutions for many different types of clients thanks to such a complete platform.
