The costs / attendees for trade shows project due to the number of attendees is not under the organizer control.
We found in a just one software, every solution to provide to our clients and to allow them reduce the number of suppliers and improve the bottom line results.
The best thing about the InEvent platform is all the possibilities of netwtorking through video calls. This interaction efficiently reproduces the proximity of an in-person event, but directly in the virtual environment.
There is still nothing very negative. We are just adjusting details for better visibility of the sponsor in the lobby and details of the participant in the web version.
InEvent is enabling us to create our first virtual event of the year so that we can integrate our face-to-face scenario into the virtual. We were able to offer a network space and visibility to business partners.
I was impressed from the 1st demo I saw from Vinni. It was mid March and I knew I needed an event platform to host my events. It had been something on my to-do list for years. I looked at numerous platforms and am part of event and field marketing groups that share out documents to track all the hip and cool platforms. I added InEvent to that list. Yes, there are others out there but I don't know if you'll ever get a team that is this supportive. I barely got anyone to follow up with my from the likes of vfairs, hoppin, etc. If I did get a hold of a meeting with another vendor, they would treat me like they were doing me a favor to show me how cool their platform was, how busy they were, and never bothered to listen to what I needed. In addition to Vinni showing me 3 more demos over a course of a month, he never has an issue with time zones or answering my hundreds of questions over email. When I moved forward with InEvent I was worried I'd be passed on to someone that wouldn't be as dedicated or I'd not be able to work with. I was pleasantly surprised with my CS Director Peter Grant. He spent countless days with me and answered all my questions and doubts. Again, this team will do everything they can to make you successful. They listen to what I'm trying to accomplish and if there isn't a direct way to do what I want, they will find a work around for it. Peter also went above and beyond to join me on other meetings just to help answer questions, helped me post event with editing my recordings and that's not their job. I don't have a full production team here and I run everything from start to finish on my own but knowing that I was able to reach out to Peter and that he would actually respond to me with actual answers was amazing.
If there was a way to 100% dummy proof things, I think that's all it really needs. People will always be uncomfortable in new environments and that applies to virtual environments.
I needed a way to dummy proof access to different rooms. InEvent solves this with the way they set up the rooms. As an admin, you get to determine when those rooms open, so if an attendee feels lost or confused and clicked on a room (which clearly shows the start time by the way), they can't get in. Admins can go in to any rooms they want at any times. I didn't know that this platform did more than just host a virtual event. They provide all the steps ahead of the live virtual event such as creating landing pages which is more than just a normal landing page to fill out a form, you can customize your registration forms, sending your marketing emails out, it has reporting capabilities, you get bonus like working with people like Peter, and they integrate to your CRM. They really did want to help the person that has to deal with so much on events. They wanted to empower people like me so they wouldn't have to rely on internal ops teams to help as it always takes a longer process and days to get those done when you include their timing, processes, back and forth on making updates, etc. I was also interested in this platform because of how I could use it in the future. One thing most people don't seem to notice at conferences is that you have to download the conference mobile app and then download another app (if you are a sponsor and trying to collect leads). With InEvent, it's all one app. They also have all the set up for in person events, reg. codes, badge print outs, etc.
From day 1 we have met outstanding service, support and flexibility in order for us to understand and learn to operate the tool. Furthermore, the tool has a very intuitive and user friendly back end and offers a very smooth attendee experience when it comes to navigate during an event.
So far we have not met anything we did not like :-)
We have find a platform which offers a solution where we can create a 2 way communication scenario which we have not been able to find with any other tool

The only way to insert a video or live stream into the main Virtual lobby is through YouTube. I could have more partners for this functionality. Have a longer trial version time. Ten ( 10 ) credits is very little for the company I work for. We are more than 10 employees. I can change the fonts and layout without needing a professional trained in CSS. have the possibility to put videos in the activities and sponsors icons.

This is very important because the recommendations in the internal world are to avoid public agglomerations and meetings. you just need an internet connection. I enjoyed since first contact not only for the great tool that it is, but also for the customer satisfaction approach, reaching excellence in the support, with very emphatic and assistive people to meet the goals of us, customers! I totally recommend it!
It's not intuitive at first. But it has a huge knowledge base and the support team it's very friendly and assistive.
We are preparing a big online event. The flexible and robust platform in addition with the amazing support team brings lots of value to our project.
For me it is very difficult to tell what else I like on the platform. I can mention here Interface, speed, stability, availability, usability among other wonderful features, but the way in which InEvent built the solution based on the possibility of crossing objects that are resources x need, deserves special attention.

I found on the InEvent platform the answers I was looking for about online event management with resources ready and that meet the needs of the market. One of the biggest benefits is that the solution is ready.
I found out about the innovative solution of virtual events at the start of the lockdown period, and I sensed it would give unprecendented opportunities for communities to connect, share and spend time togther. In other words, that it gives many opportunities beyond virtual conferences and seminars. I realized the platform is really easy to use as an admin, and offers a lot of different options to taylor it to your exact needs, with very powerful organizing and marketing tools. The support team is also very fast to answer and finds solutions to every problem, though most of them can be solved using the FAQ section. Activities are participative with the use of the app, which is easy to handle and use, allows tyo have access to the full array of information that we can provide to our users.
I would like to have more possibilities to customize completely the look of the virtual lobby, but I trust the InEvent team is working on it. We have had cases of difficulty for users to connect microphone and cameras, and we need to explain whenever necessary that some browsers work better than others and that permissions need to be given.
I am setting up an open platform for the global coffee community to share and connect. It offers unprecedented power to increase networking opportunities and building relationships between sometimes faraway existing and potential partners. When virtual is also virtuous.
Just trialing at this stage but I really like the look of it and think we will use it for an upcoming virtual event; seems easy to use even though it has a lot of features and I think we can get up and running fast which we need to do with the current unusual situation forcing our face to face events and training to go online.

It's a very simple software to figure it out. I'm new at using this platform and I barely had to consult tutorials and such because it was that easy to use. And when needed the support team they were quick and very helpful.
It would be best for the software to have more editing abilities in the mobile version

Being able to have my webpage data syncronized with the app data for my event was a blast. The availability from the InEvent staff to help and guide us through the migration of our old website really made a difference
As a client you are limited to only a few templates ready to go. However they provide the tools and support needed for you to develop your own template.
By using InEvent we could focus on the relevant parts of our event, like speakers and audience. There is no time wasted on preparing a website structure or interacting with developers, everything can be done by a designated team member.

We had access difficulties with some users. And as a solution we had a call and face-to-face service, thus clarifying all our doubts and how to operate the tool.
We use InEvent services since 2016, when we decided to use an interative app in our annual business convention, and we're fully satisfied with the suport, possibilities and interactivity that InEvent provides us.
Nothing to complain, we're totally satisfied.
In our event, people can share photos and informations with the others in the feed. Besides that, the app enable our team to interact at lectures in real time, giving opinions through the platform. But the most innovating tool is the hospitality one, where the participants can choose their room doubles before the event starts.
The platform is very user friendly and team are helpful and answers all questions promptly.

I am completely satisfied with the service
We had the pain to manage more than 200 events in the past and we were lost in a sea of tools, including excel, google forms and other general cloud tools. Big events were really difficult to manage and usually takes a lot of man hours to plan, setup, execute and finally calculates de ROI.
InEvent allocates a wide array of event creation and out-of-the box integration options. It allows me to plan and execute virtual and hybrid events.
It demands a lot of integration, mainly to enhance ticketing.
Just in one place, I am able to manage in-person, hybrid and virtual events. It is way too easy and rapid to create and schedule webinars with this program.
The support team is absolutely phenomenal and always available. There is a lot of customizability in the platform.
Some things can be a little bit tricky to work with. Very very very detailed and need a lot of testing and guidance. Some things aren't as obvious as I think they should be.
Great event platform that allows last-minute changes. Mostly DIY which is nice because our event style means changes happen on-the-fly constantly.
