Thanks to its user-friendly interface, it is very easy to see which meeting is located during the event after you register on the page. In addition, if you are the organizer of the event, it's perfect for reaching to all participants easily and getting analytical results at the end of the event.
At first you have a little difficulty learning the site (as an event organizer). Some features may be better if they can be more easily accessible and more simply customized.
It is a great convenience to easily access numerical data at the end of the event. This feature provides useful information at the end of the day as to why the event is held.
What I like the best is how easy it is to work with the backend! Everything is super clear! Also that the team in always available to sovle any doubts!

Basically all the work is done. All you have to do is edit to your taste. They take their time to explain how everything works, so there is no confusion. The InEvents platform is made to be user friendly and easy to understand. The layouts are also very nice.
You would need to have enough time to set it up.

The interface is very well organized and user friendly. It's easy to edit all sections and personalize content with whatever names you want to give it or images you want to add to each feature. It's very complete and the integration with many other platforms is definitely a plus.
There is so much to do in the back end that you need to invest many hours to fully understand the tool and make the most out of it. Still, there are other things to be developed but if you raise a question or a proposal, the technical team will be trying to catch up with you as quickly as possible to satisfy your needs.
We can create parallel sessions for speakers in a congress layout event. Or provide a full list of exhibitors in case you need to put together a place where all brands can showcase their updates. Or even create a Showroom for product displays for one single brand in a single place. All whilst attendees can interact between them, understanding that they all share the same interests. We've been able to come up with adapted solutions for many different types of clients thanks to such a complete platform.
InEvent has first class customer support and a comprehensive feature set. Their sales and demonstration process was by far the best I experienced, and i have looked at around 30 platforms in the last few weeks. This feels like a mature and sophisticated platform and i am looking forward to the experiences it allows us to create for our clients.
So far, i have found nothing to dislike. Its still early days and I'm sure there will be issues along the way but i think InEvent will be great at helping us overcome any problems we find.
I have been looking for a platform for some time now to enable us to provide a virtual environment for our clients events. In Event has all the facilities we have been looking for and has a great pricing structure too. The most important factor for us has been their customer support as this will be vital to ensure we can give our clients the first rate support they are looking for too. As an event production company, we need to be able to offer a wide and varying range of services and we have many clients in many differing industries, all with their own requirements for events. I am already confident that InEvent will help us provide these varied services in a virtual or Hybrid way to help us all start business moving forward again in these difficult Covid-19 times.
InEvent is what we refer to as a "hidden gem" of a tool. Each time we're using another tool, we're comparing it to InEvent. The ease of the set-up allows me to customize with very little coding knowledge and make it look 100% custom.
If I had to pick one dislike - it's not hitting all our needs with breakouts - we would like the ability to push people to breakouts.
It allows us to have a one-stop platform for our clients. We no longer need to pieces together (3) parts of software to make a full event.
It's a much better attendee experience than using something typical like Zoom. Setting up multiple rooms, customizing the look and styling, and allowing people to carve their own path really sets it above other solutions. It's going to make an online event feel much more natural and engaging than just clicking 'Join' and sitting in the one spot and zoning out.
The cost can be tough for smaller events or non-profits compared to what could potentially be out there for free or minimal costs. There is also a bit of a learning curve to setting it up, but the support team has been great to deal with. Ciro D went above and beyond walking me through some of the setup.
User experience is much better; people can click around into different rooms and network in groups or 1 on 1 themselves and aren't stuck staring at 1 screen. Much like networking at a trade show in person! Can also include sponsor rooms, upload files, many chat options, polls, and more.

The only way to insert a video or live stream into the main Virtual lobby is through YouTube. Have a longer trial version time. Ten ( 10 ) credits is very little to reach internal buy-in and run internal demos.
With the current context the need to run digital events is getting huge. The fact that it makes so many other coordination tools/ email tools irrelevant ! You can combine so many aspects within 1 platform. No finding back of emails necessary anymore! Everything is so simple structured and easy to handle! It’s an excellent platform that is releasing a lot of unnecessary pain through WebEx or outlook. On top of it all, their customer service is so well communicating and dedicated to each and every single customer. The constant new feature show offs, are brilliant - It’s like their reading coordinated head, and implementing features that you desired.

I am solving to use WebEx or outlook. It is a well structured organizational tool, that makes my coordination of meetings, training and events so much easier. Benefits are tremendous, the virtual standards the tool is giving me, eases up my life. It’s a coordinated few of basically everything. The registration process and automatic replies functions are perfect.
