Anything and everything is there with short video to explain in a very easy way possible.
nothing really so far. fantastic product
I am learning everyday in details
Wide range of information and solutions for different scenarios
Some times the server is not fast enough... and analyzing takes more than usual.. this could be the internet connection issue as well not their servers.
I could gage the market and find out the demand for different products.. I could also find a beneficial product for myself.
I like using Jungle Scout because of how easy it is or beginners to get started and find keywords that are low competition with high search volumes. This can really help with selecting products as a beginner to sell as an Amazon Seller. JungleScout.app is a great application though and by using the .app extension you can get the full features of the service.
The interface can be overwhelming if you don't have a data specialist background. It can be complicated to determine which metrics are for what and how they work so if you're beginner you need to spend a lot of time reading and watching tutorials.
The main problems with Jungle Scout is the pricing. It is far too expensive and with so many Amazon Sellers using it and competing for the best keywords it can be daunting.
I find myself using the Keywords tools most often. It shortens the time it takes me to research important search terms. Review automation is also important to me, and something that I leave to run 100% of the time.
I used to be slightly annoyed that I couldn't work with the review requests, but that has been fixed now with the latest release.
I am saving time and automating some of my tasks. I use the keyword tools every week and they save me at least an hour per week. The review request automation works for me 24 x 7, so I never have to worry about that task.
Customer service is second to none. They are both quick, friendly and well informed.
The information is generally American focused (since it started there) and could do with some more region specific information.
Product research and how to sell on Amazon.
Review-Automation, and keyworfs researching and jewellery compare
don't have, everything is very nice as well....NO Problem
that it makes me more easy to find and compaer items to sell on Amazon
The actual user courses on the site are very helpful, especially to someone who's not particularly computer savvy. The platform provides more than enough informationz
I haven't come across anything I don't like so far. If I had to pick somthing it would be how complicated it all is, but the courses help to understand. I had a few issues getting the google add on to work also
Just the market information. There would be no way to tell if you were selling to wrong thing without it. This gives you every advantage in a swamped market place
Jungle Scout has useful and acurate tools with real DATA to find the right way to manage the eCommerce business. Example: product tracker. Goes beyond expectations
Don't have CONS about Jungle Scout. Nothing missing , they cover all that you need. Not need to do better. The software is the best in the eCommerce management field.
Jungle is like a Compass for the business. You dont waste time looking for real DATA on your own. Business is more productive and keep focused using Jungle Scout
I liked it (and I still do) because it is easy to access, there are a lot of webinars, questions and answers, the customer service is reactive, responds quickly, we feel a desire to do well and help that is constant, clearly it is a tool that I appreciate, and that has allowed me to advance greatly in my amazon adventure
Anglais (USA) in fact, it's clearly a question of details, for example when I have a lot of products, in my product tracker, the titles are not fixed (like in excel :D) but it's a detail, there is also the fact that the month passes too quickly !!! but that's beyond their control ;)
in fact without jungle scout, you go looking for a winning product, like an explorer who would go into a cave without equipment, so I let you imagine the chances of success... after all, jungle scout is a great tool, but it doesn't replace the work, as the saying goes: success is 99% work and 1% luck, I would say 70% jungle scout and 30% hard work ^^
Not much expensive and effective software.
It would be better if the software read the product review and give some opinion for keywords.
I just find an easy way to compare my product with the competitors.
