The support has been really great. Speed of my heavy website improved significantly. I also appreciate knowing what I'm actually getting instead of the gimmicky "unlimited" plans you get with cheap hosting providers.
There isn't really anything I dislike. There's a very minor learning curve if you're used to cpanel but the kinsta dashboard is designed to make things easier. A bit of navigating is all it takes to figure everything out. Price might be an issue for some but you get what you get what you pay for. It might seem a bit higher to me because I'm Canadian and paying is US dollars but well worth it.
Speed and support.
Kinsta are hands down the best host we've used. The support team, the speed, backups , managed wordpress etc. The control panel system is also advanced. Highly Recomended
No negititives at all, everything is and has been running smoothly from we joined kinsta. Even our good page insights have went up with the server speed
Server speed is great
I like the whole user experience with Kinsta - the platform is easy to use and their support teams go above and beyond. I can litterally ask them anything and they'll point me to the right direction. Mostly I like that our customers are able to access our site without any issues.
I'd like to be able to host 2 sites for the price of 1. I understand that you get what you pay for, it's just that I'd like to better understand how the price I'm paying breaks down.
Our site danceforladies.com was having difficulty loading properly so we switched - a lot of developers I know recommended Kinsta so I deceided to switch over.
The best thing about Kinsta is their awesome support. They are so much more knowledgeable than every other web host I've used, and as I've been making websites for clients since 2006, I've used a lot!
The missing ingredient for me as a web developer is the ability to create accounts for my client and then transfer ownership to them when I'm ready to launch a site. The clients struggle with setting up web hosting, and I'd love to be able to take care of this task, while also allowing my client to own and pay for their own hosting.
Kinsta is a reliable, trustworthy host. My sites almost never go down, they never get hacked, and they are reliable.
I have had to contact Kinsta support about three times, and all three times, they were immediately responsive and solved my issue. Two of the times, I just needed to be pointed to the right FAQ Guide! I would also say that the interface is very straightforward to navigate, and the additional tools (like forced SSL and site monitoring) are a plus. Finally, the automatic and manual backups have been a godsend multiple times. It really helps to troubleshoot plugins, and once and administrative aid replaced all our site content with a blog post! Recovering the site was fixed within 10 minutes. I would definiately recommend.
I love the backup of the site, but it is called "staging," and I think that is a misleading name. The data doesn't sync between the live version and the staging, so any changes made on the live site while working on the staging are overwritten when the staging is pushed to the live version. This really slows down being able to do things like completely redesign the site while keeping up with blog posts, necesitating the use of other tools in the Live version. But since the backup (staging) function has saved us a few times, I can't complain too much.
Kinsta is solving the issue of straight-forward Wordpress Hosting. We previously hosted on Google Cloud, and while this was perhaps more cost effective, it inhibited myself as an "admin"-level user from quick-fixing many issues. The easy-to-use tools and immediate tech support really make using Kinsta as our hosting service a more practical option for our business and size of our team.
Its that everything just works as its meant to, the support & infrastructure is first class and the tools and backend at your disposal is just the icing on the cake.
Would like a little more storage available on each plan, but that's just a minor inconvenience and you can always pay for a storage upgrade.
For over a decade we had self managed hosting and i would be awoken by downtime and constantly working to polish underperforming tech, Kinsta for the last two years has provided me with peace of mind and we have had zero downtime and have been able to scale effectively and affordably.
Kinsta provides extremely reliable service. We have had essentially no down time. I love how easy it is to restore our site from the back-ups, and actually had to use it once. The service is so prompt and friendly. Don't worry if you aren't strong with technology. Kinsta has your back.
There really aren't any downsides. I would love to see Kinsta expand their available services to include running our Elementor updates. I know they would be great at it.
With our previous host, we had slow performance, down time, and little transparency. Every call seemed to escalate. With Kinsta, every person I have chatted with is clearly an expert and they are able to answer my questions and resolve issues immediately.
Has great and fast support service and they are quick to assists you in solving errors.
The memory size limitations are not the best comparing the price you pay even for a single website to other services.
Kinsta provides daily backups and manual backups which allow me to experiment with my site and have no worries and regrets. It has allowed our business to grow and improve perfomance.
Kinsta has been a great all-in one web host for our small business. Their real-time customer support has been excellent and responsive whenever we have questions.
You pay a slight premium for Kinsta over other web hosts, but I think it's absolutely worth the money.
Kinsta is providing Wordpress hosting services, CDN, daily back-ups, and a staging environment.
I chose Kinsta because i wanted to focus on my business and site not the hassle of hosting and supporting the minutiae of wordpress. From sign up to use Kinsta has fulfilled this purpose. As a software developer with years of experience I found the transfer and magration process relatively straightforward. Unsafe plugins were identified which my previous host never highlighted and the admininstration panels cover what i really want. Previously they were just a mish mash of what was available at the time. My site preformance instantly improved and has been solidly reliable since migration. The problems with my site that were highlighted during migration proved to me that the support staff know what they are doing and have made the process of making wordpress content so much easier. The articles they have on wordpress and other areas are also continaully helpful and feel like they are written by people who understand the challenges I am fancing. They have introduced my to like minded companies that create more value than they charge for and reflects the experience I have had with Kinsta since joining 8 months ago.
To acheive the standards and focus Kinsta have they do not support things like domain or email hosting. I understand why and it shows in their results and costs but in terms of migration to them it was a challenge initially. Though they provided clear guidance which introduced me to a better long term platform for my business. The same is true for plugins and their approach to server resources. I agree with their choices which ensure each site is a good neighbour to the other and not hogging resources. The challenge though is that I then have to look for replacement options for the plugins that solved certain problems for me. If that is what is needed for a fast, stable and secure site I can live with it but it is a pain and something I have to accept
As a software developer I tend to get caught up developing and supporting my site instead of building the business it serves. With Kinsta I have been able to move from a focus on hosting to a focus on content production, promotion and all the other issues I need to consider. The move to headless is of interest to me and I can see that the transition process is well documented at kinsta. Though I am not yet sure if I will have to purchase a separate application developer package or be able to use my wordpress hosting to develop small items to run on the site using data from the headless setup. At other hosts i know that would be possible but it is not clear to me if I can at Kinsta
The customer support, ease of use, and pricing!
There are not many things I dislike about Kinsta, nothing notable to state.
Reliable WordPress Hosting.
Most importantly, it just works. I've used several hosts for my own websites, and worked with dozens of hosts for clients. Kinsta has been the most reliable (uptime, site speed, security, etc) and I trust them more than any other host I've used. I have not had to contact support that often (because I've rarely had problems), but when I do, things get resolved quickly.
It's not cheap. Personally, I think it's absolutely worth it, and I have no issue with the cost. It seems like a no-brainer for a business to afford it. But the cost seems to get other people held up, and I'm not always able to convince them to look past that.
I use Kinsta to host my own WordPress website and client websites. With Kinsta, I have less to worry about. I don't have to learn how to manage a server, and I get the benefits of speed, security, reliability, and more. And my clients are happier when they move to Kinsta and have fewer or no problems with their hosting.
Blazing fast performance. Best customer experience. Complete control and advanced features. Price is a bargain for what you receive. Secure.
None whatsoever. I can't think of one downside.
My goal was to omprove my websites speed and performace. My previous premium hosting was the bottle neck. Moving to Kinsta enabled me to achieve perfect scores on Googles Page Speed Insights: 100, 100, 100. Both for mobile and desktop.
The great thing about Kinsta is its ease of use. As a business owner, I am not an IT expert or web developer and yet Kinsta allows me to do complex tasks like setting up and using a staging server, CDN and SSL certificate with ease. And when I get into a jam, the tech support is top-notch.
It is a little pricey but you do get what you pay for which is peace of mind. Possibly adding a lower-priced tier might help, especially considering the pricing of some of the competition.
Kinsta allows me to have a solid, reliable and responsive website without having to go through a lot of the technical gymnastics sometimes required by other web hosts.
Coming from a self-hosted WordPress solution to a cloud platform on Kinsta, the most significant change is that we don't need to worry about the infrastructure side of things. Many optmisation are done at system level, so that we don't need to re-invent the wheels on top of application level in WordPress. I guess this same applies to every other hosted solution, but Kinsta has done it pretty well. Also GCP is pretty reliable, we didn't experience any downtime in the past a couple of months using the service. Another thing worth mentioning is that, we get very quick response from their support team. We are kind of inexperience in site buildling and maintaining ourselves, but they do attend to our questions in a very fast fasion. Kinsta also have loads of educational material on its site about WordPress buildling, this is the first thing that caught our eyes and let us make the decision to use Kinsta hosting service.
Nothing really at this moment, we have just migrated and started to use Kinsta a couple of months ago, haven't encountered any bottleneck or issues particularly. It's a bit more expensive comparing to other WordPress hosting solutions, but it's in the end a choice of ours. To us we think value-wise it's not bad.
Previously when we self-host WordPress, we had major performance issues and security concerns. We know that we can just use Cloudflare and WAFs ourselves, but since Kinsta has the ready-to-use solutions in place, it's saving both of our efforts and time when adopting this.
Kinsta is by far the best WordPress hosting in all aspects. Their technical support team is extremely fast, responsive, and the most knowlegable in the industry.
Nothing of dislike to note but in terms of price this is not the cheapest solution in the market so there's some limitations in terms of having number of websites.
99% of WordPress site issues has to do with hosting every single time but when you're with Kinsta all of your hosting issues are gone.
They have online support which is very fast to respond. They solve issues relatively quick and easy. They also give some good recommendations on plugins to handle issues going forward.
Very small nitpick. We have a plugin that handles redirects. Kinsta also has that feature. What I like about the plugin is that it keeps a record of how times a link gets hit, even the last time it was hit. Some redirects that haven't been hit in over a year I get rid of, just to keep the list down. Kinsta unfortunately doesn't track that, or at least I can't see that.
Kinsta was regarded as the best WordPress host. We need the best for a site like ours. We had an issue with a massive slowdown on our site and the Kinsta rep was able to fix the issue very quickly.
I migrated to Kinsta while building, managing and scaling a global eCommerce marketplace solution for an outdoor apparel brand about six years ago. Moving to Kinsta immediately resolved issues around page load speeds and security among a number of other things. Their solution is finely tuned for Wordpress / Woocommerce and the support has been second to none. Easy to use, free migrations, great support and scalable solutions. Best Wordpress host I've used over my 20 year career. Great support articles.
Initial adaption is easy but took a little time to get oriented. I believe they may have solves this but a "Quick Start" walkthrough for getting up and running quickly might be helpful for less technical customers.
Scalability and most common used tools easily at your disposal from an administrator perspective. This allows for quick adaption for small teams and the focus to be on key business metrics vs. technology platform.
Kinsta has helped me save time and money by not having to continuously troubleshooting my clients’ websites. Sites on Kinsta never go offline like other providers I’ve used in the past. They’re malware detection is also worth mentioning, I’ve never had a website attacked since moving to Kinsta’s platform. Additionally, they disable and block plugins that may have become malicious before they have a chance to do damage. Kinsta has my back and for that reason I am never leaving the platform. I love getting to brag to my clients about the uptime of our company because of Kinsta running my websites. Lastly, Kinsta’s tech support is always there, I mean always, I can message them simply from the bottom right of my screen and I get an answer in minutes, not days.
Hmm, I have nothing to say. Kinsta truly is a platform that has no issues. I have been creating websites for clients over 20 years, I have used countless platfrorms and always had issues. Kinsta solved all of that.

Support when you need it. Minimizes wasted time and trial-and-error. Consistently quick problem resolution.
A bit pricey. Some upgrades assume too much knowledge from Administrators.
Keeping WP running with Plugin and Performance upgrades.
