I have never had a bad experience working with Liquid Web technicians. They either find the solution or explain why they are taking various courses of actions or steps to remediate things.

I have been hosting with Liquid Web using a dedicated server since 2020. My sites are stable, with great uptime, and I know that if I ever have a problem that I can always reach out to their technicians to get it resolved.

I believe, the price is just a bit high.

We are hosting our applications on VPS, Dedicated, and Cloud Dedicated machines. Free migration, Instant support, and knowledgeable and committed staff are the best qualities.

What does one need in a web hosting company? Reliability, Uptime, Prompt service and good pricing. Liquid Web ticks all the boxes. I have a few VPS with LiquidWeb and am extremely happy with them! My clients are happy that they do not have to worry about their websites being down anytime and with Liquid Web's sonar monitoring they see and correct any issue even before we notice it. Glad to be hosting with Liquid Web!

I'm hosting a website on one of their servers. It has eliminated the need for me to host from a personal server with all the liabilities involved.

Awesome Customer Service. The customer service is the best out there for a hosting company. I've been with them for more than 3 years and never going back. I've used multiple hosting companies over the years, however, once I found Liquid Web, they are the last. Their US-based customer service is paramount to any other hosting company out there.

There is nothing to dislike. Everything I've ever experienced with this company has been amazing.

Managing and maintaining multiple servers with a small IT team. However, when it comes to server maintenance, I can leave that up to LW and free up my team's time.

This is one of the few hosting companies where the support department is as responsive as their sales department. I am thoroughly impressed with the service we have received from our representatives at Liquid web.

As a growing company Liquid Web doesn't have as many locations as other large brands. More international hosting options would be a good development.

With large brand hosting services, we couldn't get responsive support/service. Liquid web solves that for our mission critical systems.

There is nothing I dislike. I have no complaints.

I’m subscribing to one of Liquid Web’s managed dedicated server plans. This provides you with FULL access to your server. Plus, they helped me install the latest version of Word Press, which is a big savings. I work in the tech industry, and I’ve NEVER encountered the level of support that Liquid Web provides from a Web Hosting Company. I’ve called them several times in the middle of the night, and a REAL person always picks up, and is always VERY knowledgeable. I pinch myself sometimes saying “Did this just happen?” May I say again? A REAL person. With Liquid Web’s support, many of the technicians are familiar with Word Press., which is a HUGE plus for me. Otherwise, get ready to pay a third party contractor for $$ manage your Word Press Site when things go wrong. That would make me nervous if it’s someone you do not trust.

Liquid Web has been the best hosting by far that I've used over the years. It is not the cheapest solution but that's exactly why I'm with them, they aren't cheap. The servers are fast and perform great with any type of website I host. Support is always helpful and they go above and beyond to solve any problems. I have been taking customers from WPengine lately and giving them better speeds for a much better price. One recent client, I cut their hosting cost in half and increased their page load time by 1 second doing nothing more than migrating the website to Liquid Web hosting. They also have great reseller perks if you're in the web business.

Migrations take longer than I'd like. If I submit a website for them to migrate it takes a few days normally. Even if it's a simple website, I normally just migrate myself no big deal.

I spend less time taking care of problems that are solved by a great hosting platform. They are proactive instead of reactive to problems.

The competence of its staff; the even, sane nature of the staff; the robustness and ease of the software platforms in place for managing services.

Truly, there is nothing to dislike in my experience.

Liquid Web is our seventh hosting provider in 15 years. Each was severely lacking in vital aspects of quality hosting. Four of the six substandard hosts were big-name providers. I felt comfortable going with them originally due to their names, but was sorely disappointed. The problems were plentiful, but it has been four years since we moved to Liquid Web, and--fortunately--the details of the pains with the past providers have subsided in my memory. But, they were foul.

The thing I like best about LiquidWeb is the tech support. They are immediately available via Chat 24/7/365. Besides the support availability, the quality of support is outstanding. They have always resolved any problems I had in very short order, often during the Chat but at most, within a matter of 1 or 2 hours. Besides the tech support, the servers function perfectly, cPanel gives me access to all of the server settings I could ever want/need. The overall service provided by LiquidWeb is well worth the cost.

There isn't anything I dislike about LiquidWeb.

I get most of my business via my clients searching the internet for the services I provide. Therefore, being able to host my website on a reliable hosting service provider solved the problems I had with previous hosting service providers due to LiquidWeb's superior hardware/software and technical support. As a result of using LiquidWeb, I benefit from greater visibility to potential clients looking for the services I provide. In addition, I have had so few questions about LiquidWeb's hosting services I rarely lose any time interacting with them. On the few occasions I have needed Tech support, they have always been fast and effective and solving my issues, so it is a big time and headach saver using LiquidWeb.

Liquid Web hosting is fast and reliable, but my favorite feature is their incredible support. Hosting is complex and knowing their support team is available 24/7 to help ensure sites stay online, backups are in place and that updates are happening to keep everything secure and working well into the future is invaluable to an online business owner. After switching from a dedicated competitor's server, making no other changes, my website started ranking on the first page of Google for a variety of keywords and has been a profit generator ever since.

Would love for Acronis Backups to be brought to Liquid Web's dedicated servers. Heard it is coming though which is great.

Inbound marketing is my primary objective so using a server that is zippy under high demand is an important part of being found online. Every site hosted with Liquid Web has ranked for at least a few keywords which is something I was never able to do before.

Easy to get started, great reliability, almost no downtime. Been with them in one form or another for more than 10 years and I've had very few issues. Love the self serve aspect of most things, the SSL management is greatly improved since Liquid web acquired the Cloud Sites product. Its also a very affordable service when hosting multiple web sites with their own databases.

I use mainly the Cloud Sites platform and I wish they had support for .net Core projects. Also sometime I think the DNS management could be done in a more automatic way.

Hosting multiple sites from multiple clients. Easy to separate clients and give them their own ftp logins etc. Great control panel very easy to use. Easy to implement SSL Certificates from external vendors. It has also eliminated the concern with traffic spikes as some sites have very strong peak periods.

I love the uptime, the swift, courteous, efficient service, and the truly HEROIC support I have been getting from Liquid Web for over 9 years. You can't do better, I've tried!

We immediately solved our uptime problems by switching to Liquid Web, and have maintained an incredible uptime record ever since.

Liquid Web is a premium hosting service provider that has a pricing on the upper tier with no such thing as shared hosting. For those serious in making a professional web presence without hiccups like site going without a proper SSL, crashed when content/product goes viral, Liquid Web needs consideration. Their customer support through chat is 24x7 and really, really prompt and effective. I am using Liquid Web Managed WordPress and satisfied. From this month, we are getting additional features, thanks to their merger with Nexcess, a web development company that has developed expertise in coming out with innovative hosting applications for Magento, WordPress and WooCommerce. So, the Managed WordPress dashboard now has added features to ensure that the site loads superfast.

The dashboard can be made further user friendly. For instance, linking a new domain with the newly bought WordPress plan can be made more easy, especially for those who are newbies.

With WordPress as CMS, we are benefiting from excellent hosting services by LiquidWeb. This ensures that we focus on our core area of content creation, agency services while hosting part taken care by experts in their field.

Kristin F (Krissy) at Liquid Web is an awesome example of the type of personal and expert service that I've come to love and rely on for the success of my business. When I called in today, she came through for me in a big way to day and I appreciate it and my clients appreciate it. I've been through the hosting gauntlet and seen past the marketing promises made by other hosting providers, but Liquid Web delivers on the hardware side and especially on the service side. When I have an issue with my hosting, I know I have someone in my corner who cares about my issue and understands the impact it can have on my business, so it's refreshing and encouraging to know that I'm not alone when something happens. If you like your host or aren't sure if you like them, I'd definitely call Liquid Web and see if they might be a good fit. They won't be for everyone, but I have no hesitation in recommending them.

My only critique is that I've had a few chats or phone calls where the CSR wasn't what I've come to know and love at Liquid Web, but hopefully they learn quickly. But the overwhelming experience has been awesome.

I've tried a lot of other companies and had a lot of issues, but these guys get the hardware and the service right and that gives me the confidence to really build my business.

Moving our managed hosting to Liquid Web was one of the best decisions we made last year. The performance is outstanding — our site speed went up by 50% just with the transition. More importantly, the Liquid Web support team goes above and beyond and is easily accessible. Thank you, Liquid Web!

We haven't experienced any downsides to date.

Moving to Liquid Web solved a time problem for Pathfinder SEO. We were spending too much time and money managing our own hosting at AWS. The move to managed hosting meant we could focus more energy on our marketing and business and less time on servers and infrastructure.

Liquid Web is great. I've been through many hosting providers and these guys help with thing other providers would say 'it's your job to know how to do this-we only host it'. One guy stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours when I switched from a Magento site to a Wordpress site. He made sure everything was how it should be. 10/10 will recommend.

I do not dislike anything about them. They accommodate everything I ask them to.

We had a lot of issues hosting Magento. Our site would always pop offline because another site on the same server would be using more traffic. This does not happen with LiquidWeb anymore.

Support is very helpful. I don't have much of an understanding of working with servers and domains, however every time I contact support with a question they are able to help me get what I need done. Often times they just do it for me which is super helpful. Been with Liquid Web for 3 years and plan on staying for a long time.

Pricing could be better but not too bad for value.

I've been using the Cloud Sites service for as long as it has been provided by Liquid Web, and since 2010 from when it was previously provided by Rackspace. The quality and reliability of the hosting and email services is certainly excellent, but the level of tech support is second to none. Their support crew has come through for me countless times over the years, and have even helped me with things that were probably not really their responsibility, i.e. WordPress child theme configuration issues, questions regarding foreign domain name extensions, IMAP email configuration on multiple devices, and much more. If you host multiple small-to-medium websites for yourself and/or others, and you don't have the knowledge or the desire to manage servers or hosting space on your own, you really can't go wrong with their Cloud Sites managed hosting option. They offer one-click installation of WordPress as well as many other content management systems, making this an ideal solution for freelance web developers and designers. Setup and configuration of email accounts is quick and easy, and they offer a website you can send your customers to that helps them set up all their devices and troubleshoot email configuration issues, so you don't have to deal with any of that.

Pricing for the Cloud Sites service is somewhat inflexible, although this only applies to the monthly fee for hosting -- fees for email accounts are by quantity. However, I can't really complain about that because they previously gave me the email service for free (as Rackspace did when they owned this service before Liquid Web). When they started charging for email a couple of years ago, they bumped up the maximum storage on each account from 1 GB to 25 GB, which made the price change significantly less painful.

First of all, I don't have to worry about managing hosting space or servers, which saves me time. Yes, there are services out there that provide hosting by the specific amount you need, but they generally don't offer the same level of management. Second of all, the fact that I can reach a tech support person via chat or phone within minutes,at any time of the day or night on any day of the year means that I can solve my clients' problems quickly and easily. Finally, the speed with which I can set up web hosting and email accounts, as well as install content management systems like WordPress, makes the admin side of my job much easier. For me, this is precisely the level of management I need, as I am usually busy providing other services to my clients that are not necessarily related to website hosting or email accounts.

I've been a LiquidWeb customer since 2013 and have hosted dozens of sites on my Cloudserver. I would never consider moving to another web hosting company. The performance is virtually flawless and trouble-free, and any technical questions I have had are answered within minutes by a very friendly (and patient!) support staff. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Affordable hosting that NEVER lets me down. I spent almost 15 years moving from web host to web host, only to find my sites gone without notice as the company folded. Also, I've never experienced any security issues using Liquidweb. Highly recommended!
