Words cannot express how fantastic the customer support at Liquid Web is! Every single time I have needed to reach out to support they have been lightning fast in their response and their first level support is extremely knowledgeable. As a reseller, it is very important for me to have a quick response and resolution to any issue that arises. I highly recommend Liquid Web.
Server management can be a little bit technical but luckily the support team is friendly and knowledgeable and can help with any issues that arise.

We’ve been with Liquid Web for over 3 years now, since they acquired Wired Tree. While we were completely happy with our existing hosting platform the merger has done nothing but improve. Value is one thing but the level of support we get is hands down the reason we stay. Thought about migrating to larger cloud-based options but the costs add up and the support is not even in the same ballpark.
It is pretty difficult to find something negative without being super picky.

I don't have anything that I don't like. I wish they still offered shared plans so I could refer more clients, but other than that the service is good.
We need a staging environment for our web builds, and a place to host client websites.
The support team at Liquid Web is great. We don't have many issues with our hosting but when something pops up the support team is on top of it and ready to help. Their Cloud VPS is super easy to manage, even if you don't have dedicated dev ops staff.
VPS pricing is a little higher than alternatives.
Liquid Web makes it easy for us to refer our clients to their hosting solutions. We feel we can trust their support team to troubleshoot issues when we're not available because they operate 24/7/365
Customer service is extremely friendly - get a 1st response within a minute. Normally, this would happen to me with a new host, but then slowly, the support would get slower and slower. I've been with Liquidweb for over 1 year and have always gotten stellar support quickly! Keep up the great work!
Nothing that I can think of at this point
Reliable hosting - we used many services before (inmotion hosting, bluehost..etc) and their servers would get slower and less reliable over time. I have yet to have this happen with liquidweb - I think it's because they don't have the shared, $4.99 hosting - you get what you pay for!

I manage my websites and websites of my clients. The benefits of hosting my sites with Liquid Web are the speed of their servers, the reliability and the user friendly interface.
This was our third company trying for hosting services. As a small business, this is a big deal to have reliability and customer service. It feels like every penny we spend is crucial to our business and growth... we depend on efficiency. The value we have gotten from Liquid Web at this point has been heads and shoulders against the other services (and they were well recommended services). It's a little more (not much) than the other services we used but the capabilities, speed and security are soooooo much nicer! One of the most notable attributes of Liquid Web is their customer service. Top notch every time!
This is barely a dislike... but the security is a high enough level that getting things going was a little snaggy. But, this is expected. Customer service made is as simple as it could be!
We are a small company so we need great service and products for our dollars. We are paying a little more than what we have... but the benefits far outweigh. The UI is great AND it includes a CMS which we are developing for our team. Great stuff!
I like how the company provides great customer service and notifies us time by time that there are attacks on our servers or even attempts only and I would know that the security we get is the best.

The best thing about liquid web I think is their outstanding support. Always there when you need them, and go out of there way to help!
The only thing I wish they would improve on is backup options. But I seems with some of their newer offerings they are improving already.
Hosting for multiple clients in one place and where I can control the hosting "neighborhood" my clients sites are in.
It's easy and fast to set up new websites and clone sites into staging.
Only 1 FTP account per site, which is a slight annoyance for our automated theme updates (would prefer an FTP account that only had access to the theme folder.) Also, there isn't an easy way to manage domains that purely redirect to other URLs.
They solve our web hosting for approximately 50 websites.
