Web Hosting... There are many like them but this one is the keeper! The level of support they offer is unbelievable! REAL HUMANS in AMERICA! I have been doing business with Liquid Web for over 10 years. From dedicated windows servers to Linux they cover it all. These guys are the true professionals!

Liquid Web customer service with tech support is TOP KNOTCH everything they do is TOP QUALITY. We have a managed VPS and the knowledge and management are OFF THE CHARTS!

We have no complaints what so ever. I truly hope they do not sell Liquid Web off to some big conglomerate that will destroy and gut out this company peace meal it etc. and turn it into CRAP!

We are thrilled that we moved for a solid out piece mailed, a piece of CRAP company like BlueHost to Liquid Web! When you have horrible experiences with horrible customer service and tech support that is nill such as we experienced with BuleHost you thank your lucky stars that companies like Liquid Web exist for small businesses like us!

The Managed WordPress interface is one of the best in the industry. It offers a significant amount of flexibility to run your business and doesn't require you to have limited access like only FTP access like many competitors. There's no issue with security with the additional access and we have about 200 sites on their platform.

The biggest issue that I've seen is the process for taking a site live. You have to point the A record and it can take hours for DNS to fully propagate, which is normal. The issue, though, is that you can't update the domain in the database until DNS fully propagates, rather than setting it ahead of time. This results in a dead site for users. There should be a means of renaming your domain from the interface prior to DNS propagation to allow for a smooth transition to live state. This has been an issue that I've not seen in other hosting providers. The workaround for us has been to set up DNS on a CDN first, then point the CDN A record to the host server. That's been the fastest way to address a migration, but shouldn't be a requirement.

Consistent hosting that is fast loading is a fundamental need for web services companies selling services like search engine optimization. Liquid Web provides this at a much more affordable price point than other competitors in the market place. High costs are passed on to customers, so lower prices allow us to pass on the savings, making us a value-oriented provider. Partnering with Liquid Web has allowed for that, making us a better business.

Their pricing is fair but their Heroic support is the key differentiator. Other than that I would shop on price but you can't compare the support they provide

Sometimes selecting the right package is a challenge but their sales team seem pretty responsive when I need to make changes

We are currently hosting our website through liquid web. They have friendly and helpful customer service that will walk you through all the steps. Their website is easy to navigate and we also like that you can pay with a check rather than a credit card. Their prices are comparable to other web hosting services. So far I have no complaints about liquid web.

No dislikes so far. It is pretty easy to use and to navigate.

Hosting our website though their website was relatively easy. Their UI is excellent and the customer service is great if you need help.

Everything! Seriously, we transitioned from a dedicated Linux box to Liquid Web's Managed Wordpress Hosting and it has exceeded every expectation. It's 3.5x faster and and uptime has been stellar. The UI is great. The wordpress migration plugin has worked every single time without error on 17 sites. And best of all, Customer Support has been AMAZING!

Wordpress staging could be improved to allow actual version tracking and launching of staged site.

We host a membership portal that was crashing our other server. Liquid Web scales to handle high-traffic times without an issue.

Very expensive. Terrific customer service and uptime in testing. Lacks shared hosting plans.

Our website is hosted on it. It is flexible, is full of good features. It is best managed web hosting.

Liquid Web makes managed hosting really easy. I've never had any downtime in the over 3 years of use and the service comes with both Cpanel and WHM. Whether you're a power user or prefer a GUI to manage hosting, Liquid Web offers both options.

There isn't anything I really dislike. I do wish the service integrated better with Let's Encrypt but certificates can be generated manually.

Liquid Web provides a faster hosting options with maximum uptime. We switched from 1&1 and the difference between the two is night and day.

We usually have one or two problems a month that pop-up on our server. We do not have any IT people on our staff. Liquid Web is always able to help. They are friendly and try to help however they can.

I can not think of any areas that need improvement
