It's really hard to pick one thing. The hosting is fast and comes with so many additional things that my previous hosting provider didn't provide. What I really like best is the service though. Any time I use the Kinsta chat, I get an answer to my question or problem almost immediately. Here are a few of the problems that I have had as an example. Is it safe to upgrade to php 8? Can I move my data center? I even made a very stupid mistake with my redirects and they quickly figured out the problem and the solution. I guess the service is what I like best.

This might be a tough question. I really haven't come across anything that I dislike. I guess maybe sometimes the kinsta blog is a little more technical, I would like it better if they wrote more for someone without a technical background.

First Fast hosting, cutting edge updates. They are usually at the forefront of updates to php, etc.

Con respecto al soporte, deberían formar algo más a determinados operadores porque a veces, las soluciones que han aportado, han generado más problemas. No tengo más que buenas impresiones del servicio, por lo que no quiero añadir nada más.

La rapidez en la publicación y el entorno de staging facilitan mucho el proceso. Puedes desarrollar todo el proyecto en el entorno de staging y una vez revisado, pasarlo a producción en un solo clic. Además, tienen servicios como el de backup o limpieza de caché que te ofrecen mayor garantía.

The price is a bit high. I'm happy with the amount of resources they provide for the price, but I would be really grateful if they include an extra WordPress installation or two.

We needed to host an e-learning site with a high number of users and Kinsta allows us to achieve this goal. It gives our site the required speed and uptime. The support staff is also helpful and quick to respond. The admin interface is clean and easy to use. The Kinsta DNS is also faster than our previous one, so that's a bonus.

The support is fantastic and the fact that everything is backed up gives a great sense of security should anything go wrong or if I did anything wrong.

I'm not sure that I've found anything I dislike yet! However, I wasn't sure how to find staging, but it was right in front of me.

I have a site that I created to help people with their Las Vegas vacations. The problem I had was website speed. Kinsta have certainly helped me with this.

I rarely have any issues. If I need to check anthing online chat is usually answered within 2 minutes and the support is very helful

I did my research and these guys live up to their reputation. I needed a hosting company that would help my web site with speed and with excellent tech support in real time and these guys fit that profile. The dashboard and functionality are very user friendly too.

Nothing so far as the guys at Kinsta have helped me through any issues that I had.

I am not sure that I am solving any problems but any limited knowledge, that I have, in these areas have not been an issue as the tech support gets m through everything.

The service allows complete control of my WordPress website without dealing with the extra infrastructure, services like CDN, DNS & SSL. The staging service is an excellent feature for developing a new website while continuing uninterrupted on your current website.

Efficient and powerful Wordpress hosting which is reliable and lightning fast. Apart from the excellent support and help in tricky situations with plugins etc, the speed of our Wordpress sites are very impressive. Also the CDN which is included is very helpful. I also love the staging environment and how easy it is to set it all up.

They've massively increased the speed of my site and made me feel confident with it's users.

I especially like very much two things with Kinsta: - customer service & their blog! Blog is awesome: Kinsta put much effort in blog posts, they are also translated in my language (italian). With excellent technical support (and it is technically deeping, they leave you with an answer and kindly guiding you through the troubleshooting) and their blog, I geowith a trusting bond with them. I trust Kinsta and that's what's matter to me. Tools in their panels are easy and usefuls to use.

I don't dislike anything on kinsta. Maybe what I don't like too much is the impossibility to use a domain and mail service from their panel (I'm forced to go with zoho mail). I don't like price plans very much, I have a medium shop and I have to pay 100 € every month. But it is not Kinsta's fault, value for money is very good with this server, trust me.

They helped me very kindly with query bottleneck. They were willing to assist me with site optimization and speed up. Now my website is quicker and I increased my sales with this.

Everything! The customer service has been incredible so far. The documentation is also incredible. Every time I need a simple question answered, I just do a quick search on their blog and I always find it.

I no longer have to worry up website downtime or slow speeds. Also, getting something taken care of is super easy because their customer service is so great. I really don't worry about hosting at all anymore.

I tried several hosting services here in Brazil. But none of them has the speed, reliability and fantastic technical support that Kinsta offers. The automatic daily backup of Kinsta, the SSL certificate super easy to configure, the availability of CDN and cache are definitely facilities that I really appreciated.

The price is a little high, but the value is justified by what is offered.

Very manual labour when it comes to adding photos for each product.

Well, we're solving being website-less with Kinsta. Also, the hosting platform doesn’t fall into any of the traditional hosting categories. Our entire infrastructure is built on the Google Cloud Platform and is very different from traditional shared, VPS, or dedicated infrastructure. Furthermore, we make GCP’s compute-optimized C2 machines (Google’s fastest servers) and premium tier network available for all our customers at no additional charge.

The customer service and live chat are great, also the dashboard manager is really helpful. They make daily backup and allow you 5 manual backups, that are really helpful. I also love the staging enviroment to implement new features in the website.

Until now everything works perfect, no dislike anything.

I use formidable forms as one of the main plugins in my website to make calculations, with kinsta my forms increase the velocity and works perfect.

Performance of websites and their awesome support. Backups and security taken care of is truly a life saver. The team has been helpful when there have been issues which was due to a issue with a plugin conflict.

The balance of performance with easy to use tools. You don't need to know how to run a server to operate on Kinsta and it's also optimized very well for WordPress performance. Even on other big name managed WP hosting companies I've had issues with website speed due to other sites hosted on the same server, I've never once had an issue with Kinsta. Moving clients sites over to Kinsta generally sees drastic increases in page performance. If I have a question, Kinsta support is also there to help, super knowledgeable and friendly. I love it, my clients love it, what else could you need in a hosting company?

I wish they had the capability to create monthly reports. It would really help to be able to print out the performance/usage/uptime/etc. data for each site on a per month basis. Hopefully they can build in some features to help developers that offer hosting/maintenance as a service!

It's nice that I can create multiple users under my main account, so I can take care of hosting and all that comes with it for my clients vs. having them sign up for everything individually. I can add value to my own business, while also adding value to my clients.

Great support and intuitive control panel I have more than website and some of them are hosted on different providers than Kinsta. Most of the time when I work with other host prividers I have to struggle with control panels or administrator stuff. Working with Kinsta is easier for me, everything is handy. Their support service is always ready to help me, they are very competent and professional and each time solved my problems in minutes without waiting me too long for a reply

The only thing I have to dislike about kinsta is that they don't manage the domain registration. I think is very easy for a non expert user to have an host who can manage domain registration for you. When I migrated from another host to kinsta I had some trouble with the domain tranfer and find a solution by myself

Kinsta's presentation and fluidity is amazing, the service is always ready and it is the fastest in which I have worked.

In normal hostings we are used to using CPanel, that is something that is so easy to use but in Kinst that isn't exit. It is also a bit slow to create and manage subdomains.

I had been looking for a server where to work my website and projects, I always had problems with the speed and response time to my requirements. I never thought of finding an excellent quality service, which is always working and responds quickly. Kinsta has helped me a lot in my work, I am not worried about checking the server and if I have a problem that I cannot solve, the agents help me very quickly.

For the price point, I guess Kinsta can afford to offer Verizon ROUTE DNS and Google CDN or StackPath. Since most of the visitors on our website are from North America, I personally prefer CDN service from Google, Akamai, or Verizon Edgecast. Yes, we know service providers like Akamai and Verizon are not cheap for an individual, but Kinsta can make it happen. KeyCDN is a good solution, but for the last few months, we have noticed significant performance drops on our websites with KeyCDN. Also, if you like to continue offering KeyCDN, at least allow us to have free CNAME and SSL. As for DNS Amazon Route 53 is excellent, but services like Verizon, NS1, and DNSMadeEasy might be a better option. Lastly PHP Workers, this needs to be increased or allow us to buy it as an addon.

The previous platform I was using had some issues with caching - my programmer recommended Kinsta, and everything has been working great since!

Technical performance aside, as I view that as a necessary given — the customer service is absolutely fantastic.

Shockingly, nothing. This is the only service I use, where I cannot think of something to improve, at least for our use case.

Our main priority for web-hosting is technical performance. I feel comfortable that we're getting among the best performance possible. If a problem or question occurs, we get a quick response via chat. That is priceless.

Disliking kinsta is hard. The only thing is that they don’t support multisite on cheap hosting. But they help you with a workaroud.

The dashboard is superb and very intuitive. CDN works well. Hosting TTFB times are insanely fast. I also find great consistency with pagespeed scores as well, indicating a very stable platform.

No emails so had to set up G Suite manually (a pain in the posterior!)
