In past I used quite few different hosting providers and recently one of my business needed very advanced online store. I've read about Kinsta but always seems bit pricey. When I switched to Kinsta I was in SHOCK how good it is. Firstly customer service is beyond amazing, they fix every issue in minutes. Second is speed - no matter how many plugins I've installed or how complicated site is, everything works super fast on Kinsta. Lastly price is super cheap when you see what they are offering. Don't look further, this is THE not Hosting.

There is absolutely nothing that I dislike.

When I switched hosting speed improved 3 to 5 times. Customer service solved every problem I had in minutes. With fast speed I have more conversations and customer service doesn't waste my time like their competition.

Kinsta's support is probably the thing we like best. They are quick and always super helpful.

I've not found anything I dislike about Kinsta.

They make web hosting so simple and effortless. We never have to worry about problems with our websites or client sites because their support is always there!

I get great value out of the help articles. They explain to me what I need to know without being too advanced for me to understand, but also not condescending or silly.

I have not had any issues with Kinsta at all. I cannot write about a downside I did not experience! Again, we are a small business, I cannot speak to implementation on a larger company.

kinsta has a very clean panel, easy to understand, even for users with little experience. Never has my wordpress loaded so fast. the price is compatible with the service offered.

The billing system is a bit confusing and could offer payments in other currencies. Paying in dollars, some countries have a lot of fees. This possibility would be incredible.

Website loading speed, improving google ranking. cache system, backup, wordpress already installed, server uptime. speed with php version change helps me a lot.

Very easy to use and navigate. Plug-in updates are a button away! Auto backups are available; thankfully, I haven't needed them so far.

Quite expensive when you compare it to other platforms. The price increase is for everyone; it doesn't matter if you are an old user.

Only the lack of extra hosting features. Some competitiors at the same price are Wordpress and general hosting so you can spin up other installations as well as Wordpress. It's a fair trade-off though.

Just the speed and reliability. Makes it much safer to allow other teams to have their own installs and a bit more control with the robust daily back-ups. If someone else messes up I can have their site back working in a matter of minutes.

Customer service is always there for help when I need it most. They handle all the tasks I need them to so I can focus on other things

Have not found any issues so far except the way the packages are constructed

The speed is great but the customer service is what really sets them apart.

The cost may seem a bit higher than other services but the customer service and robustness is worth it

Kinsta is the best with customer service, and the team understands very well the needs of a customer and makes things a priority, unlike much other services and email support.

All the extras like site migration, SSL certificate, website security that you have to pay extra for with any other web hosting company comes FREE with Kinsta. And the platform is so easy to use and understand unlike my previous web host. Super fast technical support whenever I need it too.

I switched from another well-known (and expensive) web hosting company to Kinsta. The transfer process was incredibly easy. Free migrations of my websites were included in the deal, and the Kinsta team communicated regularly during the process. The speed of my Kinsta hosting package is incredible. My Google Pagespeed scores are right were they should be, and my visitors get a lightning-fast website load.

Kinsta can be quite expensive for an entry-level webmaster. Packages go up in price based on the number of Wordpress installs and site traffic. I'd prefer that cheaper options were available, but as the adage goes: "you get what you pay for."

After playing with countless plugins and settings with my previous webhost, I still couldn't hit my targets for Google Pagespeed scores. Switching to Kinsta fixed that problem immediately, which in turn, leads to better SEO rankings for my primary website.

Solved complicated setup for hosting directly with google cloud solutions

Kinsta has been a godsend for my small business. The speed at which my website runs is miles ahead of any other service that I have used. The site has great customer support and the user interface is chock full of goodies, including analytics which shows me exactly how many visits my properties are getting. In addition, if there's a problem with your site, you'll get a notification almost immediately, and support will work with you to solve the problem.

Expect to pay more with Kinsta compared to other hosting sites. However, Kinsta is so far ahead of these "cheap" hosting solutions, that the cost is well worth it for anyone serious about their web-based business.

The main problem that Kinsta solved for me was speed. On my old hosting platform, my pages were slow to load and would sometimes crash. With Kinsta, loading speeds are lightning fast, and I've never experienced any downtime. Support has really helped me figure out what I need to do to keep my site up to date, and I love that it's so easy to make a backup copy of my site, so I can test new features. You really don't need to be that technical to use Kinsta, and that's a blessing.
