I've been involved in internet marketing for almost 20 years. Kinsta has, hands down, the best support I've ever experienced. It's not even close. It's live chat support too, so you get the help you need fast. I've had some complicated issues getting some of my plug-ins to work, but they have handled everything I've thrown at them without a problem.
My only gripe with Kinsta is the price. The hosting I used previously was a third of the cost for a virtual private server, but the support was so bad I had to repeatedly contact them through different means for over 3 months to get them to release one of my domain names from their in-house Cloudflare setup so that I could use my own. I guess the moral of the story is that you get what you pay for.
Kinsta helped me optimize my site for speed, which in turn, helped the site do better in search results and just generally has given my users a better experience. With their staging tools, it's also been easier for me to implement new features to my site without the risk of breaking the live one, so I was able to experiment more than I would have in the past.

We had previously hosted our WooCommerce site with other providers. We tried almost 2-3 different hosting platforms, but we had many server downtimes due to a sudden increase in traffic, which was unpredictable at times. We were always met with criticism that "YOUR SITE IS ALWAYS DOWN WHEN IT IS MOST NEEDED." Also tried other cloud platforms, but they didn't work out because we didn't know how to set up a proper server configuration. Finally, We switched to KINSTA over a year ago and have never had a problem since. The migration process was effortless, The support team took care of everything for FREE. From the day of migration to the present, no matter what problems we encountered, a single support chat would instantly resolve them. We would recommend KINSTA to anyone looking for managed WordPress hosting.

They are unable to host my domain. However this is not really an issue it's just nice to have everything in one place.
I came to kinsta fed up with my previous hosting provider. Kinsta we're like a breath of fresh air. My website always works and if they find a threat they email me straight away to alert me. Most of the time I just need to update Wordpress but if it's something else they re always happy to help

Kinsta was able to migrate my site over to their platform. The speed and uptime have been incredible.
Right off the bat, Kinsta's admin panel is the best I've seen in the hosting space - very user-friendly, intuitive, and feature-packed. Once your domain NS is pointed to Kinsta, it's smooth sailing from there. The main features that sold me to migrate to Kinsta were the infrastructure and the content delivery services: Kinsta is hosted on Google's cloud servers and delivers content through Cloudflare - so if speed, scalability, and security are a priority, Kinsta is the way to go.
The only downside, and probably a known feature request, is the lack of a file management system for content (a cPanel feature). Depending on your industry, for example, a web development agency, Kinsta could improve its website management platform by allowing agencies to manage client sites or accounts.
I have been with multiple web hosting providers and the immediate benefit I have treasured is the speed of our sites - common client feedback on our end! Even from an accounting standpoint, billing is easy to use and understand. It's a great feeling to know that all of the little pieces are included in hosting a website with Kinsta, such as the free SSL (a time-saving task during launch), the ability to use the latest stable version of PHP, being able to clear your CDN cache, and many more.
I'm a small business owner operating 100% online. I switched from InMotion to Kinsta for hosting my WordPress website in late 2020/early 2021, and haven't looked back since. The change in page-loading speed was instantaneous--even before optimizing my website based on Kinsta's recommendations. Like many small business owners, I didn't even realize "managed WordPress hosting" was a thing until a year or so into building and maintaining my website--it seemed like InMotion, BlueHost, Host Gator, GoDaddy, etc. were the only options. So glad I discovered Kinsta when I did. For me at least, the decision to switch web hosting solutions was stressful and a little uncertain--How long will the migration take, and how long will my customers be unable to access my website? What if I make a mistake during the process? etc. Fortunately, Kinsta offers a Premium Migration service where their team of experts handles the entire process for you with minimal if any downtime (in my case, I don't think customers lost access to my website at all throughout the migration). After the migration to Kinsta hosting, it barely took any time at all for me to get familiar with their account dashboard (where you can manage every aspect of your account, hosting plan, edit DNS settings, view basic website analytics, etc.) But here's where Kinsta really separates from the competition (especially the shared hosting giants): Customer Support. You can instant message Kinsta's customer support team directly from inside your account dashboard, and response time is unbelievably fast. Over my 1.5 years (so far) as a customer, I've engaged with Kinsta's customer support team maybe half-a-dozen times, and in every case, they have been able to help me resolve my technical issue or concern within minutes. Like most small business owners I use a “stack” of various software solutions to operate and manage my online business (email marketing, membership community, secure payments, video hosting, etc.), and NOT ONE OF THEM even comes close to Kinsta regarding customer support. I have never experienced the same level of sincerity, encouragement, positivity, and professionalism with another SaaS customer support team as I have with Kinsta’s, period. This alone will keep me using Kinsta, even as new solutions spring up in the future. Adding, removing, and editing DNS records is extremely easy to do from within your Kinsta account dashboard and takes zero technial expertise (another major plus for small business owners). Just a few days ago, I wanted to create a subdomain within my main website for a new product I'm launching, and the entire process took me about a minute using Kinsta's dashboard. I’m only scratching the surface with this review, but one more pro that has won me over to Kinsta is their automatic backups and simple “Restore to…” feature. I no longer fear updating WordPress, because I know that Kinsta automatically backs up my website at constant intervals daily (I can also manually back up my website from inside my Kinsta dashboard at any time), and restoring to a previous backup takes one click. More importantly, when I do need to update WordPress, I can create a duplicate “staging” version of my website from inside Kinsta’s dashboard and test the update (as well as all individual plugin updates) in this risk-free environment before actually making any changes to my live website.
Right now, I honestly have zero cons to report about my experience using Kinsta. If the $30 price for Kinsta's basic hosting plan is a potential barrier to you switching, trust me, the product, support, and relief you get as a small business onwer who depends on your WordPress website to attract, convert, and serve customers, it's worth every penny.
Page loading speeds shot up dramatically after I switched to Kinsta--even before optimizing each page individually. All of Kinsta's additional features are easy to find and access from within my Kinsta account dashboard. Adding, editing, and removing DNS records is easy, clear, and fast (before I switched to Kinsta, this was a frequent source of stress and confusion for me). Kinsta creates automatic backups of my website at regular intervals, and I can create a duplicate "staging" version of my website whenever I want to test a Wordpress, theme, or plugin update before changing my actual live website. Kinsta also makes it migrating from another web host butter smooth with minimal downtime (if any).
I was using another hosting service and running into a lot of difficulty, when someone recommended Kinsta. As a beginner, at the time, I was putting together an online course using Learndash and WordPress, struggling with all the moving pieces. Kinsta proved to be dependable, which was one huge problem out of the way.
Hardly any downsides. I would like to use Kinsta's staging-site feature, and do not feel confident yet. Maybe some more guidance for beginners would be helpful.

Their support service is truly one in a million, they are so friendly and professional that I cannot recommend them enough. Their knowledge base and blog articles are also great, they have many good reads on topics that go beyond the basic hosting of a WordPress website. Kinsta is the best ally for our WordPress website needs. Whenever we have had critical issues happening on our site, they have always provided on-point guidance to solve them.

Mostly backend configurations for the server are what I get help from Kinsta the most. I'm a front-end developer with a very basic understanding of backend systems, so whenever we need some configuration added to the server configuration file, they kindly support us and advise proactively when needed.
The structure of the service, and the offer of a custom account setup was brilliant. Migrations of site in a jiffy and a support response that is absolutely wonderful and efficient.
Nothing so far. Can't think of anything to complain about. They even give good advice for free and a number of posts/newsletters with valuable tips and tricks beyond hosting services.
Wordpress hosting with CDN. Running a number of domains for customers satisfied with the increased speed and security. Also used the staging service, which is excellent.

Marketing problems and complete website DNA plus good cache. It's a complete system for what it needs to be. I save on external IT costs for platform ease of use.
