Prior to discovering Kinsta my opinion of Wordpress was that it was sub-optimal in terms of performance. Now, while technically, that is still true, Kinsta have demonstrated an incredible series of innovations that work around these issues and allow us to get on with business.

Not a huge amount to say here as I have been astonished on all fronts.

Initially, we were looking for a solution that was more cost-effective than running a dedicated AWS instance, which most of the time was sitting underutilised but at time of need wouldn't scale to the level we needed. In the end, we got guidance and expertise not seen before, for if you've ever rented infrastructure you'll find the ball gets dropped as soon as the application comes into focus. Kinsta were able to take us to the next level here as that's what they do I guess.

The speed is very good. Even though there are other great features too, the best thing i like about kinsta is its speed. It offers faster page load times along with back-end speed.

Kinsta doesn’t offer email hosting. Although them not offering email hosting has advantages too, but in our company, it would have been better if they did.

Kinsta is a wonderful option for developers. If you need a platform to build your own website, a test server to test drive themes and plugins, or a place to build professional sites for clients. Kinsta dashboard has companies feature that lets you organize your sites into separate dashboards. This lets you create a different dashboard for each client you work with. This is the main reason we bough Kinsta in the first place and we are happy to have it in our environment.

Kinsta has been great for our company. It's easy to use and learn, and has saved us so much time and hassle with our business needs!

We dont dislike anything - its a great product

Customer service is like a your own employee for the time you need them. Speed of Website through their architecture is blazingly fast.

Nothing I really dislike. Their open for feedback and develop their service step by step. So, having CNAME for CDN would be an improvement (which is on their to-do-list). German interface would also be a nice to have.

Super fast hosting that helps improving rankings via google. (Nearly) always online website.

My site is blazingly fast and all my technical issues were resolved in a matter of minutes during support chat. I came from old and cheap shared hosting but Kinsta setup was a breeze. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Wordpress hosting.

I think they updated their frontend recently so a few of the tutorial guides use old graphics. Would love to see them updated.

A fast loading website is a must. And in 2018 I'm targeting more visitors with different languages. Kinsta seemed to be a perfect candidate and as I thought, it met my requirements and the website is freaking fast.

Kinsta's support is the very best hosting support I have ever used hands down. They will help with things that hosting support nearly never is willing to help with. They have helped us develop scripts, fix websites, and even teach us how to use Wordpress CLI. They offer fantastic features such as Premium DNS, free CDN, daily backups, and more. They also will take all their users suggestions seriously, they have added items to the backend dashboard for us multiple times, which you would never typically get with bigger hosting companies.

My biggest beaf with Kista, is that it can get very expensive quickly. For a single site it is on even playing ground with other premium wordpress hosting companies like wpengine, but once you get up to the more expensive plans with more sites, you definitely don't get your bang for your buck like some other hosting companies.

With Kinsta we are now hosting some of our most premium websites. We solved the problem of slow websites with a hosting company that boasts of incredibly fast response times. After switching some of our websites to their hosting plan we found many other benefits that include, better support, way more wordpress caching then most hosting companies offer. They also offer way more options and systems then most companies provide. They give SSH access, Wordpress CLI is installed on the servers, they automatically scale websites for higher traffic and volume of users on the site. They also help with DNS hosting, and url redirects. They also give options to quickly change php versions, clear cache, install new relic system analytics and more.

Their Professionalism, Support & Most importantly the Quality of their Server, It's Blazingly fast with no Flaws. They actually do not Allow any Potential Risk or something else which might slow your Site Down.

That we cant have automatic offline updates of the website. I need to request one so they can put it via ftp in our directory.

I love the fantastic customer support. Kinsta has representatives ready to answer your questions and concerns 24/7. I also love the ease of use of the dashboard - everything is laid out and easy to understand. I also love how fast they respond to questions, I usually get a response within 10 minutes or less. Top notch all the way around. They even helped me find a Wordpress developer to help with an issue I was having.

Nothing to dislike - the service is outstanding. I honestly have no complaints and no regrets, its been an amazing experience.

We had all sorts of resource issues before switching to Kinsta. Since the switch, those resource issues and crashes on our site went away. We also noticed a "pep" in our website's step. We are also in the process of setting up the free SSL and the and the seamless integration with CDN.

I switched to Kinsta and the experience was flawless. I had a support agent on the chat when I needed help. Intuitive process and made it simple all the way through. Integration with my current domain providers was seamless.

I was not happy with previous Hosting vendor, I'm very happy to have switched to Kinsta. Kinsta offers a more robust support.

Customer service has gone out of their way every single time to solve my problems. I have very basic understanding of web hosting and site building, and they have helped me with things I'm sure many companies would just say "good luck with that" to. User interface on the site is very clean and clear. Hosting from a technical standpoint seems very solid (but this is not my expertise area).

Analytics seem a bit limited. It's pricey, but worth it if you're serious about your site.

Security and site stability was my main concern. I wanted to make sure I choose a platform now that allows the growth I'm looking for in the future as I build and expand my webstore and other features.

- UI is fantastic - Migration was a breeze - DevKinsta is great (much better than Flywheel Local and runs with docker desktop under the hood that means it runs well on windows) - Tools such as restart PHP workers and global search and replace really useful - Able to set up a robust dev workflow from local dev to staging to production - Ability to use subdomains for staging envrionment (which other hosting doesn't allow) - Free staging and ability to upgrade staging on demand - Specific infra for Woocommerce that can easily scale - Excellent performance for the price - Excellent service when contacted and one point of contact (unlike other hosting) - Easy to integrate with databases/SFTP - Excellent documentation

- Only 5 manual backups which is a bit tight sometimes - Restrictions on backup plugins is well documented but a bit excessive - One major bug in DevKinsta regarding the find and replace process when pushing from local to staging (incorrect URLs which requires some manual rework and no ETA provided at time of writing) - Only 2 PHP workers on pro plan, which is light compared to other hosting but is on better infra and to be fair performance is as good if not better so hard to compare like with like

I like kinsta application hosting which makes your website more secure faster than other host. Don't get billed for internal traffic/bandwidth like other hosts. You have complete control of how you build and run your app. It is simple, transparent and predictable. Performs better with internal connections

It may not be suitable for users with small or low-traffic websites. Kinsta's plans are usually priced higher when compared to other hosting providers. Additionally, Kinsta offers limited customization options and control over server settings, which may not be suitable for users who require more flexibility and control.

Nothing much mainly. Probably because it’s more expensive than other hosting services. But no complaints. You get what you pay for.

The quality of Kinsta hosting is excellent. Everything just works well, and I feel that I'm getting a lot of value for money. Their technology is cutting edge and lots of features included. Another huge advantage is their customer service. This was critical to met as I never set up a website before. Their support is available via chat with quick response time. They helped me numerous times to set up things and resolve issues.

Kinsta is a relatively expensive service and pricier than most other hosts. Their basic plan allows for limited traffic before you need to upgrade. Also, they provide free security via cloudFlare which is nice, but you can't use other services if you want (i.e. Sucuri)

I need to host a news blog that can be dynamic with some inconsistent traffic patterns and major peaks. I looked for a host that is very fast, reliable, and can deal with changing traffic well. I also wanted good security. Kinsta delivers a very solid service on all these fronts.
